Concept: "With Typical Characters, Especially Villains, Being Unique Or Extraordinary In Some Way, And Often Times Misunderstood, The Idea For This Villain Is For Them To Be A Completely Ordinary, Plain, Regular, Average Person Who Lives Their Natural Life. The Villainy Comes From The Fact That What They Do Damages The Economy, Society, And Usually People Who Actually ARE Extraordinary, And Somehow, By Being Completely Unspectacular, The Ordinary Person Is Able To Evade Danger And Remain Protected Strictly By Natural And Regular Elements Like Common Sense Or Basic Law."
