A home to all who wish to learn. A school open to the residents of The Dawn that provides both knowledge as well as room and board. Their doors are always open to those in need and those who deserve it. This is where one trains to also become part of the Imperial Legion. It is a school with many studies of different magic teachings. It has a far range campus with 9 buildings connecting one another. Each building offers subject of magic classes, containing that of 3 floors.

Recently, it has been commandeered by the Lightning God, Tsao, and claimed as his own personal study and embedded with the spirit of the dragon, Gong Gong, which he fought and conquered before embedding his spirit in the building.
