Master Bills, the servant slave of the Void Bo$$, Dr. Money (otherwise known as Tymon), was displeased that he was being ordered around by Dr. Money whilst Dr. Money, himself, was doing more important things than he and getting all sorts of credit for being considered more highly than he. Grumbling and mumbling to himself the entire way through all of his orders, Master Bills decided that he would act out on his own and initiate his own part of a secret underhanded scheme that was going to thwart all of the major important calculations of Dr. Money and the mass construction of Tymonland (because Dr. Money is just Tymon).
"Grrrr!" Master Bills grumbled, thinking about all of the great things that Dr. Money was doing and how he was doing them with his inheritance, "... I'll show him..."
The entire process was taking a very long time as it was because Master Bills was already getting in the way beforehand at every turn, throwing wrenches in Dr. Money's plans so that he could exact his revenge and also cause his own plans to come into fruition and make it -SEEM- like -HE- was the one that actually did all of the work or was coming up with these great things, making it -SEEM- like he was more important than he was instead of it all being Dr. Money's ideas and calculations completely solitarily. Master Bills was only just a servant that was taken in after Dr. Money thwarted he, himself, when he was a villain against him (of which Master Bills still clearly was in secret). "According to -MY- calculations," he started to mumble to himself with an evil and insipid spite in his voice, something like an envious scorn, "... If I begin to start right here... at 'The Assault' ..." he continued to grumble on, trying to actually make sense of his own plans in relation to what Dr. Money was doing so that the whole thing would fall apart, "... Th-then I will be able to tear down the entire thing with a long string of events that will cause Dr. Money's plans to be stopped!" He laughed with excitement when he figured out the extension of his plans in his head, something like Dr. Money did. "Then I will be able to pick up where he left off and all the credit will go to me and everyone will love me like they like Dr. Money!!!"
So Master Bills, who weaseled himself into a position of using the technology so that he could have control over what was going on instead of Dr. Money, himself (who both insisted that he did have complete control and that Master Bills stay out of it all), would press a button several times and begin his own little operation to take down Dr. Money.
"Launch The Assault!" he cried out to his own vagabond members, of which he was using a mind control device to manipulate them in their heads and communicate with them directly into their minds on a private channel independent of what Dr. Money was using to communicate with them all and he, himself. Master Bills ended up laughing as his own members -- Valparaiso Denizens for hire posing as $yndicate members -- started to act on his plans. "I've already paid you more than enough to get this job done, so get it done right!!" he snarled at them, then puffed out his chest in pride when he was certain that his authority over them was instilled. "It won't be long now before Dr. Money's plans to revitalize Valparaiso and turn it into 'Tymonland' fall apart and I can call it... 'Billiam World' after -ME-! Master Bills! Otherwise known as 'BILLIAM'!"
Master Bills' real name was 'Billiam.' His villain name was 'Master Bills,' which was also the slave name that he was referred to as by Dr. Money because of his less than lowly behavior during the times of former sabotage before even reaching this point.
