Eleventh Restriction: Arbigeist; Restriction of Existence and Potential

Restriction 3210; Grim Reaper: This mask, after undergoing the Restriction of Judgment, allows for Khrona to undergo the Restriction of Potential, which is made to completely utilize the combined potential of all souls within the harmonic resonance of souls within himself, allowing for him to use the power of any soul at any given time. As the Arbiter of Souls, he is also able to tell which souls are tainted and which are pure, and his soul's potential becomes infinite.

Hyper Protection: That which protects any and/or all souls, including his own from being tainted by any outside force, no matter what it may be. His own soul, as well as any other soul that accepts his Hyper Protection, becomes invulnerable to literally anything and everything. In Arbiter of Souls mode, Khrona constantly sees any and all souls, spirits, supernatural beings, etc. in the area at all times, and by looking at them, he gains total control over them or absorbs them. Not only that, he can see the power of a soul, and through Arbiter of Souls mode, he can change, alter, transfer, etc. the power of the soul by looking at it. Not only this, but Khrona can see death and negativity in any form.

Power of the Grand Master Godmaster; Allmaster, Arbiter of Souls

When he masters and combines the power of the 4 Grand Masters and sees who they Truly Are, he then becomes able to accurately judge their souls based on all such information within the Eleventh Restriction, thus becoming the Arbiter of Souls. The Arbiter of Souls is the sole being that controls the Zero World with absolute rule, even beyond the being that the Zero World is, itself. This is the person who decides what the Zero World eats and what comes out from it, as well as what stays in. It can create, manipulate and control all that the Zero World is, because the Zero World is its partner. The Zero World was created by, is maintained by and can be recreated at any time by the Arbiter of Souls, and the Arbiter of Souls may be reborn infinitely from the Zero World as it sees fit, and always fathoms stronger than it was before in another being. This is the power to birth himself infinitely from himself as himself, with the Zero World being the womb that all things came and return from. Even whilst inside of the Zero World, the Arbiter remains having ALL control of the Zero World, as well as the Judgemaster (since this is the 11th Restriction, above the 10th.)

He is known by the name of 'Allmaster,' 'Allmaster the Alabaster' and 'Grandmaster,' and 'Godmaster.' All four names are technically correct, as well as 'Arbiter of Souls.'

The power of any and/or all souls being channeled and amplified into his own soul, allowing for a perfect Resonance. He controls the Guf and the Doors of Guf freely, and is tasked with using his Almighty power of Judgement to bring forth souls in and out of the Chamber of Guf. The cycle of souls must continue until the very last soul is emptied out, and when it is, all the souls must return to be reborn as something better, and in this form Khrona is tasked with seeing if they are ready to become their 'True Selves' and unlock their 'True Potential,' if they are ready. If not, he will simply pass over them. In his first form, the Harbinger, he merely uses his weapons, Khrina and Trinity, and merges them into a single scythe, which utilizes all of their wavelengths to his will. If such does not work, then he continues to up the power of resonance to absolute perfection, allowing him to assume his true form as Arbiter of Souls. This allows him to utilize the power of any spirit, soul, energy, astral or phantasmal being to his command. He only uses his wavelength, reality warping and Tabrith to fight. With the Wisdom of the Divine, he is able to even bring down power from God himself, as that is his True Potential. As the Arbiter, or Master, he may control, absorb, create, destroy, etc. any and all souls and spirits, as he becomes the Judge of them, granted from power by his prior form. Khrona decides what happens to any and all souls in this mode, creating laws for souls until they show him a reason why they can act alone. He can also open, close and alter the flow of souls, the flow of power TO souls, the path souls take when they die and... Literally anything that has to do with a soul. This is known as the 'Guf.' Not only this, but anything that physically touches his scythe that contains a soul will have its soul consumed. The final ability of this form is manifestation anywhere he wishes and production of a constantly negative or positive force that brings negativity to everything it comes in contact with, thus the negativity will weaken, influence and contaminate everything he wishes in any negative effects he wishes, or the positive force will power up all that accept his decrees as Arbiter.

Eleventh Moon; Shin Shinhitsukiyomi (True Dawn of the True Twin (Fire and Ice) Moons): This moon belongs to Priere (Luciel), Saphira (Blue/Nebulon), Ruby (Pumki/Lumiel/Luminon) and Corona, all of whom are known as 'Criere', as well as Eris (Sorta). The moon of Light, Order/Balance, Harmony and Dark merged as one; Criere, utter Clarity of Judgement. This is the moon where the Priere and Corona become one, allowing them to be the most powerful Judgemaster known as 'Criere of Clarity.' She becomes the Crystal Guardian of the Tree and passes utterly clear Judgement on all with Absolute Law and Punishment. She has the Heat and Righteous Fury of Justice and Punishment of Corona and the Ice and Cold Judgement of Priere. The two Bearers of Light obtain the Voice of God, just as their Father, and sing together with the rest of the Tensei Chorus of Insangels, whose prelude begins with the next moon. It is the Moon of the Eleventh Restriction; Potential, and governed by Criere, shows infinite Potential in anything. It is the Moon of the Kingship, which is perfect Order and Harmony. It gives Khrona the power to keep those who have the Zeroth Moon under control, and keeps Eris and Kaerei from consuming all things in Chaos and Discord, having 'All Become One,' an also allows Khrona to keep Chaos and Order at bay and in Harmony. Criere and Eris are symbols of Absolute Order and Absolute Chaos, which work together in Khrona's Harmony.
