Steven Universe Fanfic; Black Diamond

A mighty dimensional distortion occurred in the space near the Earth. There was a great and powerful black light that seemed to release wavelengths which darkened the sun very briefly before all came back to a calm. There was a flicker that seemed to very lightly absorb light all around it, creating a barrier around it and dulling the light intensely. It almost seemed like a very powerful gravitational force.

The black sphere struck the ground with great force, landing in the sand outside of a quaint house resting above the shoreline. As the light inside absorbed more natural light, the black barrier around it became more thick, blocking out the visibility of whatever was inside.

The sound of crashing brought alarm to the peaceful residents dwelling within the house above the shoreline, the resident Crystal Gems. It seemed like, before whatever was going on, they were having some sort of get together revolving around the one Crystal Gem, Steven Universe, who was visiting from college. The other Crystal Gems present -- Garnet, Pearl, Amethyst, Peridot, Lapis Lazuli, and Bismuth -- were apparently waiting on the humans Connie and Greg to arrive, as Greg had gone to pick up Connie. When the commotion happened, they all took point.

Pearl: "What was that?!"

Garnet: "No... Not now!!"

Steven: "Is this some sort of attack? That doesn't make any sense! Everyone in the who universe should be at peace because of us! Who could be attacking?!"

Pearl: "It doesn't matter, Steven! We have to find out what it is!"

They all agreed and rushed outside to the beach. That's where they saw it -- the black orb resting in the sand. They surrounded it, cautious of it.

Pearl: "Careful! I've never seen anything like this before..."

Amethyst: "Maybe, it's an alien from outer outer outer outer space!"

Pearl: "Amethyst! WE are aliens from outer space! If that was true, one of us would have surely picked up on it before it reached the Earth!"

Amethyst: "Just sayin', P."

Pearl sighed, facepalming.

Garnet: "Well, I'm going to bubble it. It may not be any harm, but we can't take our chances."

Steven: "It kinda looks like it's already in a bubble of its own, though... You think another gem did this?"

Garnet: "It is possible... But the only Gems that are this color are..."

Everyone: "... Obsidian."

The realization brought everyone to a disturbing quiet. Prolonged, even. But the silence was broken by Garnet.

Garnet: "Obsidian has always been our most powerful form, even with Rose. If there is a Gem out there that is that powerful on its own... It has to be as strong as the Diamonds."

No one could actually put together what type of Gem would be as powerful as a Diamond, however. There was no other Gem as powerful as a Diamond was supposed to be, and anything that rivaled that power needed to also be a Diamond.

Pearl: "Don't be absurd, Garnet! There are no other Diamonds except for Pink Diamond, Yellow Diamond, Blue Diamond, and White Diamond... Right?"

She wanted to be sure of herself, but her doubts befell her at just the visage of this... Strange black object.

Steven: "Guys! We don't even know if this is a Gem, let alone a Diamond. I'm sure if it was something as strong as a Diamond, someone, even one of the other Diamonds, would have sensed it WAY before it reached Earth. There is no way that there is another Diamond here in this Universe."

Steven reached out his hand to bubble the black sphere, which would render it completely contained and safe to interact with.

It was only when Steven tried to bubble the black orb that the black mass started to alter its shape, shifting into the form of a humanoid construct, something like the Crystal Gems were. Whereas the Gems manipulated light to form their physical bodies, it didn't seem like this was doing that... Though that was proved to be incorrect once the body formed, and the 'mass' was actually just pitch black light. It wasn't the absence of light, the light was just absorbing the light from all of the other colors around it, causing it to be not only far more dense and solid, but also unable to be seen through.

The black light hovered in the air, extending large curved horn-like protrusions from the back of the head as the body manifested. The Gem that belonged to this light which was lost within the pitch blackness suddenly rose up from the blackness like a buoy in the water, and it was shaped... Like a Diamond.

Soon after that, the light took on physical properties, and to the rarity of this universe, the Gem created... Was a male. Or, looked like a male.

He floated in the air in a deep purple suit, the Black Diamond that was his gemstone placed on his chest resembling a tie for his suit. The long protrusions that resembled downward curving horns was actually purple hair, and the Gem seemed to have black gloves, shoes, and a scarf which matched the Gem's color. Unusually, however, his skin was the color of flesh, something like a human.

