| Hand of Fate; The Phantom's Corner Published by Tymon Trini-t Tensei · September 1, 2016 · This Is Good. It Is Always Important To Mark What Is Good, No Matter How Much Bad Has Occurred, And No Matter Whom Nor What. Always Mark What Is Good, And You Will Learn How To Be Completely 100% Truthful, Even In Times Of Majority Turmoil. It Will Raise Optimistic Outlook And The Actual Ability To Find Optimism After Seeing Some Of It In What Was Once Pessimistic. From What I Am Seeing And Reading Here, It Seems Like The Ones Up Above Are Actually Really Trying, And With That Comes A Level Of Cooperation From The Public. Eyes Are Supposed To Watch At A Time, Independently From Hands Being Moved, And That Functions On Both The Above AND The Below. Learning To Do This On Both Ends Will Help Balance Out The Economy AND For All Eyes To Meet In The Center At Some Point In Time. As For The 'Setting The Percent Of The Budget;' If You Cannot Get All Of Your Numbers In A Timely Manner, You Need To Make A Cutoff Point So You Can Get Some Grounding. Something Solid And Stable To Work With As A Smaller Base Value That You BUILD From Instead Of Trying To Do The Whole Thing All At Once. Smaller Chunks Still Stack, Like Bricks. Now, They've Come A Long Way Thus Far, And In A Short Time, Which DEFINITELY Deserves Some Credit And Recognition From The People. Always Give Credit Where It Is Due, Because That, Too, Is Part Of The Account, Especially On The 'Receiving' End With The Society; Something Like A Poll Or A Survey. Let Them Know. Beyond That, Yes, Getting Outside Opinions That Actually Have Value And Will Contribute To The Overall Hearing ARE Important; You DO Need Outside Voices. | |
