First topic message reminder :

You are led to a City, looking something like a normal, standard, general environment. It is littered with buildings as tall as the skyscrapers will allow, each with rows and columns of glowing windows, as though there was activity inside each of them. Yet in spite of this, you notice that there are no inhabitants to this City at all, though all the lights inside the buildings are on.

Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 Jerusa10

Above this grounded City, there is a mountainous pearly white City hovering just above it, as if resting on a halo-like cloud, and gleaming brightly in contrast to the darkness of all the grayed and blackened buildings that are rooted to the ground.

Above that, even, there is a large, glowing yellow heart in the sky, shining its light down like a spotlight on the brightly shining white City above the dark one.

Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 The_wo10

You begin on the ground level, in the dark city, with the buildings that are separated from each other.

PostSubject: Re: Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was   Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 EmptySat Oct 29, 2016 8:27 pm

The dark robed Organization member that was in plain view continued to approach Overlord Tensei very slowly, but with a caution that seemed equal or parallel to his own. It wasn't until Overlord Tensei took one step in the wrong direction, dodging one of the mere pawns and darting behind the dark figure that he would be met with a swift overhead blow from an overbearingly large sword like that of an axe, and with the weight of a mountain falling from the sky. One strike split the building in two, with a great deal of debris shooting up into the air and hovering in place, with the other half of the building that he stood atop falling and crumbling with him on it.

The man lugged his great sword up upon his shoulders after that, with the hovering dark energy arrows overhead immediately covering him with an onslaught of shots like that of a machine gun whose bullets had been frozen in time until the moment the sword hit the floor. Everything here was, more or less, just decoration; a simulation for a greater test, and nothing of value to anyone at all. No one missed a fallen tower that could be easily reconstructed, specifically for the purpose of entrapping and testing another who dared walk into the Dark City. Each of the arrows, some of which had not moved from their place, in spite of the others that were rapidly firing, would continue to keep a steady lock on Overlord Tensei and every one of his movements.

Many of the figures fell with him, still swiping at him mindlessly. A great deal of them also still surrounded the Organization member wielding the large sword, covering him just the same as the still-stagnant arrows that were seemingly frozen in time overhead. The man watched Overlord Tensei as he fell, but should he move, would not be so quick nor hasty to retaliate, himself, or even follow with his eyes. He stood where he was, watching the half of the building crumble and collapse as it would, returning to the same rubble from whence it was built.

PostSubject: Re: Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was   Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 EmptySat Oct 29, 2016 9:18 pm

Overlord Tensei's perception was top of the line, especially with his signature 'Hyper Perception' locked onto his intended target, as he was known for. The first major strike, which split the building in two would only miss just by a hair as he stopped just before the sword hit the ground, yet, when he began to fall on the debris, Overlord Tensei took special precautionary measures to ensure that wherever he saw an arrow flying at him, he was always right beside, in front of or behind one of the figures that had fallen with him, leaping from each piece of debris as he would until all of them were struck down by the precision mark arrow-bullets.

The next platform that Overlord Tensei hopped to when the figures had effectively taken the blows for him was his crystal hand that manifested in the distance, with a closed fist for him to land on. The single flick of the finger shot him straight back up to the top of the building on the other side of the one watching him fall. When he came back down, he landed atop the back of his crystal hand, which had manifested at the top of the building on the level end, and arced like a spider. The index finger tapped lightly, almost impatiently, as Overlord Tensei stood silently and stiffly on his hand. It crept cautiously closer, like a spider inspecting its prey and the area.

Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was   Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 EmptySat Nov 05, 2016 11:52 am

The hooded man, after hearing that Overlord Tensei had effectively made his way back up to the still standing half of the building, with the movement area shortened so that their mobility was limited, would turn around slowly with his large blade still hoisted on his shoulder. "You're late," was all that he said, before a few of the still remaining dark energy arrows overhead shot at him like bullets, with a precision that would only strike Overlord Tensei every time he made a single movement. If he dodged one shot, the next would fire immediately after, right behind it, to strike at the location where he would be going, and another afterward, and so on every time he moved, indefinitely.