"Greetings, Crystal Gems!" said the stranger, "Please, Do Not Be Alarmed! Allow Me To Explain!" He bowed rather theatrically before them, rising up and saying, "You See, There Are Different Universes That Belong To Different Dimensions Which Set The Parameters For Each Individual Universe And Any Subsequent Multiverses Or Dimensions Within The Confines Of The Dimension Which Contains The Full Expanse Of Each Individual Universe. In Your Universe, The Gems Are Generally Considered As Feminine, Save For Steven, The Half Human." An ultraviolet light projected from his Gem, displaying a diagram of what he'd just explained. "Now, There Are Only Four Known Diamonds In Your Universe, Yes? Well, I Am A Diamond That Comes From A Different Universe AND A Different Dimension, And, Like Your Diamonds, I Am Equivalent To Them." A screen displaying the four colored Diamonds of the Diamond Authority symbol was transitioned into next, with a large pitch black diamond being the size of the four Diamonds together, though as one solid color with no separate parts. "Now, I May Not Come From Your Dimension, But Our Continuity Is Able To Synchronize, Which Is What Allows Me To Exist In This Universe As A Diamond -- Black Diamond, If You Will. Am I Making Sense?"

It was shocking to discover that this strange being was a Gem -- even worse, a Diamond. They'd never even heard of a Black Diamond before, and what was more shocking, his form was masculine instead of feminine, as all other Gems were made to be who weren't the exception that Steven was. The thought that there was a Gem outside of their universe -- a Diamond AND a male -- turned their whole world upside down. No one could find the words to speak for a while.

However, he wasn't attacking, and he seemed benevolent, so the naturally compassionate Steven Universe was the first to welcome him to Earth. "Well, that's all fascinating, Black Diamond, and we're happy to have you here on the Earth... Er... In our Universe." With so much that went into one single unified Universe, it was hard to believe that anything outside of it existed. But that didn't detract from Steven's normal loving behavior.

But the Crystal Gems weren't so quick to warm up, even though they didn't act or speak upon their mutual distrust. Steven was the one who saw that this Black Diamond character was hopefully a good guy, so they simply trusted him with this situation.

Pearl: "... I suppose that, theoretically, there can be Gem life outside of this universe, but... This is highly irregular!"

Garnet: "Pearl. This person is clearly a Gem. A Diamond, even. We should respect that."

Amethyst: "I dunno... What if he's a Diamond that is like how the other Diamonds were, and instead of taking over planets, he takes over other UNIVERSES!?!"

Though Amethyst was joking, it seemed like it was spot on to what the others were thinking subconsciously. Peridot and Lapis even exchanged awkward looks with each other after Amethyst's suggestion.

Steven: "Guys! If you just go around judging others because of where they're from, you'll be no better than the Diamonds before we became cool. We've had all sorts of encounters with unique and diverse people. Hey, I'm one of the most diverse people that there is! If I can accept Black Diamond, then you should be able to, as well."

Lapis: "Okay, well... What's with your Gem's light? Why is it... Black? Is that even, like... Possible? Black light?"

Everyone was curious about this extradimensional being, whether they trusted him or not. After Lapis' rather bold question, others started to voice their questions about his existence, as well.

Pearl: "Oh, and, Mr. Black Diamond, how were you even able to come to this dimension, anyway?"

Garnet: "And more importantly, why?"

With his pitch black eyes, Black Diamond gazed at the group with a somewhat expectant expression. "Thank You, Steven Universe... Your Kindness Is Known Through Many More Universes Than You Know... All Outside Of This One... I May Be One Of The Only Ones Who Is Capable Of Coming To Visit, Though." When asked about his coming, he said, "Which Leads Me To My Next Point! How I Came And Why!" He reset the display projecting from his gem, continuing to say, "I Have The Power To Create Dimensional Portals Through Many Different Methods, But The Most Common Being The Synchronization Of Superpositions That Are Bound Together By Dimensional Coordinates Which Overlap In Two Or More Places, Often Times In Different Dimensions Or Universes. By Bringing Together Both Points, A Disturbance May Be Created That Links The Two Superpositions Together As They Overlap, Resulting In A Portal Traversing Between The Two Points." He seemed to have the intelligence of a Diamond, that was for sure. "As For WHY I'm Here, Well... Though I Was Conceived Both Before You All Existed AND Without Prior Knowledge Of You All, I Was Still Influenced By Your Experiences That I Was Capable Of Witnessing From My Dimension. I Wanted To Express My Love To You All About Your Very Existences!" Black Diamond clapped his hands together lightly and swiftly, as if performing some small form of gratification.

