The Oversoul of the Delta's 'Will' rested over the 'Outskirts' of the 'Delta.' There, the land would become lively and slightly unpredictable, but nowhere near outside of control or management. The 'Energy' of the 'Atmosphere' would fluctuate as it would according to each 'Will' in the area and their 'Effects' on each other, as well as how the Oversoul's Will, itself, has an 'Effect' on the land.