All the while, the dancing figures would continue mindlessly seeking out Overlord Tensei, hurling themselves in all sorts of manners in what seemed like wild attempts at attacks. Their movements were so out of sync, that they would have no pattern to them and would not synchronize at all with the dark energy shots that were actually aimed at Overlord Tensei with both precision and intent. The mob of strange figures easily filled the sides of the remainder of the half-building, limiting mobility even more to what seemed like a very small, very secluded arena. They did not cease their random onslaught. Even with as many that were lost to the destruction of half the building, it seemed like there were still just the same amount, if not more.

Whilst all of that was being done, the hooded man, sporting his gargantuan axe-blade, would have only taken a few steps, rather slowly and spread out, with an aura growing around him every step of the way toward Overlord Tensei, who looked like he was growing impatient.

Overlord Tensei's visible eye narrowed. The first shot that came at him at his movement would be flicked away by the index finger as it was about to tap the ground once more, making an opening for Overlord Tensei to slip through the fingers and under the palm of the crystal hand for cover. All the while, the other fingers would be effectively flicking away the other arrows as they came; mostly into whichever figures were attempting to jump out and attack him.

"..." It seemed like Overlord Tensei wanted to say something to the axe-blade wielding Organization member, but was too deep in his own thoughts for words to actually come up.

Protected by the large spider-like crystal hand over him, he, too, would start taking steps toward his actual opponent, just as slowly. Though, every time Overlord Tensei took a step, the Crystal Hand over him would also be crawling along over him, mobilizing with him and knocking away with flicks, spins, twirls and stabs each of the mindless drones that were being used to attempt to overwhelm him. Overlord Tensei's image would occasionally be blocked by the movements of the fingers, and when the area was clear to whatever degree it was, it would continue to crawl along over him in tandem with his steps.

PostSubject: Re: Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was   Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 EmptySat Nov 05, 2016 12:50 pm

"Interesting..." the man would mutter lowly, before returning to silence. As his aura grew around him, so did an anticipation within him to test the true strength of the one he faced in combat. His hand that was not carrying the large blade raised up and all from the ground below, the debris of the building would rise up with it and up into the air. The large chunks of building of variable sizes would float, suspended in midair, like giant clods of earth. Some were broken to the point of points, resembling giant shards. Others, as abstract shapes and forms, most relatively as hunks and boulders. They, similarly to the arrows floating midair, would not move until they were bid.

The arrows would cease fire once the first few were knocked away, because there was no opening, and only a limited amount of the arrows remained hovering in the sky.

The figures that were being effortlessly knocked around would, as well, retreat, but into themselves. Once they did, their shapes became something different than what they were before, and become amorphous, all congregating as multiple different forms. They resembled amoebas of variable sizes and shapes, but looked like they were about to reshape into something else.

All the while, the two combatants should have finally been meeting up relatively at the center of what remained of the half-destroyed building. By this time, the aura that was flared up around the man would pour from out of him as a large and forceful flare, and the tension that it brought was all focused into the grip of his sword. He dashed, completely out of nowhere, at Overlord Tensei the very moment he saw a finger lift up and a gap split between them, with his sword already ready to knock the daylights out of him with a single swipe. The powerful aura surging around him would also act as an armor of sorts to keep other forces from deterring him or interfering with his solid, decisive motions. Ergo; the single swipe should have gone through with no form of resistance. Should the Crystal Hand get in the way in any way, the swipe of the sword would be powerful enough to knock it away, either topside or generally deflecting whatever should so come.

Overlord Tensei had not lost sight of his actual opponent, even with the distractions about, as he may have hoped. Though he had planned out his movements where he would have an opening when the crystal hand was occupied with holding off and thwarting the arrows and the figures, once they all ceased, the hand was free to move.

Yet, even with its ability to move against the Organization member, he was allowed through, only for the fingers to press into the ground behind the man, securely rooting themselves to the building like a claw sinking into flesh. That very same instant, the building would be shaken violently by the hand, itself, and all that stood atop it simultaneously, including Overlord Tensei, whose image would split with the heavy vibrations. The single swipe at him was only at his fading afterimage, with the crystal hand securing the Organization member in place as a container. Overlord Tensei, himself, had actually seemed to have switched places with the man, and was walking out from under the hand, through the fingers, just the same as his opponent had entered. He prepared himself for the imminent onslaught. Still, with the building being Quaked by the hand, Overlord Tensei's image was still vibrating and blurred. He did not stop walking, and this time, seemed to be heading toward the amorphous blob.

Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was   Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 EmptySat Nov 05, 2016 7:31 pm

As unexpected as the turn of events had been, it was still nothing to this man. The swipe of his sword may have missed, but his aura had not faded, and instead, remained contained in the fierce grip of his weapon. "Hruh," he grunted, slamming his axe-blade into the ground with a powerful 'Rockshatter.' The entire structure that was being jostled here and there by the ingrained hand would be broken apart right where the fingers connected, simultaneously breaking the grip and also destroying another chunk of the building. Before he fell, the man had leapt from the solid platform he was standing on, which had been broken from the hand and the platforms the nails were dug into, and hopped to one of the other floating building pieces that had been raised into the sky by his own power. This should have effectively ceased all the quaking of the building, whilst also giving him a vantage point over the entire area.

As he stood on his floating rock, hovering over the building, the man raised his weapon up to his shoulder again, with an aura starting to emanate from around him. "Try your best."

As he spoke, the amorphous mass would, as Overlord Tensei neared, become like floating aqueous musical notes that drifted about like they were on a staff, and already written to a melodious flow, like water. They rose from where they were and floated in different directions, yet remained remarkably in step and in tempo with Overlord Tensei, as opposed to how, in their shape and form before as wild figures, they had no pattern nor structure in their movements. Now, totally the opposite of what they had been, raising from the nearly destroyed building, the watery musical notes would float away from Overlord Tensei and around each of the floating structures kept afloat by the one controlling them.

Now, Overlord Tensei was a sitting duck on a wide open space with no one and nothing in the way nor around him, so the floating arrows that still remained had a clear and open shot at him. Like before, one would only shoot at him when he moved, and did not fire at him in a rapid barrage, but as pinpoint shots aimed exactly at his location and where the anticipated locations would be, wherever that may be, with only a fraction of a split second in between, to ensure the mark was hit this time. Nothing else moved until Overlord Tensei did.

Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was   Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 EmptySat Nov 05, 2016 8:00 pm

Overlord Tensei looked on as all of these things went on around him, and only found himself closing is eyes, finally, and saying lowly, "... You Shouldn't Have Done That." For some reason, there seemed to be a hint of agitation in his voice for reasons unknown. Regardless of the reasoning, he was still being fired at, out in the open by the arrows that seemed to be wanting him to be kept on his toes. Now that he could see this was the intention behind that, when the arrows fired at him, Overlord Tensei raised his hand up defiantly and turned his head swiftly at where the arrows were coming from, letting them be sucked into the voids where his hands should be, and become absorbed for power.

Nearby, the already large crystal hand could be seen rising from the other side of the building, now much larger than the first time, and growing in power as Overlord Tensei drew in more. His eye was pitch black wen he opened it to gaze upon the arrows, and thereafte, the enormous crystal hand. Now, when it stabbed its fingers into a building, each single finger was of a similar enormity as the buildings themselves, and drove themselves deeply into each structure, rooting just like before, with the palm arcing over Overlord Tensei, himself. The entire city was shaken, this time, and rather violently at that, as if he were really upset. "I Tried My Best One Time," he continued emotionlessly, like he were gazing into the distant and near past simultaneously, both at two different points in his life. "They Feared Me."

In the next instant, he was atop his Crystal Hand, and assimilating with it at the wrist. As Overlord Tensei fed, so did the hand, and he would now be arcing over it as though he were an arm, and the hand were his lower torso. He would drain energy from the actual city, itself; electricity, water, and any form of power that could be and naturally was consumed. "I Am A Threat," he muttered, with a voice that echoed over the whole city, "This Is Why I Do Not Try My Best." He remembered both underdeveloped planets that he 'tried his best' on and, just the words triggered his traumatic memories of those terrible places, of which seemed to inspire his change in both demeanor and structure. The memories flashed through his head, and his pitch black eye, wide and bulging, like a black hole, gazed on at the entire city; hungry. The suction of his eye made a noise that sounded something like a wild and primal screech. This was the vacuum of light being consumed by his sight.

Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was   Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 EmptySat Nov 05, 2016 8:41 pm

The sudden, rapid change in Overlord Tensei's persona was something none who were looking on had expected, yet all seemed to be anticipating. "He's looking inwardly..." The one atop the rock would state, gazing into his eye. "He's not paying attention to us anymore." Whatever he was looking at, it was inside of himself. "... We're going to see his darkness." Something that perhaps, the entire Organization had been waiting for.

