Poison kit

Black shot
Black shot is a black gun that Homura carries around at all times. This gun isn't like normal guns since Black shot can fire poison bullets, and normal metal bullets or normal bullets filled with poison. This gun also packs way more kick than a shotgun, which means getting shot by it will lead to missing limbs or death.

Black knife
The black knife is well... A black knife that's coated with poison, however, the poison on the knife can't be cured with ease if someone is cut with it because the poison on the blade is a mix up of over 50 different types of poisons. Being cut by this blade will lead to a lot of problems, such as loss of sight or hearing, etc.

Mini knifes
The mini knife is a smaller than normal knife and is more of an unnoticed weapon. Homura uses these to quickly kill people without having to make a scene. These blades are also coated with poison, much like everything else Homura has.
