Witch Mass (Meeting Hall)

Description
A tall, church-like building for Witches to congregate and give out missions, conduct everyday activities or hold meetings about various things such as the state of the City or recent goings on. Sometimes the Witch Mass is called the 'Black Sabbath,' and is normally held by the Head Witch or Grand Magistrate when dealing with a large scale. Normal Witches may conduct group meetings with Witchlings or other Witches in a smaller sense, and there are definitely enough rooms for them all to be held at once. The largest room in the center of the Witch Mass is where the entire city meetings occur, which are normally instructed by Head Witch or Grand Magistrate.
