Events that are currently ensuing that have an altering effect (usually not permanent, but are ongoing and wide scale) on the Veritas and any of its places. Though the effect are usually not permanent, sometimes, they can result in permanent changes until further notice.

Cause; The Thunderbird has called upon a great lightning storm that has covered the entire Mezzo Villa in dark clouds and lightning.

Effect; This makes the city a bit more dangerous, though not as much as in the center of the storm. One may be subject to stray lightning bolts, or random destruction caused by the storm itself.

Meaning; Roleplay as though the city is dark and filled with lightning and heavy rain until the storm passes, which will be noted here.
