Some of the Rogues that were littered about Depthsroot would have already occupied what was left of the residential areas. Here, they would become the 'Depthsroot Residents' and successfully populate the city and continue their reconstruction from there as it was. Some people worked on powering the remainder of the city after decimation, whilst others would work on repairing the damaged parts and making new, better buildings in the wide open field that was created after the destruction from before. They lived relatively quaintly, some getting more adjusted to their powers than others. They were all relatively new with these things, even if they'd been exposed to them their entire lives, but it was all exciting to them. Most were just happy to have made it out alive.