???: That means it's really time to party, huh?

Suddenly, on one of the other hovering broken building pieces, more of the Organization members would appear from out of their dark corridors, now numbering up to 8. None of them could be told apart from each other, save for the first one to have appeared to engage Overlord Tensei; Lexaeus.

???: Good work, Lexaeus. I thought we'd be bored all night.

The man wielding the axe-blade, whose name was Lexaeus, would finally reveal his face once his name was called, as if by protocol once his identity was revealed in the light. So too, his face, to match the name.

Lexaeus: ... Nothing.
Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 Lexaeu10

The monstrous, gargantuan form of Overlord Tensei now was not something unlike what they'd seen their own Master take the form of once before, and all of them were actually rather intrigued on their likeness. This made them all the more antsy to test out his power, since he seemed to be more serious, after realizing they were just toying with him. Yet, the fact that he didn't seem to be looking at any of them actually troubled them. That actually did mean he was the threat, and they, as a unit, had to fight him like someone else they hadn't forgotten had to fight them long ago.

???: Strange being on the other end of the battle, eh?

All of them silently agreed, but unanimously slipped back into their dark corridors and off of the tops of the floating boulders with the aqueous music notes hovering around them, all of which would be hurled at the giant Overlord Tensei not at his Crystal Hand, but at his fleshy upper torso, where they were sure it would do some damage. They were all rather clear that the crystal wasn't going to get a scratch on it if the fingers could so easily tear through their buildings, so, even if the large chunks were large enough to be on par in size, they would break away on impact like dust. The same should not be so for the upper torso, however. Behind them, the aqueous music notes would converge into their amorphous masses again and, in their own time and tempo behind the building chunks hurled at Overlord Tensei, they would shoot at him as sharp spikes.

In variable distances, the 8 Organization members, with Lexaeus included, would appear atop the series of remaining buildings, with none of them too close or too far away from each other, but quite the distance away from Overlord Tensei, himself. They began to slip in and out of dark corridors soon after, in and out, randomizing themselves atop each building. Not a single rooftop would go untouched by the foot of an Organization member, and their randomized movements made it seem like there were hundreds of them moving all throughout.

Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was   Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 EmptySat Nov 05, 2016 9:10 pm

Overlord Tensei continued talking, paying no attention to literally anything nor anyone. "All Of This Means Nothing," he would say, very much aware of what everything and everyone's place, in every realm that he could see, was where they were. When he got like this, as he often did when he no longer was to listen to or see others, even if they were still speaking or right in his line of sight, everything became nullified, even consequences, until light returned to his eyes. "It All Returns To Nothing."

His gaze swept over the city, literally drawing up the buildings from their places and breaking them down for fodder, as naught but dust. No Organization member would be able to use the buildings that were ripped from their place by the void that was Overlord Tensei's eye, which would consume them and bring him more power. "Absolute Zero..." The entire city trembled as he spoke, just as it did any time he got to the point of Absolute Zero, no matter the reason. Whenever he looked away from an area that his eye had not finished feasting upon, the specks of dust, broken down and dissected by his eye, would be left floating in the air, as dust would. The sizes were variable; of the smallest, tiniest particle to large chunks of debris, and even whole buildings, themselves. The allness of Dark City would be demolished with a simply passing of his sight. "... Find Meaning, Or Suffer The Darkness Of Eternity." He did not seem to be speaking to anyone, but merely just speaking, like he were reading off data from a line of code. His voice was both monotonous and devoid of emotion. Still, he continued to speak, not to anyone, yet still about something. It didn't seem to matter if anyone could hear him, nor if they understood him, as he frequently knew people did not. When it was time for him to speak, whatever it may be, and however it was understood, he simply spoke, and continued to speak. And so...

