Wei disagreed with Chita's sentiments. If he had been him, though he wasn't as into technology as Koudo, he would have a preliminary unit to engage foes first, as a vanguard, while the more powerful cavalry would lie in wait until they were called it. It was basic strategy. "No, I doubt this place only has robots of this caliber here. These are just the vanguard." He responded, still holding off from moving until Chita decided when she actually wanted to make a move out of this specific room.

Ultimately, they could make a stand here and destroy everything that came their way, but Wei couldn't shake the feeling that the machines they faced would get increasingly more difficult to handle. Not impossible to handle, but neither he nor Chita could fight forever. Eventually they would lose the war of attrition. "You need to make a decision on if you want to make a stand here or move. You're the one looking for-"

He was cut off be the introduction of a large, less humanoid looking robot entering the room as the Serviceman and his disheveled friend fled. He cocked an eye brow, finding his guess to be correct, even if this was only one other robot. He moved his mouth to speak again, but was immediately blindsided by an assault from the new robot. Thankfully, he wasn't so absorbed in his conversation that he couldn't appropriate the energy of the laser fired at him and add it to his own supply of energy. It didn't matter if it could penetrate or parry electromagnetic forces because Wei could absorb energy of any kind as long as he was conscious to it. Because he was idle, regulating his breathing and had his reflexes super charged, Wei was conscious to everything going on around him right now.

It didn't make this robot any less threatening, though it wasn't that threatening from appearance alone. "You need to decide what to do. I can stand here all day, but you aren't exactly going to find what you're looking for." He finally said to Chita and breathed deeply again. She had taken control of the situation, so it was time for her to fully take the lead.

Both targets had not been destroyed nor apprehended. The Overseer remained locked onto them, for in the area of its range of vision, the entire room was on lockdown in terms of visual targeting.

After reading both their energies, only one of them had spiked. The man who did not avoid the blow, but instead absorbed it into himself had significantly increased in power based on his prior absorption, whilst the other had dodged completely. Judging from both, as well as prior information, it was clear that the male figure was capable of absorbing and utilizing variable energies and using them to increase his own. The Overseer, of whom had greater judgment than a normal Serviceman, as an Overseer, would no longer utilize energy-based attacks against the male, but only to the female, who not only had not absorbed the attack, but also had avoided it completely. That was a form of vulnerability that was visible.

To deal with the one who was capable of absorbing energy, the Overseer had functions built into its greater processing that allowed it to deal with those that utilized such manners of combat. The Overseer would remain in front of the door, clearly overhearing the conversation, and would immediately release a tractor beam that would hit the surface of the door and generate a barrier that would repel and contain energies both on the outside and the inside and prevent them from being able to even touch the wall, let alone get near it. Thus, the only entryway and exit in the room was sealed off.

Using that same tractor-beam energy, which was malleable to the necessity of the Overseer, he would fire the beam between the two of them and create a wall that spanned from one end of the room to the next, which would block their energies from each other and from passing through the wall, itself. No form of loosed energy would be able to permeate it at all, and no physical contact could touch nor even near it. To isolate the targets further, the Overseer would add a joint to the tractor beam wall that divided the Overseer, itself, from the others, making an interior wall of isolation and containment that left Tifaret, Wei and the Overseer to their own independent segments all cut off from each other with no form of energy able to pass through and no physical contact able to get near. Visibly, the Overseer was able to see through the walls because of their translucence, and so would the others. From there, the Overseer could analyze the both of them even further.

At least she had a plan, unfortunately the Overseer had different plans entirely and isolated them from each other as well as itself. It blocked the only, visible exit with some strange energy wall, and then cut off Chita and Wei with one that split the room. Then, it blocked itself from them by creating another one.

Wei closed his eyes and breathed deeply, waving a hand over himself as he did so. As his open palm passed over his face and the upper part of his chest he whispered an inaudible phrase and disappeared. Stealthing himself instantly. He masked everything, his presence, energy signature, body heat, everything. There was no more indications that he was still in the containment cell that the Overseer had erected.

As much as he wanted to obey Chita's plan, the circumstances had changed. He wasn't interested in learning what, exactly these walls were doing, and he wasn't interested in being held in a cell either. "No, we're going to leave now. This thing is adapting to us. It's going to become immune to you pretty soon." He whispered at a frequency that couldn't be picked up by normal sensors, but could be picked up by Chita's ears if her sense of hearing was sensitive enough to hear him. "The Floor." Was his only warning before Wei stomped the ground.

While the Overseer had manage to separate Chita, Wei and itself with walls and blocked the only visible exit in and out of the room, it hadn't done the smart thing and covered the floor or ceiling. From Wei's ability to see energy, even the Zero-Point Energy that tractor beams are made of, he could see that the walls did not pass through the floor at all. The Overseer was focused on keeping Wei and Chita contained here, rather than in the entirety of the building. While Wei could warp out, he wanted to do it from the safety of the floor below them.

The floor cracked and then crumbled entirely from the strength and impact of Wei's stomp. As he free fell, Wei puffed and then warped himself beyond the wall of this mechanical city. A constantly adapting opponent was hardly a battle that he wanted to get involved in when he didn't necessarily need to do so. He hoped Chita had followed, but if she hadn't then that was really on her. He now had other matters to contend with besides this mechanical city.

The targets that fled the premises unexpectedly caught the Overseer off guard, yet at the same time, served as a completion of the mission to remove them from the Factorial Village. At the Overseer's command, the artificial walls created by the tractor beams would fall, leaving only the Overseer and the rest of the Mechanica lined up outside in the area. "Mission Complete," the Overseer droned. "Commencing Regularly Scheduled Operations." The Servicemen which were lined up outside would immediately flood the room and begin repairs on the damages of the floor and anything else that might have been destroyed in the fight, whilst the rest of them that were not necessary to repairs would depart in an orderly manner, cycling the building as they would; Overseer included. Thus, Mechanica's Factorial Village would return to its original order and circulation and operation.
