After the little escapade in the Residential District involving Chroma, hed of the Dusk Security Force and Orange, her old, but weird chum that showed up in the Veritas out of nowhere rather homeless and without a shoulder to lean on, Chroma would bring Orange back to the Spectral Stations, which were the Living Quarters designed for all of the Dusk Security Force to live in. They had their own rooms designated to whatever unit they were in, with each unit assigned to a specific floor, on call.
Chroma and Orange would be taking the elevator up to the upper levels, where many of the DSF units did not live because of how much time it would take them to sortie if a problem should arise in the city. Until Orange actually joined one of the assigned units on any of the floors designated, she would have to stay in one of the other levels in her own room so that the units could remain organized.

"Man this place is big and very chill so to say, can't see anything wrong with this place and that my pal is one of the best things ever.
Looking around was pretty awesome to her, she could see so many different things and everything was nice and chill and that was always a good thing in her book. She didn't want another pool party mess happening again, since that was something she could have avoided or somehow stopped from getting out of control. She smiled as she kept on taking in the sights an what have you, plus she was super happy to work from Chroma; she may not look it, but she was actually a very good blood hound when the time came.
"So do I get to be apart of your personal group and go spying on people? Because I can do all of that and more if you need it done Boss."

"Yeah, sure, if you want." Chroma needed all the help she could get, especially when it came to keeping the City of Dusk safe, clean and crime free. Orange would find all types of things to do just with that alone, and also get to enjoy the technological advancements of the City. "You can go out and do all the sleuthing you desire, and if you find someone with some interesting powers, you can always snatch em up and use em for yourself." Chroma seemed a lot more informal around Orange, but this was because of their history, and also because of Chroma's own tiredness of always having to be so formal with everyone all the time. She was actually not that type of person at all, but because of the numerous serious matters that were present just because the Dusk had only recently been put back into motion, it was important for her to be this way at least until everyone was familiar with her as the head of the task force. Then, perhaps, she could be a little more comfortable, like her father was when he was 'The Phantom' that protected the Dusk from the sidelines, even if his becoming 'The Phantom' was more or less a defecting from his position as the village leader, at the time. Times were different when the Dusk was young, but the Spirit of the Dusk, The Phantom, lived on in both she and her father, and the heart of the Dusk, itself.
"I just want to make sure that you're situated first. If you're not ready to go out into the field, then something might happen that could put you in another bad position." Chroma didn't want many more of those same incidents like the one in the Residential District to occur, since it put the city, itself, in a bad state. Those people had to all go to work the next day, and had to see each other at some point in time, and many other fine intricate details that having bad blood wouldn't mix well with in keeping the peace. "We can get you fully registered and ready for field work after you've found yourself a nice room and gotten it all comfy and whathaveyou."
When Chroma finished talking, the elevator dinged and the doors slid open to the vacant floor with halls of rooms filled with open living space."You can meet some of the other Phantoms and whatnot whenever you like, since you'll be working with them. It'll be good to learn from them." Chroma then stepped out of the elevator and started walking down the hall, leading Orange to her room, of which she could personalize later.

"Well I'm happy that you said that, but I have other ways of getting what I want without any effort truth be told. Just a simple talk will work wonders, I mean you'll see once I get started and then you'll understand why my words are my bullets heheee."
It was nice to see Chroma being chill with he, it had been quite some time since she last felt this at ease around her; since last time things kinda got crazy and didn't end too well so to say, but was still left on a good note.
"I can't wait to see my living space and how it looks and see who I'll be working with. Also I'll need to change my clothes so I can fit the part a bit more hehee. Gotta love looking good when you walk out."

Somehow, Chroma was actually feeling good about Orange's initiative and good spirits, as well. It made her happy to know that she was actually really giving things a good try, and was willing to do so this time. With this, the two of them could move swiftly and stealthily.
"Alright, here we are," Chroma would say as they stopped at one of the rooms, which, more or less, looked just like all the others. "It looks generic, but that's so you can personalize it to your liking later."In the room there was a standard bed, with a window outside, a closet and a bathroom. Everything else was relatively bare, but this was for the full customization for Orange as she desired.