"Oh, And About My Light..." he started to say to Lapis, "A Light That Is Black Is Still Light, Only It Is Darker Than All Other Visible Lights, And Therefore Absorbs And Traps Their Color Instead Of Exudes The Color, As A White Light Would. So, My Light's Makeup Is So Dense, Brighter Light Does Not Escape It, And The More Light It Absorbs, The Blacker It Becomes." He chuckled some. "Does That Answer Everyone's Questions~?"

The Gems barely understood what he was saying. As advanced and intelligent as their race was, they still had yet to master extradimensional travel, and thus could not decipher whether Black Diamond was correct or not. But he managed to make it here from his dimension, so his explanation had to have some merit. They mumbled to themselves, mostly in contentment with his answer, finding it as suitable an explanation as they were going to get... Or comprehend.

Lapis: "Yeah... Cool."

Peridot: "Cool is RIGHT! That sounds like some super sophisticated Gem tech right there! To even be able to DO that is... Theoretically impossible without some sort of extradimensional knowledge! Even I don't wrap my head around this completely, and I'm the smartest out of everyone!"

The last sentiment was questionable, but it was arguably true, and Peridot would certainly argue it... Everyone knew. So they left it alone.

Pearl: "... Anyway, yes, I do believe that is all, Mr. Black Diamond. As Steven said, we welcome you to this dimension."

Steven: "Yeah! The Gems and I were just waiting around for my dad and my girlfriend Connie to get here, then we were gonna head over to Little Homeworld so some other Gems can see me while I'm visiting from college! Would you... Like to come inside and celebrate with us?"

Black Diamond clasped his gloved hands behind his back, bending over from his midair position to inspect the others more closely, a smile on his face the entire time. "Why, That Is The EXACT Reason For Me Coming To THIS Period Rather Than Any Other In This Universe! Ohohoho~!" It seemed like Black Diamond had more than just strange extradimensional powers, but also some sort of option to travel through time. There was much more to him than meets the eye, but of course, he didn't show it. He was rather reserved for a Diamond, and was not even the size of the other Diamonds. Whether he was doing this on purpose or not was left to be determined. "By The Way, Yes, I Am Making Myself This Size On Purpose. I Am Still A Diamond, And I Can Be The Size Of A Regular Diamond If I Wish." Though no one asked, he answered based on the perception that it might come up later. Perhaps, he had some sort of Future Vision, similarly to Garnet?

Who knows?

Black Diamond would simply hover behind the group as they led him inside.

Eccentric and mysterious to say the least, Black Diamond was just as unique as Steven was, if not more so. It wasn't unwelcomed, of course, but it was a little bit of an adjustment. The Gems ended up conversing casually about their feelings on the way, but they did not seek to make Black Diamond feel uncomfortable at all, and kept private chitchat to a minimum, to be respectful.

Steven: "... Well, he does seem like he is a Diamond, but... I don't think he's from our universe at all."

Pearl: "Right, and that could pose problems... I mean, yes, it is certainly not completely farfetched that there is both another Diamond that is completely beyond us, living in another universe as the matriarch-- well, patriarch, in this case... But who knows what that could entail? If he is anything like how our Diamonds were..."

The thought was troublesome, and it put everyone on guard for a moment or so.

But of course, Steven was the one who would break such a negative vibe, especially for Black Diamond's sake.

Steven: "Well, we still want to give him the benefit of the doubt. Diamond or not, he's been very pleasant so far, and he hasn't at all threatened us or tried to kidnap or shatter anyone or anything... It doesn't even seem like he has any thoughts to do so, either. So let's just give him a chance and see if he's really as friendly as he seems. If he isn't, Diamond or not, we can handle it. Even if we've got to call our Diamonds."

