'Precognates' start out as -Minor- 'Mentalists', but they 'Mature' into 'Mentor's that can 'Affluence' with their 'Psionics', thus making them 'Impermeable' and 'Imperceptible' to other 'Electromagnetic' frequencies or wavelengths. They pass this skill on 'Residually' to any other 'Psychic' near them, sometimes even being incapable of keeping it in their heads, and driving themselves 'Insane' with their own 'Electromagnetic Manipulation' via 'Psi'.
Can 'Graduate' up the 'Gradient' into 'Psychic Superpsionic', which is when a 'Psion' becomes a -Full- 'Psychic', and no longer a 'Psion'.
They are said to be able to pass on into the 'Psychic Meadows' from there.
