One of the oldest buildings in the city, once overrun by agriculture of all kinds, this tower had no functionality save for harboring many sneaky monsters. The roots that were once only keeping it standing now gnarl around it as though some sort of twisted, yet eerily cute dreamhouse of sorts... Like a little girl's dollhouse, or something.
Every time someone walks in, blood pours from the walls and coats the entire building if they do not escape from it by nightfall... That's why they call it 'Red Velvet.' Legend has it that a spirit possesses this place... This is where 'The Game' rests.

Grand Tabritha | | One of the Three Great Veritas Spirits, known as the Spectral Spirit, that which fuels the entire Spectral Dusk territory with its spiritual energy. The Pangenerator emits a constant Myst from itself at all times that seems to be similar to condensed magic, but different somehow. This is the 'Creative Energy' that Magic is made from beginning to coagulate, taking on a dense vapor that is able to be breathed and visibly seen. It powers those of the Dusk Citizens that have any sort of powers as well as their machinery or technology indefinitely. Sometimes within large clusters of this Myst, if not regulated, random creations are said to start spawning; including living beings. They say that the Pangenerator is a living essence that watches over and completely consumes the Dusk, sustaining it with its life force. It is the core of 'Mechanica' and the 'Heart of the Dusk' that is bound with the love of The Phantom of the Dusk and his Daughter's Souls together within the Dusk and the Family's Factorial City. - Veritas Console (Veritas Game)
