Depthsroot Chapter 7; Malfortuna

In the Depthsroot, where Tsuki-chan was left, she had become like one of the Depthsroot Citizens along with Tomon, who was left with she and the mask that was given to her. She found out that with it, she was able to transform into a spiritual version of herself that came from the power of Tigen when he was The Phantom.

The power of the Friday the Thirteenth Fairy -- Malfortuna, itself.

As Malfortuna, Tsuki-chan joined a soccer team that involved a variety of other rival teams such as Fire-Fire, Saga, and the Sunset Ninjas. They were all competing for the championship title of the Depthsroot, which would send their team to the Crystal Castle of the Dusk for the Tournament.

Malfortuna was ready, with the ball, to pass over to another version of herself that was connected to Malfortuna, the Friday the Thirteenth Fairy forms.

???: "The Power Of Friday Has Awakened..."

"Black Friday," an unknown presence spoke, flickering into vision with a sporty battle shirt on that exposed his naval, with a collar that covered his mouth, and some loose-ended slacks that had inverted crosses on them. His spiky, yet slick hair wavered in the wind for just a moment as he cut a gaze to Malfortuna, then to each of the other Fridays that were around -- Tsuki, Crystal and Tetris -- and gain control over them immediately.

Fellio, the being that had done this, would immediately warp away and let the four Fridays deal with Malfortuna as they were taught to before the Phantasmagoria got out of hand again.

The Tsukihime, Shintsuki, suddenly appeared from the high concentration of Phantasmagoria that was everywhere due to the actual Friday the Thirteenth Fairy being in the Depthsroot for an extended period of time. Her presence allowed for other parts of her to phase right through anywhere that she was present, and back to where they were prior to at any given time.

Her hair gleamed and glistened in the dim lights of the Depthsroot and her visage was of sparkles where she was thrust. Her lower torso was not able to be seen, and the dress she wore was translucent.

"Oh, No You Don't!" she cried out, "THOSE ARE -MY- BABIES!!"

Friday in all her forms had a love for herself that was outmatched, and used to weigh more than her love for her husband, but during trials like this, Friday was learning to be more in control of her powers like her lover was.

She extended her Reality Dress out to snatch up Crystal, Malfortuna, Tetris and Tsuki, regaining control of her 1st, 3rd and 4th Restrictions immediately. They now all obeyed the 5th Restriction, Shintsuki, the Tsukihime.

"Obedience."

When Black Friday began, Fellio took the form of Black Friday, as was customary for any form of Tymon to do when calling upon Black Friday for himself.

"You wanna play ball?" Black Friday asked in behalf of Fellio, "Sure. I'll play with myself a little bit, my little babies..." Black Friday was the true strain of the Friday lineage after 1-5, of whom were all present actively at the moment (save for 2). Black Friday was like the mother and father to them, knowing that it was because Tymon, her creator, was the one that assumed her form before she ever got to... thus making her androgynous in a fashion that allowed her to be motherly and fatherly to her beloved little lesser Fridays.

"Time to teach the Queen who the Head Bitch is around here!!"

"Having Fun?" The Phantom asked Tsuki, as she was the one that was wearing the mask at the time and using his power to become Malfortuna. "Some Of YOUR Malfortuna Happened To Cause A Disturbance In God Lord God's Presence."

She knew what she did.

So did The Phantom.

"But I'll Handle All Your Asses Here If You Don't Get It Together."

The Phantom removed itself from Tsuki immediately, returning Malfortuna to her human form. "Looks Like You're Gonna Hafta Find Your Source Somewhere Else, Honeypot!" The mask grew large and the smiling face with dark, blank eye sockets extended its proportions all across the field. The area was now fully enveloped in 'The Phantom.'

It appeared as a male figure with a ragged hooded cloak and disembodied gloves and boots, which leaned upon a wall of Reality that was in flux at that moment. It looked like he was leaning on a thread suspended in midair by nothingness just about the length of The Phantom's body frame height.

