Divine Beings (Sacred Beasts)

Creatures of any sort or nature that one may normally find about the Veritas, however given holy, divine, celestial or even godly power where their normal counterparts would not. Usually, they are given this power in order to protect something or because they have some sort of righteous mission. They typically serve as guardians to secrets and have great power gifted to them.


Sacred or Divine animals known commonly as 'Devas.' The most well-known 'Sacred Beasts' are the Twelve Chinese Animals of the Zodiac, as well as the Twelve Constellations of the Zodiac. Many mythical beasts are considered Sacred Beasts, as well as worshipped animals, gods, deities, guardians and the like. They are always much more wise, intelligent and powerful than normal beings, and tend to use their power to keep order within the world, because they have that understanding and foresight.

Most Commonly Known Divine Beings or Sacred Beasts govern the Zodiac, both Astrological and Chinese, and rule over a certain type of 'Beast' or 'Beastkin.' Usually, the Beasts or Beastkin revere these great beings. More Beasts or Beastkin of the same type as the Sacred Beast can be born; both of old types and completely new types. They are also known as 'Spirit Animals.'

Also, the Zodiac Beasts are known to have their own specific Dwellings wherein those that are born under their specific Signs can receive their blessings and some power from them. The 'Chinese Zodiac' beasts rule over the 'Creative Energy' of 'Magic,' and thus going to see one of those will typically help one's Magic. Those of the Astrological Zodiac rule over the 'Spiritual Energy' of the Soul, and typically will help one's Soul Wavelength.
