| Because the chambers of Pandemia were all connected, like the shape of a panda head, it was only a hop, skip and walk across the grandiose hallway to enter the 'Hikari, the Life's Corridor' from 'Sekai, the World's Chambers.' This section of the school was made of Alabastar White marble that was as shiny and smooth as metal, for a certain mineral absorption and reflection that would constantly trap and emanate a healing wavelength all throughout the Life's Corridor. This was also to keep those with more serious injuries from dying, even if the wounds are extremely fatal; a method of acquiring extra time in life through use of resources and the resourcefulness of said resources alone. With a constant, steady healing aura sustained at all times, Krikor should have been feeling better just from passing through. It was like a breath of fresh, clean air at all times.
When they finally reached the 'Infirmary,' Tear would look up on Google how to fix a dislocated shoulder, since he didn't quite remember off hand. "You're gonna be just fine, my friend." While he was at it, he might as well give him his 'Points,' so that he would have some form of currency for the 'Point System.' Fortunately, he could update that as he was scrolling through... "... Just have a seat. The Doctor will see you in a moment..." *clicklick* He just enjoyed speaking theatrically because it made things seem much more interesting in his own head, and hopefully outside to the spectators, as well. He'd have to make a mental note to tell Krikor about the 'Point System' whilst he was here... Some form of currency is important, after all.

| (Hey, it's completely alright. As you know, I take forever to reply to stuff, too.)
"Thank you, Mr. Lacrimoso," Krikor said as he sat down, being careful about where he put his dislocated left arm. He put his limp arm gingerly upon his lap, bending it at the elbow with his right hand, so that it wasn't just dangling in the breeze (somewhat comically, he thought to himself). He then turned to Tear and asked, "So, how did I do?" _________________ Leaving Earth -- A Requiem for a Lost World

| "Hmmm~?" Tear hummed as he lackadaisically perused the internet, making the proper modifications to Krikor's Points, "... Why, you did very well, actually! A marvelous job! You've already received Seven Points, and didn't even go into the negatives!" Tear, looking over his scores on the Assessment could tell that Krikor was more than qualified, "Certainly Pandemia material, if I do say so myself!"Finally, he brought up the webpage for 'healing a dislocated shoulder' and read over it. "Ah, here we are..." he muttered to himself between his speech, but seamlessly continued his explanation to Krikor and raising his voice again so that the Official New Student could hear, "The only thing I saw that was detrimental to your score was that moment of recklessness, but that's nothing too severe, considering all of the good things that you did that far outweighed the single moment of detriment." He stood up and walked over to Krikor, grabbing his shoulder, "So, with your 7 out of 8 Total Points..." since Tear was still adjusted to Krikor's wavelength, when he touched him again, he would be completely synchronized with his body and thus in tune with his biorhythmic wavelength, snapping Krikor's arm back into place seamlessly and painlessly (due to the shock absorbing effect of the harmonized waves) to make for a quick and complete recovery."Welcome to Pandemia, the University of Epic Art!"*tips hat**flashes Signature Deadly Nonchalant Smile* | |

| Krikor's armor made a loud CLANK as Tear popped his shoulder back into place. Amazingly, Krikor didn't feel a thing. "Must be some kind of magic," he reasoned to himself. After ensuring his shoulder was in place, he worked it a bit, rotating his arm to make sure it had gone back into its socket properly.
"I'm glad I did well," he said once Tear had finished, "I honestly thought that this injury would have knocked me down a bit more. But what are these 'Points' you mentioned?" _________________ Leaving Earth -- A Requiem for a Lost World