"Nothingness... All Of These Are Mere Toys. Worth Nothing. Nothing. If You Are Not Having Fun." Still, his eye devoured, and the city was being returned to nothing, and so too would they, as part of the Void, from whence they would not be able to emerge should they be sucked into. They would lose their will to go on, should they allow Overlord Tensei to even continue to speak for too long. It would truly return all to nothing, and they would all become lifeless; without purpose, just by spoken word alone. "If Your Fun Is Also Meaningless, Then How Much More Meaningless Are Your Toys." The city was disgusting to Overlord Tensei, and known to be a legitimate toy that many people had recreated, which he was also aware none were supposed to be doing. "... Why Does This City Exist?" Should they not answer correctly, it would cease to exist on the spot. The worst of it all; Overlord Tensei already knew the answer and the purpose of this ugly city of Babylon.

Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was   Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 EmptySat Nov 05, 2016 9:52 pm

None of the Organization members were prepared for this. In fact, many of them staggered, knowing not what to do.

???: Uh, chief, I think we ACTUALLY have a SERIOUS crisis on our hands, here.

Their space to move was becoming more limited just by the passing of his gaze alone, which was something none of them actually had the power to combat. All that they'd thrown at him pretty much got consumed by that eye, and his body was growing larger as it fed from the city.

???: Uh, why DO we have this city, anyway?

Many of them that were newer members did not know and could not answer, but the elders understood the purpose of Dark City and how very correct Overlord Tensei was about how meaningless it was. There was no answer that could be given to him that would not make their situation worse, and inevitably, everything would be lost in the process, including the Organization members, themselves. So suddenly, what was once their fun and joy had become meaningless with only a few words and actions, yet, all was not yet lost, should Overlord Tensei be sedated.

???: ... Because We Couldn't Destroy It.

Finally, a voice of wisdom, one far greater than any of the others that has spoken, would begin to speak to Overlord Tensei, and explain the story behind the Dark City, of which he understood to be a replica of 'Babylon,' the accursed city.

???: Yes, We Uncovered The Secrets Of The City, Just As Many Others, And Built Our Own, As You Can See. You Are Correct In Saying It Is Worthless. That Is What It Was Before We Got Here. And Yet...

The voice broke, and none of the Organization members could be found. Each of them had retreated into the dark corridors to keep from getting absorbed by Overlord Tensei, like the city, which was completely dismembered, had been.

???: ... Somehow, We, Too, Began To Play With It. That Was Our First Mistake. To Even Touch It, Beyond Destroying It.

As correct as he was about the city being a toy, it was an evil, wicked, foul creation that they, too, stood upon, drawing in those that were to be tested into the streets and then measuring them by how well they did inside of it. More times than not, they became Heartless. Only those within the Organization, the Nobodies that remembered, could actually rise above the city. But they had a different affliction binding them, and also that kept them attached to the city, as well.

???: ... I'm Sure With Only That Information, You Understand Your Importance In This Scenario, And Why You Were Brought Here.

At that moment, a bright light shone from the white castle that hovered above the Dark City, and, from that light, the voice continued to speak.

???: ... Come. We Have Much To Discuss.

Despite how the Organization members probably really wished to have a full, drawn out battle with Overlord Tensei, it was actually just as meaningless as the city. It was created as a test to see who could pass, and because Overlord Tensei had done so with flying colors, not at all succumbing to the wiles of the intoxicating city's limits, like all the Heartless that were around him and populated the city had done, he was no longer to be tested by the city. Any further, and certainly, it would collapse. He could not remain in it, because as he stood, it made the city weak. Unfortunately, that also made the Organization weak, as well, but to their advantage, it made everyone else that had copied the image of this city just as equally weak, leaving only one factor up in the air that made Overlord Tensei and the Organization XIII different from each of the others that would crumble under Overlord Tensei's gaping sight.

???: Show Him The Way.

When it was safe for the Organization to appear, they would do so, and be prepared to escort Overlord Tensei to see their Master.

Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 Empty

Overlord Tensei would not hear anything that went on nor see anyone as he consumed their world. It was nothing but food. It had no value. It had no meaning. There was no sentiment, at base value. Just food for him to eat and process, which is all it looked like once he no longer had light in his eyes; one big giant dinner plate, with everyone and everything on the menu. It wasn't until he heard a voice coming from beyond, much different from the others, that he would halt his ravenous emotionless consumption and take heed. Yet, the only words that came from him were those of utter disappointment. "The Fact That You Failed Tells Me Much About You. About Everyone." And so, the more he had to even think about their failure, as well as everyone else, and also the fact that they kept failing, repeatedly, and still somehow couldn't get it right actually drew up fury in him with all that he'd eaten. "... Where Did You Go Wrong?" All the energy he'd eaten, which was almost poisonous to him, was about to be regurgitated; violently, as when a person upchucks. "WHERE Do They KEEP GOING WRONG!?" All the energy was focused in his pitch black spiraling eye, and its light was so bright, it would pierce the void that was still simultaneously drawing in information. Still eating.

