Titles are honorifics, not requirements. Friend, wife, father, girlfriend, teacher, king, doctor, etc. They are privileges and used to describe a person, but do not truly define anyone or anything. Thus, to call someone by such is to add something to their raw being that is not required for them to be who or what they are. Thus, this makes such honorifics more weighted, yet simultaneously less meaningful. Cherish whatever title anyone honors you with, for it is not necessary to be honored as anything beyond 'Human.' All names are a privilege. Be more cognizant of they and their true value, as well as your own to the person who has honored you with such esteem.
