He was happy that the Insanity was free again. After going through all of the experiences he'd gone through, he did understand why God has the Insanity and why it is of the 12th Restriction -- Free Will.

"Now We Will Share The Same Wrath, And I Will Complete God's Freewill Wrath."

Khrona was at total peace with this and would not stop the Insanity at all. He would let it go and see how long it took for things to stop feeding it, especially because the Insanity -- as it was before when it destroyed the Lost World -- is just his own projection, just the same as God's Wrath.