The power of this horrendous red light was so strong, the moment it became visible, it caused the entire Dark City to be splattered in blood red. Whatever was left was drenched in it, including the pure white castle, and the yellow moon. It looked only like a single, thin red dot, but because it had power to bypass the void, its magnitude was actually far more powerful than it appeared. "KILL BABYLON." When he said 'Kill,' he certainly meant the word 'Murder,' with intent and premeditation, something like he was about to do right now.

Overlord Tensei took a deep breath; one that would seem to sound like the gurgling of a boiling cauldron, and fired a beam directly at the ground under him, which would completely destroy the ground and burn through whatever was in the way. The roaring fire and destructive explosion would have wiped out the city, with the force of the blast spreading outward and burning away every last construction that was set up anyway, just because he could no longer look at the ugly creature anymore. "FALSE IDOLS!!!" he hissed, outpouring more fiery energy, which would pour from his eye like molten blood; a lake of fire. "KILL THEM!!!!" Soon, he would no longer be able to speak. It was just as it had been in the other ugly cities, and would forever be so as long as they existed and someone kept rebuilding them. "YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE TESTING," he commanded. "YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO KEEP REBUILDING IT," he declared. "IF YOU CONTINUE, YOU ARE WEAK, AND ARE FOOD. DO YOU SEE THIS!? THIS IS FOOD. AND THE LOWEST CLASS OF IT, AT THAT!!!" Fire poured from his mouth like blood, and he stretched out over the city as a horrendous ugly monster. The fiery blood that seeped out of his eyes and through the cracks of his teeth, which were sharp and ravenous like a bloodthirsty carnivore, would pour out over the land as he passed by, and he would bite at whatever was left and tear it up from the ground and crush it in his mouth.

He snatched up another one of the remaining buildings, if there were any, and bit off the top of it like the head of an animal cracker, thinking deeply about how much blood would be pouring out from an actual animal, which he also was thinking about as he went on his destructive rampage. And yet...

"... Nothing..." he muttered, suddenly sedated. "... Means Nothing..." He dropped the building, and the fire pouring out of his eyes and mouth would come to cease. "... Worth Nothing." And so, there Overlord Tensei would lay limp, mournfully, yet emotionlessly over the rubble of Dark City. "... Is Nothing." He stopped moving completely. It was safe to come near. "... Take Me To Him." Overlord Tensei's body slowly, but surely, started to shrink down to normal size and proportions, ready to be escorted. He would suddenly turn completely submissive, as if traumatized, and fall completely absolutely silent. He spoke to no one, and his eye remained pitch black, and gaping.

Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was   Kingdom Hearts; The World That Never Was - Page 2 EmptySat Nov 05, 2016 11:33 pm

Everyone looked on, from far off, in horror.

???: Was it really that bad?

Despite KNOWING that the Dark City was a bad place, it seemed like no one actually really truly understood just how bad it was for them to even make a replica of it.

???: At least we know we don't have to clean it up.

Clearly, constructing another replica was not a good idea, even just to test others. After seeing what happened to this city and knowing the replicas that existed in other worlds were pretty much condemned to the same fate, the Organization members would leave the empty city completely destroyed and wouldn't even attempt to rebuild it at all.

???: Guess that's why the 'Castle That Never Was' is floating, huh?

As some of them attempted to make light of this situation, all of them had seen how just the actual existence of the city made Overlord Tensei act. They knew he was not like them, for they could not only exist inside the city, and look at it every day from their castle on high, but also actually live off of its existence and lure others into it, as it was designed to do to trap people in it, work it and power the castles that were made on top of them. Fortunately, 'The Castle That Never Was' was independent of that.

Once Overlord Tensei seemed... Safe to approach, and was of a reasonable size to enter the castle, the Organization XIII members would come to his aid, wary of his pitch black gaping eye and, without any words extra, took him into a Dark Corridor leading into their castle, and left the rubble of Dark City to continue to smolder. They would not look back.
