The Phantom; He Lives Again

Khrona appeared before the Twelfth Tensei Moon, which was the Core of the Veritas Dimension. It was known as 'The Phantom' and used to power only the Dusk as the 'Mega Generator'. However, after Khrona fused The Phantom and his essence within the Mega Generator when the Insanity had taken it over in order to keep the Insanity at bay, he left the name and duty up to his daughter -- Chroma.

"Daughter," Khrona called out to the colorful moon, "It Is Time That I Returned To The Core. There Are Things That Daddy Must Do Now Which Require Absolute Full Control Over Everything." Khrona would return to being The Phantom and simultaneously the Core of the Veritas.

"Make Haste, Dearest Heart. Daddy Has Lots Of Work To Do."

“Yes, Father,” the entire rippling Moon answered, revealing the image of a smiling face with black and white eyes. “I Am So Glad You Came… I Missed You!” Chroma had been the Core as the Phantom for a very long time, and though it was only supposed to be a short time that her Father let her remain as the Core, she ended up remaining there for an extended period of time. “I Will Make The Exchange Immediately!”

At that moment, the entire Omni Moon rippled with color, initiating a sychronization of souls with Khrona. This would allow him to transfer himself more wholly into The Phantom Generator Core and extract Chroma fully out. She would no longer be the Phantom.

The harmonization of the father and daughter's souls brought forth 'The Phantom' that they once shared, now a ragged cloak, white smiling mask and disembodied gloves and boots. "Thank You, Daughter," The Phantom said to the Cheshire Phantom, Chroma Tensei. "Daddy Can Take It From Here."

The apparition wrapped itself around the Omni Moon, blending in with its rippling colors. The mask that was adorned by the robe and garments became the face of the entire Twelfth Moon, and it forever looked like the face of the Phantom.

"Now That I Am Returned, I Am In The Twelfth Restriction. That Means That Tigen Still Does Have Work To Do."

The Phantom would become the Living Shadow of Kairo Tigen at that moment and attach to him, dragging him from wherever he was and off to the next location that he was supposed to appear at -- This one.

Tigen, dragged, suddenly and instantaneously appeared before The Phantom in a flickering blur, his bulbous head and glowing eyes gazing into the pitch dark holes of The Phantom's on the Twelfth Moon. "Oh, No Way!" Tigen shouted, "Tigen Is Bound To The Phantom Now!? WAAAHHH!" That meant that Tigen had to do some work after all. "Tigen Is Too Stressed For This! Tigen Is Going To Spread Tigen's Self All Across The Veritas, So That The Phantom Is Everywhere And Can Do Tigen's Bidding All At The Same Time!"

That said, Tigen warped into the Twelfth Moon, synchronizing with it and The Phantom within. With that, Tigen was once again harmonized with his moon -- the Twelfth Moon of the Twelfth Restriction; Shin Omnitsukiyomi.

"Now Go, The Phantom!" Tigen bade, "Go And Make Sure That God Is Pleased With Us!" Tigen's amorphous body extended from the bottom of the Twelfth Moon and it became his pumpkin-like head, rippling with color as Tigen usually did when stimulated. "Tigen Is The Twelfth Moon Now Instead Of Chroma! Tigen Is Supposed To Be Here." Dimensionally, Tigen was HUGE compared to the rest of the Veritas; the only larger moon was the Thirteenth, which encompassed all the Veritas Dimension instead of existing within, as the other Twelve Moons did.

"Tigen Has Done Tigen's Part," Tigen said to Tymon, whom he knew was watching. "Now, It's Up To The Phantom!"

Tigen, the Twelfth Moon, lifted his torso into the open space all around the Moon and reclined to a position on his side with his hand holding up his head, resting on his elbow. "Tigen Will Be Here When You're Done And We Can Switch Places, And Stuff." Tigen wasn't one for doing too much anymore, despite being the PumpKing. He was nothing like his father. Perhaps that is why things were getting out of hand.

Tigen had a lot to think about whilst The Phantom cleaned up the Veritas. "Just Make Sure That The Lotus Is Returned To God," Tigen said as his final words to The Phantom. "Tigen Will Meanwhile... Be Thinking About How To Be A Better PumpKing." He mostly goofed off, but Tigen was still a young ruler. He would come into his power in time.

"Perhaps Time As The Twelfth Moon Will Help Tigen."

The Phantom -- who was now Tigen instead of Khrona or Chroma -- extended its essence over the entire Veritas Dimension as its Oversoul, carrying with it the information of both Khrona and Chroma as the Phantom along with Tigen. Its affluence over the Veritas would inevitably cause things to fall into alignment with the Twelfth Moon, and then the Thirteenth Moon would be in order.

The Phantom silently moved throughout the Veritas, warping reality along the way.