| Tear shook his head, chuckling to himself a bit, "No, the injury was nothing more than an accident. Doesn't seem fair to grade someone on an unfortunate event." This was especially so since Krikor not only was a completely new student, but also because he was not accustomed to any of the things here in this realm. Plus, his own handicap of not being able to use the full extent of his true power.
"In fact," Tear muttered, turning to the shelves full of medicinal items, "Are you feeling drained? I could provide you with some Potions or remedies of the like..." He was still muttering as if the idea were only one for speculation, but said it loud enough for Krikor to hear and respond to. Yet, he cut himself off in order to answer the question.
"Ah yes. The 'Points' are your form of Currency on the Veritas. You acquire them by simply being active and doing positive things, putting your time and energy into the world through 'working.' Not conventional work, mind you, but any sort of good, positive work that others may observe and reward you for. This can come from anyone and everyone at any given time and will allow you to buy things from stores, gain access to special items, go on specific missions, allow access into certain areas, etc. etc. It's that universal Electronic Currency method I brushed over before in my office." It seemed like Krikor's injury was just about healed up, but Tear still wanted to make sure that he had everything he needed from here and that he was stocked up on medicinal items, if he so chose to take them. Whilst waiting for Krikor's response, Tear would continue.
"However, there are actions or 'work' that you do that may subtract your points from you, thus detracting from what you are able to buy, where you're able to go, and so on and so forth. This usually comes from doing harmful things that others do not care for. It's a very open system with a method of repercussion that ends up relying on the trust, faith and courtesy of your fellow citizens, as well as those who rule over this land." This was to ensure that the Point System was fair and not to be abused, since there were people whose lives were on the line. "Once you delve into the Negative values, you generally cannot buy anything and must work your way back into the Positives in order to do the things mentioned above. Though there may be some who do not need the items that will be available to them, thus making their 'Points' more a method of 'Reputation' and 'Fame' than anything, they still do have an effect on other aspects of one's life here, such as susceptibility to unfortunate events. Thus, it is generally not good all around to receive Negative points nor enter a Negative state, for obvious reasons."
Those who had Negative points would be afflicted with more misfortune than those who had Positive points based on their Reputation alone. "This of it as... Something similar to Karma, if you are aware of what that is."

| "Yes, we had the concept of Karma on my homeworld. First time I've heard of it being used as a currency, though," Krikor replied, standing up, the pain completely gone from his shoulder. "And thank you for the offer. I am a bit drained, but I think some bedrest and a good meal will rejuvenate me. I've only had trail rations and minimal sleep since I arrived on this world." _________________ Leaving Earth -- A Requiem for a Lost World

| "Yes..." he muttered softly, glancing over a multitude of things at once, "... quite..." he rearranged many things in a very particular order with a swiftness one would think to be of numerous arms helping him organize in a manner faintly seen. At some point in time, even the computer was being shut down, but it wasn't quite seen when that happened.
"Well, if you're feeling tired, I can take you to the Dorms so you may pick out a nice, cozy spot for yourself?" He knew that the dorms were built with food facilities within the main plaza, so one could access their main services from within the confines of the dormitory space without having to leave the comfort of their enclosed area as a while. "Whenever you get hungry, just go downstairs. Run out of groceries, just go down to the lobby and buy your conventional things." Pandemia was made to be of utmost convenience to the students, in order to make them as comfortable as possible in order for their Souls to blossom in a peaceful, yet protected environment.
"Think fast~" he chimed, tossing the vial. The wispy arms faded as Tear's hands stopped moving, yet with a slight movement of his body, it would seem as though the image of a palm would carry a Potion over to Krikor, toward his arm of injury and drop it in order to test his reflexes and the injury to see if it had been properly taken care of.

| Krikor's left hand shot out and caught the potion before it hit the ground, marveling that he'd had a quick recovery with no apparent damage to the muscles around his shoulder. He looked over the object in his hand, realized what it was, and opened the vial that contained the potion, and downed it in one gulp. "Preferable in taste to some of the others I've had," he commented as a warming sensation filled his body, indicating the potion was doing its job. _________________ Leaving Earth -- A Requiem for a Lost World

| "Hmhmhm. Excellent."
Tear would head to the door with his signature deadly nonchalant smile still ever present upon his face, sliding open the door (as, a sliding door prevents injury, and it would be pretty dumb to have an injury from the door into the Infirmary, regardless of the irony). "Good to see you've made a full, speedy recovery." He winked to himself, careful to not let Krikor see as he chuckled softly under his breath.
"I will show you to your room and how to use your Points to get more material, which you are free to keep in your quarters for safe keeping if not on your person." Tear exited the room and started off toward the Dorms. "Yes, yes, step lightly!" For some reason, he seemed rather enthused about this part.

| "Please do," Krikor replied, ready to follow Tear. "I do have one more question, though -- outside of yourself and the woman I came to Pandemia with, I haven't seen any other students or faculty. About how many of each are there?" _________________ Leaving Earth -- A Requiem for a Lost World
