*Because Pharaoh Was Trying To Exert Power And Be Most Powerful Over Everyone, Scattered Powers Converged At The Same Time And Overpowered Him And His People, Allowing The Weaker People To Also Join In And Assail Pharaoh And The Egyptians.

*Basically Translates To, I Will Make The People That Are Against You All Come Against You As Part Of My Plan To Ensnare And Weaken You, Then Drive You Out Into The Wilderness And Rob You Of Your Sanity, So That You Cannot Tell The Stars Or The Times, And Even If You Could, They Would Not Help You, And You Will Be Forced To Live In Darkness And Poverty In The Wilderness As Opposed To As A Peasant In A City At All. And Everyone On The Planet Will Hate These People So Much For Bothering Them All That Time That No One Will Let Them Live In The Wilderness To Even Be Able To Recover Or Settle At All, And Their Lives Will Be Total Misery, On The Run, Dying Randomly, Without Food Or Accommodations, Or Riches And Power. And They Will No Longer See Themselves As Blessed Or Superior.

*Everyone Sees You Flaunting And Exerting Power Grandiosely And It Makes Them All Hate You And Want To Kill You, And You Just Don't Know, Because You Are Too Busy Thinking You Are Powerful And Mighty, On A Pedestal.

**Though You Don't Care How You Look And What You Do, The Vanity Blinds You From All The People Who Do, And Can See You, And Are Plotting Against You As They Watch You Be Reckless, Looking For Vulnerable Points.

*Even If Exalted On Earth, Who Are The People On Earth To Even Be Considered For Their Exaltation? They Worship Wood And Dirt, Too -- They Worship Anything For Any Old Reason At All. How Much Could The Value Of Shallow And Vain And Easily Swayed Humans' Exaltation Really Be, Comparatively To Actual Values?

*Basically, It Says That Damages Were Attempted To Be Lessened By Withholding Resources, So That The Abuser Would Not Be Able To Abuse Those To Abuse The People And The Earth, But In Doing That, It Also Causes Distress And Plague For The Land And The People Regardless, But To A Much Less Severe Degree Than The Years And Years Of A Bad Ruler Being In Power And Using Up All The Natural Resources, Damaging And Killing The Land And The People, And Restoring Nothing, Plus Leaving Nothing To Be Restored. Thus Making A Famine And Drought The Lesser Of Two Evils, Actually, Comparatively, Long-Term.

**It Is Also Saying That He Amongst Other People Had Great Faith In This One Person, And Put Them On The Pedestal, Only For Them To Be Proven Lowly And Worthless, Much To Everyone's Disappointment And Grief And Suffering.

***This Is Meant For Them To Learn The Consequences Of Their Own Decisions And Also Giving That Power To Others, Then Receiving Backlash For It, And Blaming God, Instead Of Recognizing They Did It And Allowed It When They Truly Don't Have To. Especially Now, Since The People In Power Are Actual Figureheads, And The System Is What Keeps Everyone Paid And Employed -- Not Them. So As Long As The System Is Up, It Will Keep Running Even When The People Running It Have To Be Replaced.

*Simply Put, The Tree Whose Roots Are In The Ground Doesn't Understand The Foliage Underneath It Is What Gives It Life And Nutrients To Be That High, And It Is Meant To Provide Shade And Fruit In Exchange, And Not Just Be A Giant Tree Sucking Up All The Life And Providing Nothing For The Earth Underneath Where It Is Not Only Still Attached To, But Also Grew From.

**Trees That Produce No Fruit And Drain The Land Are Cut Down By Lumberjacks. Essentially, That Is Applied To Any Person In A High Place Or On An Altar, No Matter How Long.

*While The Greatest Rulers Always Think Themselves Better, The Scripture Is Meant To Remind Them That Anyone Else Could Be Made That Great, Or At Least The Greatest After They Are Gone, Giving Them All Every Incentive To Get Rid Of Anyone Trying To Oppress Them So Close To The Top With Them.

**It Is Also Clear That Anybody Can Be Made Great, And They Are Trying To Illustrate That Even A Poor, Peasant, Rat Bastard Can Be Given Luxury, Glory, Fortune, And Power And Be Put On The Greatest Height And Literally Be Worth Nothing At All With All The Materials And Power In The World. So This Is Meant To Attempt To Illustrate That Point.

*It Is Obvious That This Pharaoh Is Trying Very Hard To Be Like The Original Pharaohs, Whose Power Was Over The Whole Earth From Egypt, And Not Just Egypt Alone. They Live In The Shadow Of The Glory Of The Image Of The First Pharaohs, And Believe They Can Achieve It By Being Pharaoh, Without Realizing The Reasons Why The First Pharaohs Were So Great, Nor How They Fell In The First Place, And Refuse To Acknowledge That Because Of That, Both The Pharaohs To Come And Egypt Would Never Be As Great As It Was Again In Life. This Is A Vanity Delusion.

**By Causing The Pharaoh To Focus On The Delusion Of Grandeur, God Can Then Incapacitate Him And Then Also Empower His Enemies Both Through His Weakness And Also Outer Means In Order To Completely Remove Him And Also Give Glory To The Enemies That Will Make Sure To Keep Them Down Or Exterminate Them -- All From The Beginning.

*God Is Using Each Of The Rulers In Power As An Example For The Entire World Based On How Everyone Can See Their Weaknesses And The Prophet Is Demonstrating How They Can Be Taken Advantage Of, Without These People Being Able To Escape From Their Seats Of Power, Even When In Danger, Long Before They Even Realize At All That They Are Due To The Delusion Of Grandeur -- The One Spoken Of In The New Testament.

*The Weakest Of People, If Intelligent Enough, Are Always Studying And Taking Advantages Of The Weaknesses Of Others, Which Is Their Strength, And Makes Them Strong Enough To Handle Many People With Similar Weaknesses, And Also Learn More Weaknesses To Take Advantage Of, Before Anyone Even Realizes They Are Weak And Have Weaknesses. They Usually Do Not Ever Resolve Their Own Weakness, Though, And Learn Weaknesses To Cover That. To Do That Best, They Make Everyone Else Weaker Than Them, As Well, And Never Let Them Become Powerful Again -- Especially Before They Learn The Weakness To The Power They Would Ever Allow To Come About.

*Nine Times Out Of Ten, Any Enemy Someone Has Will, When They Feel They Have An Advantage, Exploit Or Alert Their Target About It In Order To Intimidate Or Surprise Them, Even If They Aren't The Greatest Threat.

*All The Neighboring Lands Will, When Everything Is Over, Still Go To Loot Them Whilst They Are Weak And Damaged, And Continually Take More And More Resources And Lives And Whatever Else They Can, Which Is What This Scripture Means -- Especially When The Entire Earth Is Against You Or In A State Of Depravity, Such As With Famine Or Drought. They Become Even More Inclined, Including And Especially In Poverty, Greater So If It Was Inflicted By The Fallen City And Ruler.

*The Allies Will Likely Realize That The People Against Their Ally Will Damage Them Or That Their Ally Will Lose, So They Will Be Likely To Switch Sides At Their Greatest Convenience, Since There Are No True Loyalties To Any Person In War And Battle -- Only To Victory And Success.

*Cush, A Child Of Ham, Son Of Noah, Just As Egypt, Is Rival Of Egypt, And Likely An Enemy In Secret, Waiting For Egypt To Become Weak, Using Proximity As An Advantage For Both Relations And Looting -- Whichever Suits. Not Realizing Their Heritage In Bloodline At All.
