Description: A cylindrical charging station with a large storage tank about half its total height as its base. Based upon the storage tank is a large, slender battery core that resembles a filament bulb. The retractable and extensible cylindrical frame is pulled up and stretched out when active, allowing the battery core to be visibly seen and the eyes built into the Charging Stations to be illuminated brightly to indicate that they are functioning properly. This design, the 'Whipper Snapper,' is a stationary 'Charging Station' that has two large electrical sockets on either side of the revolving body plated around the battery core and constantly feed the battery energy by drawing in electricity from the outlets it plugs into.

Purpose: A basic charging station. All of the energy it drains becomes stored in the battery core and be used as a charging station for others in case of energy shortage or power outages, or just generally if someone was using an outlet and there were no more spaces to be used to charge an electronic device. It is also used as home security. When active, it can be set to whip its long electrical cord-like arms out and automatically shock and stun offenders with the electrical energy stored in its battery core through the electrical currents in its arm sockets.
