Good Evening, Nintendo Company.

This is Tymon Bolton II from Chicago, Illinois with a special proposal for a new type of Pokemon. I'm sure this may seem like something you can blow off, however I implore you to not only assess the information I am providing thoroughly and fully, but also to take time and interest in my talents as an asset to the industry. Over the course of the year, I have come up with many an idea for the Pokemon Industry, such as Mega Evolutions for Nidoking and Nidoqueen that function similarly to how Mega Kangaskhan does, as well as an evolution to Cofagrigus I named 'Pharobe.' I can come up with Pokemon Ideas endlessly, and only wish to help you if I may, by being hired to work for you. I can even come up with descriptions on the fly.

First of all, the Pokemon Proposal I am presenting to you is as followed; a Bug/Fairy Type known as Minimoth. The image of this Basic Form Pokemon is attached to the Email, as well as my ORIGINAL concept that inspired the idea (of which I literally said, verbatim, "Omfg, I'm gonna make it look like a Pokemon. xDDD." The Speculations are as follows;

Basic Stage - Minimoth
Second Stage - Flutteroth
Final Stage - Zephyroth

On Facebook, I came up with this concept in a matter of 15 or so minutes after altering one of my own creations (on a whim, mind you,) to fit the standard 'Pokemon' criterion. I came up with the 'Minimoth.' Now, I have not yet drawn out how the next two evolutions will look (though I have both ideas WELL ready, and they HAVE been since I created the Basic Stage, but I can't give you EVERYTHING right off the bat, now can I?) Here is how it functions in the Pokemon battle system;

Special Wall: Heavy on Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed. Minimize Attack and Defense, and Average on HP.

It will focus on Debuffing other Pokemon, utilizing the Speed and Special Defense to take hits from Special Attackers. Being a Bug Type, it will also harness a few Poison moves, such as Poisonpowder, in order to handle other Fairies.

I would care for it to have a SPECIAL move that ONLY IT and THOSE OF ITS LINEAGE can learn, known as 'Distortion Wave.' The description of this move is as follows; Increase Evasion, Special Attack and Speed by One Stage.

To further boost this Pokemon's Evasiveness and also bring a new element of 'Evasive Usage' in the Pokemon game, I have given it a special 'Hidden Ability' known as 'Distortion Veil.' It is to function similarly to how Brightpowder does, lowering the accuracy of other Pokemon that intend to hit it.

The normal ability could be Compoundeyes or something of the sort, being a Bug Type.

With this moveset and its stats alone, it would be nigh UNTOUCHABLE to most Pokemon, as well as its greatest weakness, Steel Types. However, I have come to realize that this Pokemon would have an 'Arch Enemy' of sorts that would be Skarmory, considering that it could learn Aerial Ace and is a Steel Type. Now, that being said, Aerial Ace would be this Pokemon's downfall, considering that it always hits and the Defense of this Pokemon is pretty bad. Therefore, this would change the game ENTIRELY and bring more Depths to the Pokemon Battle System, making the once taboo 'evasion system' and the seldom seen 'Never Miss Moves' more of a priority in fights in order to take down this Pokemon alone. This also brings about the usefulness of other techniques such as Double Team, for Pokemon who originally had this purpose of being Speedy and Evasive.


In closing to this rather abrupt proposal, I would like to work for your company. I am able to create Pokemon like this in a heartbeat, and would LOVE to see my work brought to life in the Pokemon World, as well as the Pokemon Industry to further flourish. However, I also would need proper compensation, of which to continue my artistic ideals. Mind you, I am capable of creating more Pokemon like this in less than an HOUR (for I came up with all of this in probably about 30-40 minutes on a whim and with a concept I thought of INSTANTANEOUSLY.) All I wish to do is use my talents to help further the business and be paid to do so.

Please, get back to me as soon as possible with your thoughts, remarks, questions and hopefully, with an opportunity for me to join the industry. I thank you humbly for your time (if you so chose to take it out.) I do hope also that you do not take my idea without proper compensation, for I am a die hard Pokemon Fan and I will be watching, and it would really break my heart for this to happen, especially when all I wish to do is help you. So please, help me help you and give me a chance.
