Because Grim is a vampire, he is able to command the weather to a degree. As of now, he is only able to control Lightning, able to call down thin, moderately powerful bolts from the sky as well as control wind and water, but not that well. This is also due to his proficiency in magic, from being born from a witch.

Sword Iris: Calls down a swift, thin bolt of lightning from the sky or from the body.

Sylpheed: A powerful burst of wind or general control of wind's force in one direction for a brief moment in time.

Ame: Allows control of the moisture in the atmosphere to a small degree. He may create water clods in the air or even shoot them from his hand like rain bullets. With enough power stored, he may call rain clouds and summon rain to allow the Sword Iris lightning to become stronger and come down swifter.