"Somehow, This Is All Your Fault, Tsuki-chan," The Phantom said. "You Used My Power For Too Long And Did Not Summon Me." Now, The Phantom was something greater than what could be summoned by Tsuki and would end up in suspension right where he was leaning on the outline of a wall. "You Think You Can Really Take On Fellio, The Fallen Angel Form Of Tymon, By Yourself? Only The Allmaster Of The Eleventh Restriction Commands Fellio. It Listens to No One Else."

After what Tsuki had seen from the Phantom being on her face for so long, she would have accidentally ascended to her highest Restriction. “Woo…” Tsuki would say, worn out from the transformation. But she was now standing naked in front of her husband Tymon’s pieces. “And I HAD To Be Naked, Too, Huh?” Apparently so. “Whatever. I’m Still A Goddess. The Overgoddess, In Fact. I Should Start Acting Like It.”

As Tsuki — who was now in her Thirteenth Restriction — regained her memories of what was going on and collected herself, gathering all of her Restrictions into one, she would immediately recall that Tymon, who was both God Lord God and her husband, had summoned her. “Oh Shiii…” She didn’t even realize how long ago that was. “How Long Was I Out…?” Tsuki looked up to The Phantom and smiled, knowing it was Tigen in disguise. “It’s Cool, But Does This Mean I Win The Fight, Or Do I Lose Because I Haven’t Gotten To Tymon Yet?”

She pondered this.

Naked.

Glowing.

"Overgoddess?" inquired a surly young man with a casual tank tee shirt and some sweat pants, who faded into the Depthsroot hovering in the air next to Fellio, "The Gods Shouldn't Do Battle Down In The Depthsroot. It Is Too Intense For The Citizens To Witness Too Often Or For Very Long." The man's head sported crystalline hair that blended into Reality and it stretched out for lightyears. "Besides, There Is A Place Where You Are Supposed To Be Already. You Wouldn't Want To Dismiss A Prior Engagement, Overgoddess." This man -- the Allmaster -- was but her husband in his incarnation of himself as the Ruler of the Veritas -- also known as 'Kairo Tensei.'

"Shall I Escort You To The Overgod, Or Can You Manage, Friday?"

Fellio was withdrawn into the Allmaster's collection of 'Pieces' and 'Cards' and not seen from again. It seemed like the Overgod -- God Lord God -- really wished to see his mistress on Friday the Thirteenth, so he tagged along as the Most High Ruler of the Veritas; Kairo Tensei.

Tsuki realized as everything was going on that she had ascended from her Second Restriction to her Third Restriction, which seemed to be a very powerful influence. Malfortuna. Both her last name and her curse. But it seemed like something about The Phantom kept the curse of Malfortuna in check, thus allowing the Thirteenth Restriction Tsuki to ascend to her Thirteenth-Third Restriction. “So, This Is My Body…” Tsuki said, observing herself rather thoroughly as if looking at herself for the first time, or as if checking herself. Eventually, she clothed herself with her hair, which was both glowing and ethereal, thus making it part of the Phantasmagoria that Friday had power over. Her long locks were enough to intertwine and weave themselves into patterns before the naked woman, giving only choice glimpses of her body, yet not everything.

“Yes, Take Me To Him,” the Overgoddess insisted, outstretching her hand from under one of the larger locks of her hair and grasping that of the Kairo Tensei.

"Hey, No Fair!" cried a disembodied cutesy-but-pissy voice, "I'M The One That Thought About It!" The Friday the Thirteenth Fairy warped in between Kairo Tensei and Friday The Thirteenth. She hovered in the Overgoddess' hand, ready to serve her... And carry out her duties.

"Listen!" the Friday the Thirteenth Fairy cried out in a canonical fashion, "I'll Take You Straight There! Don't Go With Them, They're With Tigen!" She would know what that meant. "If You Get Me, Then Warp Us Out Of Here, Girlfriend~!"