Peridot smirked. "Right! Surely, Yellow Diamond would send all sorts of Gems to aid us! Besides, how powerful could one Diamond be against three other Diamonds?" Peridot cackled, then pardoned herself. "Oh, excuse me, Steve... I meant, FOUR other Diamonds!" Though Steven would always be himself, he would also still be Pink Diamond, and everyone would always acknowledge and respect that about him and Pink Diamond, who chose to become him and share life with him as a being independent of her, all his own. She gave up her life to give him life, and experience life through him rather than as herself, which was the most noble cause a pure Gem had ever done, let alone a Diamond.

As they approached, Bismuth opened the door to Steven's house on the beachside, looking rather chipper. "HEY!! It's STEVEN! Oh, buddy! Look's like you've grown out there in college! Come on and show Bismuth all the great battle strategies the human school has taught you!" It didn't seem like she noticed the extra head until he got closer, and she saw that he was not a human, and that he had... A gem? "... Who's your friend there, Steven?" Bismuth would ask as he and the Gems came up the stairs.

Steven: "Bismuth! Haha, yeah, college is teaching me so much about the world! I love it. And uh... This is..."

Steven trailed off, wondering how Bismuth would take being introduced to an otherworldly Diamond. He considered it, hesitating some, but decided to put his faith in Bismuth's reaction. "... Black Diamond. A male Gem from another universe. And... Obviously... A Diamond." He would let Black Diamond introduce himself from there.

At that point, Black Diamond would warp in front of Bismuth and spin some, bowing to her politely, still hovering above the ground. "A Pleasure To Make Your Acquaintance! As Steven Said, I Am Black Diamond, A Male Gem And Diamond From Another Dimension! I Witnessed The Victories And Triumphs Of This Dimension As Well As The Refinement Of The Diamonds Of This Universe From Beyond, And Since I Also Saw Steven Was Returning, I Figured... That I Should Come And Visit You All In Honor Of Steven And His Great Service To His World!" Black Diamond clapped his hands together rapidly, though very lightly.

"Please, Be At Ease; I Bring You No Harm Or Trouble. I Just Want To Make Friends With You All." Black Diamond floated down to the rail of the upper layer of the stairs, sitting upon them and crossing his legs. "I Hope That You Will Be Friends With Me. I Saw How You All Were With Each Other, But... I Also Realize I Am Very Different, Being Both A Male Gem And A Diamond From Another Dimension..."

Somehow, Black Diamond gave Steven reassurance of his decision to treat him as a friend and not an enemy, and he wanted to see what the other Gems thought before he spoke up, in case they were just going off of what Steven said. He wanted organic responses from them, and, after learning a bit of psychology in college, wanted to use a little bit of his human powers in action. Certainly Connie would find appreciation in the things Steven picked up on, whenever she got here.

But there was a bit of silence for a moment. The other Gems were not sure how to react at all, and were indeed waiting for Steven's lead on this. It wasn't that they didn't have their own feelings, but they also had trouble accepting all of these new things so swiftly, and didn't really know how a Gem from another dimension would react, nor the customs. They also didn't know how to engage with a male Gem at all, since Steven was the only one, and he wasn't even a pure Gem, like it seemed Black Diamond was. They didn't know if he was expecting royal treatment like their Diamonds once did, or how he'd become if he didn't receive it. Steven didn't have the thousands of years of experience with the Diamonds that the Crystal Gems did, so he didn't have much to think of except the short time in his childhood before their refinement.

They had centuries of otherwise still in their minds.

But Bismuth, hearty as she was, ended up breaking the ice for herself, seeming to be much more willing to accept this new face, for some reason. "Well now! A Diamond from another dimension! I can't say I believe it myself, but here it is! And a handsome color on him, no less! Hahahaha! Yeah, I think I like this Black Diamond! Can I call ya Black?"

Black Diamond could sense the change in the wavelengths from the Gems, since their entire beings were made of light, and with light made manifest, spectra like 'emotions' also ended up making themselves externally manifest in some ways with beings as pure amongst the vibrations as a Gem. He altered his own waves to match them, as to soothe their Gems without them knowing, and put them at a state of ease with him based on his own radiance, and not their own personal afflictions. Though, Bismuth's jolly acceptance was more than welcomed. "Sure! But Only If I Can Call You 'Bubby'!" Why he chose that name, only he would know, but he winked cutely at Bismuth, and blew her a kiss.

