Clock Tower Of Nephthys

The Clock Tower Of The Dusk struck Thirteen once again, and time would unfreeze from its perpetual stasis after the events of the Lost World, having that moment immortalized, even in spite of all of the development that has been made on top of it. She who was given government over the Clock Tower Of Nephthys -- which was the Dusk's Clock Tower, located inversely to Eternalism Hill, the Dawn's Clock Tower -- emerged from the spaciotemporal break which occurred from the Thirteenth Hour being struck once again.

Her black dragon wings were extended outward from her waist, carrying her gently over the entirety of 'Midna, The Spectral Dusk' supercontinent. Everyone would lay eyes of the Goddess Of The Dusk, Queen Archdeath, whose golden drill curls bounced lusciously in the air on either side of her face. Only her silhouette could be seen due to the light of the Blue Moon that was eternally overhead, which all knew to belong to her. Where her own eyes were glowing a bright crystal blue, they suddenly flashed crimson, the bloody gaze piercing the nigh perpetual darkness of the Spectral Dusk. "It Is Time," she bellowed, her voice carrying across the fullness of the supercontinent, so that all of it heard her. "I, Your Rozen Goddess, Queen Archdeath, Am Returned."

At the arrival of this land's Goddess as well as the unfreezing of time that kept the Dusk perpetually in stasis, the fabled Legend of the Dusk -- The Phantom -- was awakened from slumber along with the Dusk, as its Spirit. Yet The Phantom presently was known to be two beings rather than one, as the original Phantom gave his Spirit to his daughter, who inherited the title as The Phantom. However, despite becoming The Phantom Of The Dusk like her father, The Phantom, she was instead known as the Cheshire Phantom -- something like the afterimage of the apparition. She perpetuated his legacy throughout the Dusk through herself and her unit, known as the Phantoms, after the original Phantom, her father.

To that regard, their Spirits were interconnected deeply, and when one awoke... So did the other.

The Phantom first appeared as a face across the entirety of the Blue Moon overhead Queen Archdeath, the slits for eyes and a mouth resembling a smiling wraith that this land knew either all too well, or not at all. Plenty of things changed in the Dusk over the time since the incident, one of which was the amount of tourism that it received. Though La Crysta, The Crystal City Of The Dusk was frozen in time, the beings living atop it weren't always necessarily so. They still lived their lives, though there were times where when time stopped for the Dusk, it did for the Dusk Citizens, as well. But that was neither here nor there at the moment. The here and now presented the Oversoul known as The Phantom in tandem with his daughter, the Cheshire Phantom, who would take their appearance in the light of the Blue Moon shining down on Queen Archdeath.

The Phantom looked like nothing but a tattered cosmic cape flickering with a glitchy energy and a white mask, and on the side of Queen Archdeath opposite to him, his daughter, the Cheshire Phantom, would manifest.

The Cheshire Phantom looked similarly to her father, except that her body was physically tangible, and noticeably shorter. Not to mention the drill-curl pigtails she sported, plus the half-black, half-white mask donned on her face. Otherwise, she wore a simple skintight black suit with matching gloves and boots with a cape.

The very moment the Spirit of the Dusk was released and the Oversoul was allowed to flow through the now temporally locomotive supercontinent meant that the Phantoms would know that The Phantom and the Cheshire Phantom had returned, and were to assemble where they felt their presence. The summoning of the Phantoms would be as easy as releasing a powerful surging wavelength throughout the land at a frequency only they could pick up and trace. They would be bid to congregate here at the Clock Tower Of Nephthys, before their Ruler, Queen Archdeath.

In a myriad of ways did tons of black and shadowy apparitions suddenly appear all across the reaches of the Twin Crystal City Of Dusk, as if they'd either transported instantly or had been there the entire time. They each wore masks with different colors and markings which represented them in numerous ways only they seemed to know for certain. Otherwise, they looked relatively similar, and were all garb completely in black. They looked up to The Phantom of Legend and his daughter, who was their new leader, the Cheshire Phantom. They knelt before them and also Queen Archdeath, whom they also obeyed as the Ruler of the land. These were the Phantoms, the unit made after The Phantom for the Dusk. They came in all varieties, but a lot of them, unbeknownst to all but each other, were some of the original or living relatives of those that originally inhabited the Dusk that weren't in the Depthsroot. They knew how the Phantoms began and the backstory, as some lived through it. They kept newbies in order, even when the Cheshire Phantom was not watching, and were loyal in spirit to all that was the Dusk.