The Friday the Thirteenth Fairy bestowed her power unto Friday The Thirteenth!

Friday The Thirteenth knew what to do and what the Friday the Thirteenth Fairy was saying, even though seeing the Friday the Thirteenth Fairy was a bit strange for her. Normally, she was hovering over Tymon and Tigen was somewhere nearby Friday The Thirteenth, so to have all of her power in her hands unlocked her memory of herself as an all powerful Overgoddess alongside her husband, the Overgod, who showed Friday The Thirteenth how to achieve such a status in the first place.

“I See All…” she said mystically, “We Should Get To The Altar And Fast.”

Friday The Thirteenth warped off to the PumpKing’s Shrine on the Sacred Isle in a noticeable flash of light that was nearly as bright as her body that glowed.

The collective Depthsroot Residents had seen the Gods that lived above them come down and almost do battle before them, which both distorted and calmed the land by each of their differences in power. It brought inspiration to the other Depthsroot Residents to get more proficient with their power until they could face the Gods.

This was now the resolve of the entire Veritas -- to be greater than the Gods; all because of the Depthsroot.

Those who were taken from the underground initially end up either in the Dusk or the Lawless Land, and having the resolve to be as strong as the Gods of their world being a goal in mind made the Dusk and Lawless Land filled with people from the Depthsroot that had seen the Gods for their very eyes. These people worked themselves very hard trying to match the potential of the Allmaster they'd seen and his wife, who used some of her power before them.

Their determination reached the Delta and Dawn, as well, and eventually the Veritas was teeming with people who wanted to not only take on the Tensei, but also become like the Tensei. Thus, the Native Landers of the Veritas, the Tensei, would be challenged by their own residents.

The Allmaster winced at this Scenario that played out, almost like it hurt him for having to have to go through it.

Then, he smirked.

"Pain?" he said, "Nothing Has Been Able To Do That To Me For A Long While." This put Kairo Tensei in a hearty mood. "I'll Tell You What," he turned to the people of Depthsroot, all of whom had seen and some who had even gathered out in the open, "I'll Take All Of You On In Every Part Of The Veritas And Show You What You're Up Against!"

Kairo Tensei descended to his Fifth Restriction -- known as Angel King Ophiuchus -- and now adorned a more familiar garment before all of the Depthsroot.

"Here It Is, Depthsroot, And All The Veritas," Ophiuchus, a shining man floating midair, bellowed, "It Will Be My Royal Family Bloodline And The Tensei Race Upon The Veritas Against Anyone That Is Not A Tensei, Including Intensei." The shining man's body released rays like the light of the sun and they clothed him in their light whilst shining forth as light does.

"Ready? Steady? Go!"

Powers flew from every which way, varying from laser beams and gatling guns to transformations and familiars. The Depthsroot Residents released a full assault on Ophiuchus.

Most of those attacks missed.

"You Have No Direction!" Ophiuchus spake, light pouring out of his mouth as a white hot beam after his words were finished. This attack alone wiped out all of their attacks and threatened the lives of the Depthsroot Residents -- who were still in training.

Suddenly.

An enormous holographic screen the size of the entire Central City of the Delta with the Me-ou's face upon it.

"All Who Are Seeking Combat With The Tensei, Let The Royal Family Come Upon You And Your Might Be Tested." Shiniere the Me-ou was, of course, sitting in the holographic projection room. This meant that she was broadcasting to everyone in the Veritas at the same time from her superposition in space, thus allowing them to see via projected holographic screens.

Ophiuchus continued to shine. "You Hear That? Now You All Have Started A War Within The Entire Veritas!" Ophiuchus absorbed all of his light into himself and created a condensation of light around and within him. "This Will Not Go Unpunished!!" he screamed as he released the light as a powerful wave that blew back everything with its Magnanimous Luminosity.

"SO COME! LET US DO BATTLE LIKE IN THE DAYS OF THE LOST WORLD!"