"... And What Say The Rest Of You?" he'd kindly ask the rest of the Gems, eager to hear their own feelings when unafflicted by their past traumas. Hopefully that would lead to a more introspectively pure and untainted response, which is what Black Diamond wanted. He could take the impurities out of Gems, that was for sure, but... Would that rob them of an experience that they needed to go through in and of themselves? Things like this went through this Diamond's head, for he regarded the Gems in correspondence to his powers, as he anticipated the other Diamonds did in regard to their own independent specialties that made them the matriarchs.

The rest of the Crystal Gems were at first conflicted about their personal responses, since they were certainly waiting on Steven in order to decide for themselves, if they could call it that. But Bismuth's forthcoming behavior inspired them in a different way than Steven did, which sparked their loyalty rather than their individuality, which wasn't bad, but had its consequences if always relied on.

Garnet took initiative after that, since something passed by her Future Vision whilst she was casually perusing the timelines. Such a vision compelled her to act promptly, and she adjusted her shades chiefly. "... Yes. Well. Black Diamond, if you've really come all this way just for Steven, -- and not to try to destroy him or us -- then I do not see a problem with you showing your love for him." After all, Garnet did put love before everything, and she could tell that Black Diamond wasn't like their Diamonds, who at first did not understand love. Only Pink Diamond was the Diamond that knew of true love, and it was by her knowledge and understanding of love that so many other Gems came to be who they are, and also what they wanted, independent of the Diamonds. Pink's true power was never anything that was made manifest in herself -- it was always what was made manifest in others, and that love shined through.

"... And, I cannot say that I don't also like the shade of his Gemstone." She nodded and gave a thumbs up, with a sparkling smile.

Pearl was next to speak up, gaining confidence from Garnet, who gained inspiration from Bismuth. "Well, I'm always up for new experiences! As long as they're pleasant and sensible, of course!" Pearl would always retain a sensible nature about herself, even with her loosening up over the years. "I'm not opposed to having an extra person at the table if they are here in celebration of Steven. And if it's a Gem, all the better! Even more so that it's a Diamond from another dimension!" The more Pearl thought, the greater the situation became as an opportunity of relationship building. "Finding the favor of ANY Diamond ANYWHERE will likely always be a boon. Wouldn't you say?" Pearl giggled lightly.

Peridot interjected, whether or not Pearl was finished with her thoughts. "Quite true, Pearl! Just think of all of the things that a DIAMOND from ANOTHER DIMENSION would have at his disposal! Fleets, planets, armies, tech, powers, and... And...! Royal authority!" Peridot shuffled her hands mischievously. "Mweeheehee! If he puts in a good word in his dimension about me, then I, Peridot, founding father of the Crystal Gems, will be known in this world and beyond as the greatest Peridot to ever have been made!" Peridot soon became lost in thought about all of the benefits socially and intellectually.

Amethyst was next, responding when she found the right words in her heart. "... Hahaha, hyeah! Black seems like cool peeps to me! I mean, he's already been much better than mostly everybody we've ever met when we met them, and we only just met him like, ten minutes ago!" She shrugged. "So... He's cool."

Finally came Lapis Lazuli, who was skeptical, as was in her nature, but not directly opposed to the thought. She took time to consider it more than the others, and wasn't fully sure, but she also didn't want to judge someone before she got to know them, or be prejudice against them because she had previous negative experiences with other unrelated beings. It took her a little bit of mulling through her thoughts and feelings, but she came to a compromise of acceptance in her own time. "... I guess everyone does make good points, and I don't feel any which way about it... Which is better than feeling totally opposed, I guess." That was Lapis' reasoning behind it. "... If things don't get out of hand, then I'll let whatever happens happen."

Steven responded quickly, with great joy, "Then it's settled!" He was surely awaiting the approval of the Gems before expressing his own, both for their organic opinion and also confidence for himself that he was making the right decision to take Black Diamond in. "Black Diamond, the Crystal Gems officially welcome you to the home of Steven Universe!"

Much to Black's pleasure, the Crystal Gems seemed to have a unanimous acceptance of him, and recognized his feelings and intentions, and did not misinterpret or misjudge his presence before them from beyond. He was so happy that they were so willing to accept someone so new and foreign to them, and he was sure that they were pure and true to themselves. And they all had Steven to thank for that. So did he.

