This being was created long ago by a sect of Kagura Monks called the 'Meijinhada' in the "Valley Shrouded by Wind". There are many representatives of the various deities throughout this land, yet very few are as unique. Their purpose in creation was to make a being that would be able to document history through art, as it is one of the only languages universally known.
