They Are Supposed To Take Orders From Greater Dictators, And Also Take Responsibility For All The Actions And Results Of Their zPeople With Sole Singular Responsibility, Since The Ones Underneath Literally By Definition Have No Say Over A Dictator. This Forms Respect Between All Hierarchies, From Highest Dictators To The Actual People Who Are Dictated Through, With Each Greater Dictator Becoming More And More Responsible Solely For Those Directly Under Them.

This Establishes Bonds Through Dictation, And Forms Trust If Done Properly, And Is Only Most Efficient For Productivity If Conducted In This Manner. Any Corruption Will Destroy This System If Not Checked By The Immediately Higher Dictator.

The People Are The Only Ones Exempt From Basically Everything Except Their Own Little Settlements Governed By Their Dictators.