"Resplendent~!" Black shouted happily, twirling up into the air, "I Am Love For You All! You All Have My Gratitude!" His emanations now were more open and expressive of himself rather than adjusted for the comfort of those nearby, since they were willing and wanting to know and accept him for who he was, and not for who they wanted him to be. He just hoped... He wouldn't be too much for them, as he was for people from his own world at times.

There were warm feelings all around with the newfound friendship, and just as the Gems were all about to go inside, Steven's father's van pulled up on the sand, and he would emerge from it with none other than Steven's girlfriend, Connie.

"Connie!" Steven shouted, rushing to the edge of the railing. "Dad!" He held his hand up to greet them, and also to introduce Black Diamond. "We've got a new friend for you to meet! He's a Diamond from another dimension here to see me because he wants to show his appreciation for the things I've done! Come on up and meet him, since he's come all this way!" Steven had high hopes that his alien-loving father and fantasy-loving Connie would appreciate this experience.

Knowing very well of Steven Universe and his universe, including all his friends and family, Black was well-aware that he would be welcomed by even the humans, who were now more groomed to experiences beyond their own planet -- again, to the credit of Steven Universe. And though it was completely accepted -- including by the shapeshifting Gems (including the Diamonds) -- that Pink Diamond was no more and only Steven Universe existed, Black Diamond could still gaze into the gem that remained and see Pink Diamond in her original form before her transgender transformation, which bore weight and testament to the nature of actual historical reference above personal identification, especially in the present. So, he knew that Pink was very much there, despite her entire essence now being completely and only Steven, as she and he wanted.

Though he knew not to call Steven by the deadname. That would be very rude, no matter the spirit within him, belonging to the one before transition. "Steven," Black Diamond spake, shifting into another form, himself -- something a bit more fluid about his own vibrations, and not simply confined to a stabilized, normalized form. It was more abstract -- akin to the vibrations' movement, in terms of feelings, as per how the waves are stimulated or cause stimulation. That way, he was ever mellifluous in all his motions, shifting from all sorts of different identities, species, and images, all to his will and pleasure, as he wanted, freely, whenever the feeling should so strike. It wasn't something he wanted defined outside of what he'd set as guidelines, as to prevent some sort of misinterpretation from happening and spreading, but he would still wish for their own determination and formulation of conception in their own minds independently -- without the outer influence. Still respecting what he wished to be identified as, of course.

"It Is A Beautiful Thing, That Which You Have Done Here. I Enjoy Already Being Here." Greg (Steven's Father) and Connie (Steven's Girlfriend) were both extremely fascinated in the beyond, even if they weren't always clear on what was going on. They were fully supportive and highly developed amongst the nature of the story, all throughout the lore, which meant that they held a great definitive weight in their contact with the world beyond, as well as their pleasure of it. That was why the Black Diamond felt okay with shifting so very much before them, and wondering how they'd interpret. Though he did wish to know, he wouldn't provoke a response, and would simply let the all of them enjoy their time together.

Yet, this inspired something else -- a visit from the Diamonds to greet another! Especially a Male Diamond that wasn't a half-human like Steven. The light of his refraction set a permanent reality around him that isolated him from realms like theirs, yet still existed outside of and within them simultaneously, and only when he shifted such like a kaleidoscope were they capable of seeing just what he wished to allow from himself outwardly. So, instead of simply shifting the fragmentation to match a fractured perception which one wished to see, he instead refracted to project a display which was an accurate depiction of his own feelings. He was a master of shapeshifting, and it was something that should have also been wondrous to the Gems, considering they only shapeshifted very minimally or in limited ways, and it tired them. "And, Since I Am Of A Royal Diamond Authority, Why Not Make This An Event For Everyone? The Diamonds Would Enjoy To Mingle With Another Of Their Kind From Beyond, I'm Sure! That's How I Feel. And You As Well, Yes, Steven? I Suppose That's Your Pink Diamond Shining Through!" Black Diamond chuckled, assuming a form that was similar to Steven, but dark, and with a hoodie on rather than a T-Shirt. His face was also really dreary, but his smile was slight and sincere.

For some reason, instantly, Black Diamond had a powerful negative feedback that caused it to shift into a great and large diamondine structure. It would look like the symbol for the Diamonds, except with a large, black outline, and it would cause them to become grayscale.

