Unexpected Delay; Information Kiosk?

The blistering bolt that buzzed through the night sky and illuminated the quiet night with its light struck the door of the eerie construct that seemingly materialized out of nowhere, teeming with a sort of real, yet unreal aura... Almost as though it were imagined up from somewhere.

The Storm Chrysm floated there, as if understanding Tama's wish to receive information on it from the linking of their energies and reacting suddenly to it, magnetizing itself to where it could pull the best source of information from. For some reason, it seemed to want to grant her wish, even if it was something so simple.

The wispy plasmatic trail lingered steadily behind for her.

Once he acknowledged the possibility, Tama already had it set in her mind that it was something that she wanted to try. She knew next to nothing about summoning, especially the type that was in her head currently, but it was nothing a little researching couldn't remedy. If Tama couldn't identify the man and the stone in her shoulder couldn't bring the man to this world, when united with its other half, then Tama would just use another means to bring him here. She needed the questions that had been eluding her answered, and she would do anything to obtain them.

"Is that all you needed from me?" Tama asked, placing a hand on top of the head of the floating familiar that hovered back over to her side and placed its feet onto the ground. She would name it Kon, for no real specific reason besides she thought that it was a cute name. Whenever she picked her class, she would try to find something for Kon that would benefit the both of them.

"Unless you have any questions you wish to ask," he retorted promptly, "Then I believe that all of the information you need about the Omnidex and your Chomao should be recorded already within to be reviewed at your own leisure. If you need anything of me personally, it doubles as a communication device. The Omnidex does have a vast assortment of functions." He smiled, finally decided to rest in his chair, closing his eyes as the screen faded back into streams of data casually streaming to and from the room, "I'm sure you'll enjoy your time figuring them all out in the field. Feel free to call me if you need anything."

Tama nodded her head before wrapping an arm around Kon's waist and lifting it off the ground. It was surprisingly light, easy to hold at her hip as she prepared to leave. Tama knew nothing about Kon, besides what it was, and so she would read up on it when she had the time, but for now she needed to search for a method to summon the man in her dreams the this world, using the stone embedded in her shoulder. She was sure of the possibility, she just needed the method.

Just as quickly as picked Kon up, she seemingly vanished from the tower and was gone.

A gentle, but very powerful wave of distortion spread across the entire land, causing the Mezzo Villa to be hit. This caused a wave of energy to carry with it all sorts of lost time, cluttered space, unsettled feelings and clouded thoughts by brushing through the streets of the city, itself and cleansing everyone's minds and spirits. The entire Mezzo Villa should have suddenly come to a complete calm once the wave came and went.
