| Description A massive, mighty mountain wrapped in darkness and a visible stream of souls and a spiraling trail that leads up the several trials of the mountainside. It is said that this is where the souls in the Graveyard and all the Veritas go after they have departed, and flow around the mountain, attracted to its incredibly powerful spiritual suction. It is said that the mountain itself has the power to steal souls, and is where the River Styx flows into the lake on the side of the mountain, Lacur Mortis. The spirits play and frolic casually here, including those with malicious intentions. Those with strong spirits and even stronger constitutions would find it a perfect place to retreat for training, but even they must be careful of disturbing the spirits... A steady and constant stream of souls glows bright at the top, making it look like a ghastly halo hovers over the mountain's tip. Souls caught here are said to have a chance to restore their bodies, if they undergo a sort of process of atonement and repentence, which calls for intense training at the several different locations around the incredible mountain. It is large enough to harbor a city or two. Good souls are let out to reincarnate (if they want to), whilst bad ones are trapped until they are put to rest, or atone. History Hades and the Weapons of Chaos come from here. Also known as 'Mt. Olympus.' | |

| Pulchritude Description The highest point of the mountain, beyond the boundaries of the peak (Formorti Zenith) itself. Only the ones who pass the trials of the Mountain may gain access to Pulchritude, as it is a haven similar to what one would call 'Valhalla.' When one reaches this place, the faces of Khrona and Titania are ready to meet you and ask you of your wish; if you wish to move on to Shinbi or return to the physical plane reincarnated, or as who you were before. 'Beauty,' as its name means, and that is what it is. A land of utter beauty. Though this beauty is but a mere state of Limbo, it is for those souls who escape Formorti Zenith and may choose to go beyond to the next realm, Shinbi, to sort out the aspects of their lives and their conscience, or back to the Veritas harboring the powers and strength from their training on Mount Mortis. Their decision is entirely up to them, however. | |

| Formorti Zenith Description The highest climbable point of Mount Mortis and the final trial of the mountain. The very tip of Mount Mortis, where the souls of the 'extinct' reside. They tend to be souls that refuse to return, cannot return, are trapped by the powerful 'halo of souls,' or simply have found their peace and happiness in their own deaths. Those that reach the peak are said to never be able to come back down, becoming eternally 'extinct.' If they are strong enough to survive the powerful spirits that reside up here and the halo of souls, the person comes back as a legend. Sometimes it is referred to as 'Sannin's Summit,' because those who pass the test become legendary in status afterward. | |
