Ningyou are soulless mindless vessels of dolls that are used to capture minds and souls through the gem on their bodies and trap whatever person's personality they have snatched up in order to animate them. They are also usually used as an 'item' working under someone, but there are some that are known to have their independent will. Some people who have destroyed bodies will make a Ningyou in order to acquire a new body.
