Outbreak; Okami

Within the depths of the Bamboo Jungle, after the Great Will of the Delta had been revived, the Nature Spirits that held together and commanded the forces of nature and watched over many of the 'Spirits of Nature' like the 'Youkai' would awaken from their spiritual languor at the very presence of the Oversoul's power. These beings, the Okami, would remain masked in presence hidden within the thick cover of the Bamboo Jungle, but their presence could be felt more powerfully and prominently than many of the lesser Youkai spirits.
