| I. The 'Bleak Grotto' is a deep, congested backwood of thistles and thorns of the darkest variety. The agriculture that blooms in this area is all toxic or hazardous in some fashion, constricting and destroying all other life that is not such -- including other living plants.
II. Not all of the 'Bleak Grotto' is hazardous.
III. Many parts of the 'Bleak Grotto' are petrified and lifeless, and are therefore both inanimate and 'Inactive' during their 'Initial' phase. -Shift-