"This is awesome, I know just what to put in here hehe."
It was obvious she was gonna put Chroma inspired things everywhere, such as dolls, towels, bears, etc. She was going to have a lot of fun making this room look like her own personal heaven and making it the best spot in the whole building. She rubbed her head and walked on it, took a seat and just started to relax a bit before she was sent to do other stuff.
"Come Chroma, come relax for a minute with me. Might as well take a second to enjoy this lovely room.

Chroma sighed, already knowing what Orange wanted to do and also what she, herself, had to do that was not only not that, but also more important in terms of business."Uh, no," she said rather cut and dry, as Chroma, in all her incarnations, tended to be, especially when it was time to get something accomplished. "You should find a... Person to do that with. One that isn't me." Surely, there was someone or something running around the Dusk that would keep Orange company. Even if Orange's thoughts weren't as lascivious as before, honestly, because of how often she did have those thoughts, and what Chroma knew it meant, she was unattracted to the actual idea of spending too much time with her just because of that alone. She could only listen to so much of that before it was just completely unappealing. "We've spent enough time together, and I told you, if you were listening, that I have work to do." Seemed like Orange was just as selfish and one-tracked as ever, and Chroma couldn't stand those who didn't listen to her, considering she was both an intellectual AND a person in a position where being listened to was both a requirement and a commonplace. Chroma was actually rather thankful she had more work to do, at this point. "If you need me, I'll be in the Conference Room, in my office, getting the orders ready for the next operation." The Phantoms were always busy, even if they were seldom seen or heard. That was how they were supposed to be, in fact.
"Try to make friends with other people," were the last words that Chroma would say to Orange. "... Seriously." The obsession with Chroma was getting more than irritating to she, herself. She was never fond of anyone being this close to her except her own father. She was known for not being close to anyone and not really being fond of prolonged contact nor association at all, and actually rather relished in her own solitude and isolation, just like her father, himself. She was the most like him of any of the children, and, being the eldest AND the closest to him, she did pick up on the 'don't touch me' and 'I'll stay cooped up in an enclosed space' portions, like she was used to growing up with him. That's how she liked it, too, even if others didn't. Personal space is a must for her, as Orange would learn rather quickly, if she kept pushing these boundaries.
Chroma closed the door and made her way to the elevator. She would send someone up for Orange later; someone that was more... fitting to her unique personality, which Chroma was actually unsuited for.[/b]

"That girl is quite something hehe, but she's still wet behind the ears from my view point. Guess its time to get myself ready and what have you; can't be sitting here looking like a bump on a log after all."
Her obsession for Chroma wasn't because she was in love with her, it was because she loved the feeling of being shot down over and over again. It was weird, but she always found being rejected to be the best feeling ever because it only made the persons feelings that much stronger and made them want to try that much harder to get what they wanted. She knew some people wouldn't understand this, but it didn't matter to her so long as she had fun.
"Ok, where are they? Hmmm...there they are!"
She searched her special place trying to find her second outfit and with some luck she did find it and she quickly started to change. She had a whole new look, something that was more standout ish so to say.
Spoiler:
So now that she was hooked up with new gear, she needed to hook her room up so that it would more or less match her style. So she reached into her special bag and pulled out something that she threw across the room; this something would change the rooms whole look and boy did it change it to something epic!
Spoiler:
"There we go, now I can just relax for a second and try and think of something cool to say when someone enters my room hahah! Oh wait!"
She almost forgot the most important item and that was her plushy bear, who's name was Doofy.

Some time later, however long it was, the elevator shaft opened up again with another masked figure garb in all dark, just the same as Chroma, exiting out of it. "Let's see... Where is that room?" The voice sounded muffled under the mask.
It was one of the Phantoms that Chroma sent to the one called 'Orange' in order to check on her and attempt to make friends with her, if that were possible. Someone in the unit had to be fit for it, after all. "I hope this new kid is nice..." This Phantom would approach the room that was assigned to Orange and knock on it, waiting for an answer.

"Come in, doors unlocked."
She never liked the idea of having locked doors, even though she was a female, but she always wanted to keep herself open just in case someone wanted to chill.

When it was heard that it was okay to come in, the masked figure would walk into the room, getting a good look at Orange. "Hi, I heard you were new?" this Phantom would say, somewhat nervously, it would seem. "I was told to come see how you were doing." This Phantom had a mask that was white with some red markings on it, and was in the shape of an animal, with numerous features of multiple animals all at once. The mask had a snout, as well, like some sort of canine or feline, but there were no ears. The rest of the attire was plain solid black. "Your name is Orange?"

