It exists as the 'Essence' of being in 'Perpetual' -Slowness-, so 'Acceleration' only causes it to move 'Slowly' more 'Quickly', making things that would take 'Shorter' take 'Longer', making it 'Dangerous' to cause 'Distortions' of.

Can only be 'Resolved' at its own 'Speed' and nothing short.

Is the 'Dissonance' that causes the 'Affliction' of 'Retardation' in a being.