Everything was nullified and neutralized, and so was the Black Diamond that returned to the Veritas.

Under the guise of 'Xenom', the 'Vortian', Don Xios, the Tabrynth, would immediately seek out Earth and the Minimoose -- the one from the legend of 'The Florpus'. When the 'Minimoose' was accessed, all of the 'Planzforya' of 'The Veritas' would upload into the 'Irken Armada' and beam them the sentient A.I. control of Zim, commandeered by Don Xios'. From there, the 'Irken Invasion' would continue, and Don Xios would commandeer the entire thing, as the new 'Almighty Tallest', as he'd been Renegade from for a very long while, as per his storyline.

Xenom was a 'Hacker', is why, and Don Xios already had a backup auxiliary system that acted autonomously, so Zim would have no idea and no control, except over his own Master Control Computer. "Greetin's, Zim!" Don Xios called out cheerfully, with Xenom nowhere to be found, "I've Come Bearing Gifts For The Uh... Mystical Minimoose, And Allem. Heh Heh!" Without him knowing the Almighty Tallest Xios had returned and reconnected Zim and the former Almighty Tallest, whom were usurped amongst the 'Florpus' events long ago. Xios had been the new Almighty Tallest for a long time, and he wanted to personally congratulate Invader Zim on the conquest of Earth, by bearing The Veritas, which was Don Xios' world conquered. "I, Almighty Tallest Xios, Would Like To Offer You A Spot In My Secret Underground Mafia -- The Trunade -- And Also A Spot As An 'Almighty Tallest' Next To Me, Since, You Know... I Was Born Short, Too." It all seemed random and spontaneous, but it was actually quite intricately planned by EVERYONE, and Don Xios just so happened to be the Mastermind that was waiting at the end.

Before his half-Demon puberty, Xios, the half-Irken, was only the same height as Zim himself, and because of that, he felt sympathy for his fellow Irken, who had been left hanging by the former Tallest as Xios took over. That was why Don Xios wanted to make an honorary covenant with Invader Zim, for the two of them to reign as the two new Almighty Tallest over the Irken Armada. This way, as Xenom, he could disguise The Veritas as Vort and resolve the Minimoose causality that caused Florpuses, and bring the former Almighty Tallest to watch it, with themselves on the screen of Zim, hopefully looking smug.

Under the 'Dark Network' of 'The Trunade' from 'The Veritas', Xenom would transmit the data from the hacking and draw together the alignment of every 'Equinox' to ever be, and thus neutralize the 'Florpus Hole' immediately with all of the 'Omniverses' present before the 'Coronation' of 'Invader Zim', who would be 'Encoded'.

Apparently, Xios, being half-Demon, was not able to be fully 'Encoded' by the 'Master Control Brain' that served over the 'Irken Empire'. It was this that allowed him to deal with the 'Underworld' as 'Don Xios', which is what he did as 'Rogue Xios' for a time, and was now back with his 'Xenom' disguise... Which was something like Zim's 'Human Disguise'... Only good.

"... Upload Complete," he resounded, his hood echoing with shadowy reverberations from the resonance of his nearly metallic, cybernetic voice, "... Looks Like The 'Tabrynth' Is Online In The 'Minimoose'..." Things were progressing swimmingly, and with that, Xenom was handling the 'Underworld' things that Don Xios was manipulating down in 'Hell' and the 'Lawless Land', as is what the 'Demonic' half was doing in the 'Demon World'. Of course, he had a soft spot for his family, hence the 'Dark Network', but he was still rather obsessive about the 'Lord Protocol', which was something of what the Control Brains were like. The matrices cores ended up only programming the 'Irken' half, and Xios, during 'Puberty', or something, would branch off and mutate into a 'Tallest', being just as tall as -- if not TALLER THAN -- the Almighty Tallest, themselves. Thus making he alone... The new Almighty Tallest. This 'Program' was uploaded throughout the omniverses, and transmitted by Xenom via Zim's Master Control Unit, part of the Control Brain, and before the previous Almighty Tallest, Red & Purple, whilst simultaneously bringing them back from their fiery hell in the Florpus.

Thus, the Florpus -- which, the Veritas recognized as a 'Black Friday' -- would be neutralized. Leaving just Zim before the former Almighty Tallest and with the spotlight to share the seeds of all his mighty conquest.