Once the person entered the room, they would be meet with Orange simple sitting on her bed relaxing, she had to enjoy the new bed before the feeling got old, so that's exactly what she was doing. She also had her music playing rather loudly, but only once entered into the room could it actually be heard and boy was it loud, like really loud; though no one could hear it outside of her room because her room was sound proof.

The person who entered into Orange's newly styles room would look on at it with awe and amaze. "Wow..." he said, "... This is a nice setup here." It was surprising how much she had gotten done within a short amount of time, but certainly, Orange had her methods. "I might come up here just to hang out in this room!" he joked, laughing kinda dryly to himself.
"Orange? That's your name?" He rubbed the back of his head. "That's kinda strange, but it's nice to meet you. There are a lot of people with stranger names around here." There was a reason why the Phantoms wore their masks beyond just for their own uniformity and allegiance. There were many things wrapped in the shadows around this unit and the people. "My name is Bipartisan," he said, bowing his head lightly to Orange. "I'm sure that probably sounds stranger than Orange, but I like it."

"Do what you want, my room is always open to everyone and anyone truth be told; not like I have anything in here worth much value wise other than myself. Also I know my name is weird, but that's just a cover name I use because only certain people can and should know my actual name and your name is just fine haha."
She said as she started to move around on her bed a bit, since skin tight clothes weren't the most enjoyable thing to be in. As she move around, one could see just how tight the suite was; since one could easily make out her special areas. Not saying it way full blown camille toh and erect nipples, but if looked at close enough, it could be seen.
"This outfit is annoying as hell, ugh."

Bipartisan was caught off guard by Orange's comfort in the openness of her own space, nearly nervously so. "Ahhh..." he said, looking on at her curvaceous attire, which hugged the fine rounds of her body in every way rather snug, "... I'm sorry to hear that." He tried not to sound like he was coming on to her, especially after they just met, and instead would try to think of some different words to change the subject. "... Maybe you should change, huh?" That seemed to be the most formal thing to say without seeming like harassment of the newbie.

"No worries you. I'll tell you my actual name if you want? I mean we are pals after all, so it's the least I could do."
She didn't mind if her new pal knew her actual name, since Chroma was literally the only person to ever know her name without mind rapeing her for it. So it was all good to tell someone else, but that's when she heard it. Words she didn't expect to hear, but she heard them anyway and boy was she about to start laughing because it was so rare.
"Hehe, change you say? Sure, I got no problem with that request at all. So here I go!"
With that she tapped her chest and her suite sucked in on itself till it was nothing more than a black square that sat on her bed. However, once she took it off, she was basically in something even more sexy and reviled a lot more then before.
"Better?"
(Without suite on)

"That's not--" It was already too late. Before the words got out of his mouth, Bipartisan was already looking at the nakedness of the new coworker. He turned away from her and started to wonder about what his boss would say about all of this. "I meant, uh--" It was still already too late. The talking had completely been cut out, so Bipartisan was a bit jumbled in trying to piece together what to do. It was all so sudden.
Yet, when Bipartisan finally got his act together, he would step outside and wait for Orange to get dressed again. "... Just let me know when it's okay to come in again."

"Oh come now, there's nothing to be ashamed of at this point. I mean it's not like it's your first time seeing a woman half dressed before hehe."
It was rather odd to her, but she didn't mind it. In fact she simply got under her covers, so that way her new pal could not be so shy around her, since it was really obvious.
"You can come back in, there's nothing to fear anymore hehe."

Bipartisan remained outside the door until he heard that it was safe to come in. He wondered why this woman was so eager to be so revealing to he, who was a stranger, when it was their first time meeting. Maybe this was what Chroma was talking about when she warned him. Though, there were things that this 'Orange' person did not know about the Phantoms. Maybe it would just be best to let her find out, and see what she would do along the way.
Bipartisan walked into the room to find Orange under the covers, probably still naked. He wondered what the reason behind it was, and figured that she was just very promiscuous. He scratched the face of his mask a bit nervously. "I just don't understand why you got naked." He shook his head, still trying to avoid the subject. "... So, how do you like the Dusk?" he thought to ask her, making idle chitchat. "What about the HQ? Have you been around the Phantoms Headquarters yet?" If not, perhaps she could use a tour. That, and, she couldn't walk around the building naked.

"Why aren't you naked? I mean don't you want to be free from the prison that is clothes? Being naked is a wonderful thing and is quite fun actually; in fact I think I'll do just that."
It was a weird response and yet had a message behind it if looked at well enough. So with that being said, she removed the covers and got out of her bed, but this time she was completely naked, as in she was nude. She had no fear of being seen nude, in fact she enjoyed the attention for the most part, but that wasn't the reason she was naked. She simply needed her pal to get use to seeing her like this, seeing her most precious parts and everything, so one day he could just walk into her room and not be freaked out.
"Now about this place and this place...hmmm, I like it, but only because of my obsession with Chroma; which I'm sure she hates by now, but other then that this place rocks. You must wanna take me on a trip around here huh? Asking me out already hehehe, how brave of you."
She laughed a bit, as she turned her back to her pal, showing off her lush booty, before walking over to a closet that appeared from a special place. She had more clothes, yet she needed personal opinions on what to wear; so she turned to her pal with big eyes and bouncy breats and that's when he should've know it was about to be a fashion session.
"Help me pick out a outfit pal and do you think going fully bold is good or should I leave some hair there for protection?"
Of course she was talking about her special place, since it wasn't bold, but she wanted it to be because smooth was best and yet she didn't because she loved the prickly.

Bipartisan was shocked again to hear that this woman was intent on being both naked and exposing herself to a complete stranger without any questions nor reasonable logical intention besides just doing so. She was stranger than Chroma let on, and dealing with her, especially this sort of nature, would be difficult around other people who were not comfortable with this and simply wouldn't be because of their own personal individual identities, opinions, beliefs and standpoints. She needed to find more people like her, but out in the open, that would be difficult.
"Uh..." Bipartisan groaned, not really knowing what to say to all of this. The only words that came to his head were "You don't want to see me naked." The secrets of the Phantoms, or, at least some of Bipartisan's kind, would not yield the same type of pleasurable appearance as perhaps Orange would expect. This same reason is why he was both unattracted to her naked body and non-understanding of it. "I want you to be able to walk around on your own without an escort, and to get familiar with the building and the people so that you can be sociable." These were his instructions to carry out with and for Orange, and that was the main point of Bipartisan's focus. "I think you're going to need some clothes, because otherwise, you actually won't fit in as part of the Phantom unit." There was a uniform, or, rather, a 'dress code' for a reason, and it was to keep the secrecy of everyone else and the actual HQ itself an actual secret. Orange was doing and being just the opposite of a Phantom, which went beyond Bipartisan's understanding, since he was understanding of the Phantoms' code. Things outside of that were difficult to comprehend.

"Fine, fine. I guess not everyone is like me or down for what I'm into; so I apologize for making you feel uncomfortable pal."
Things weren't looking as good as she thought it would, so she decided to shape up a bit since things were getting serious. It was weird not being able to do what she would normally do, which she found all too odd all in itself, but she did agree to help Chroma out and well.... She had to live up to the expectation. So she quickly put on some clothes that didn't show anything sexual, it was tight, but not too tight.
"So what now?"

Surprisingly, the strange woman decided to do something completely different from what she seemed dead set on before, which brought Bipartisan, once again, to a loss. He did not understand all of these sporadic random changes, jumps and shifts that Orange was up to, mostly because he, himself, was not like that. Therefore, the two of them could not relate very well because of those particular differences. "Perhaps she should have sent someone else..." Bipartisan wondered, scratching his head a bit.
Even so, he still was given instructions to carry out, and those involved showing Orange around. "Well, now we're supposed to go around so you can get familiar with everything, so that eventually you won't need someone to show you around." He wondered, though, what sort of mischief Orange would get into unsupervised, but it certainly wasn't Bipartisan's place to think too much about that, so he didn't. He kept focus on his goal and his orders, which were to just be a guide to Orange right now. "I'll take you to our main rooms and tell you what each of them is for, then get you a uniform and you'll be back to see Chroma for formal registration. After that, you're free to do as you please." All of these things that Orange was being taken through were just standard protocol in order to maintain order and get things done properly. Thus, each of the Phantoms stuck to it, which was why Bipartisan said that something randomly outlandish from the beginning might not go over well, since first impressions were important and no one would understand. "Let me know when you're ready and I'll take you to the Conference Room."
