Mother Earth; Awakened Virgo

The Awakened Virgo, whose Sacred Beast was the Rabbit, called forth the spirit of one of her suffering creatures; emblazed by its anger, yet confused by its natural curiosity. The Great Mother's face appeared in the trees, before the Beast that was ruled under her Sun Sign.


It would appear before her deep within the Great Forest, but not far enough to reach the Mirrorwood.

In that instant, the Blazing Warhare would appear before the Virgo, the talking tree of whom had power over the Usagi, and would suddenly come to a calm; its flame being quelled and returning to a soft glow that illuminated its body. Something about the very voice of this being brought it peace from all that it had suffered through before, being pursued by a strange military man for as long as it could remember. With that, it would stand there and simply look up at the face of the tree and await its next words patiently and obediently.

When she had seen that the spirit of the Usagi had come to a calm, she would look upon the creature warmly and see the two spirits trapped as one that should not have been; one being the Shinsanity of Fire, the other being an Usagi of which it had come to possess. The Blazing Warhare was a byproduct of this combination of elements, yet, would not be a creature that inhabited the Veritas. There was good in this, but also, there was something that needed to be done.

"... Your soul is not your own, child... Come. Let Mother Earth return you both to your True Forms..."

At that moment, the trees would begin to quiver, their leaves shaking as though whispering a mystical chant, of which was then made clear in an ancient tongue by the Virgo, herself; the language of the stars. The vibrations of her archaic chant would split apart the two spirits, releasing the Usagi, of which she had jurisdiction, from the Shinsanity of Fire, of which she did not. With that, the Shinsanity of Fire could return to its true form and nature, whilst the spirit of the Usagi that had been stripped of it could become the new herald.

"There now... Wayward Usagi, take upon the blessings of the Stars and the Moon, and become the Lunar Sign that is the Sacred Beast of mine..." As she spoke, the Usagi spirit would be sparkle and glow with the light of the stars, the very constellations themselves speckling its form and altering it to become the new Sacred Beast of the Virgo.


Once the transformation of a lowly rabbit spirit was complete, given the blessing of the Virgo, her Sacred Beast would be awakened again as the White Rabbit that hovered before her.

"Ah... Good... Now the Shinsanity of Fire may return to its master and you, White Rabbit, have returned to me through the spirit of one of the creatures under our jurisdiction..." She smiled warmly, as if she hadn't seen this creature in quite a long time, and was more than warmed by her reappearance. "Hisashiburi, da ne...?"

The Blazing Warhare, against its will, had given into the power of the Virgo, whom extracted the soul of the creature that had been swallowed by the Shinsanity of Fire, leaving the Aethereal essence to take on its true form. The flames were wild at first, like a raging demon, but was rather swiftly bound by the sacred beads of the Buddha, which brought peace to the fiery spirit and sealed its flames in the emblem upon the largest of the ten beads, which hung at the front of its neck, revealing the once wild flame's Tempered form, solid and calm... Like a gentle flame. This was the Shinsanity of Fire's True Form;


Despite his peace of mind, body and soul, he still looked highly upset, as though his time and energy had been wasted being confined to that being for so long. He turned his back on the two of them, igniting in the Crystal Flare, ready to return to his master. Yet, before he did, he would look over his shoulder and mutter to them, respectfully,

Shirosagisu hovered before the Virgo, her Solar counterpart, and smiled at her, lowering herself to the ground so that she could feel the power of the Earth (more specifically, Wood) flow through her from the forest, and from the Virgo herself. "... It's good to be back, Mother Earth," she said warmly, before turning her head over her shoulder to exchange glares with the man who gazed at her in the same fashion, "... Take care." There seemed to be some sort of charge between the two of them from being connected for so long, but now upon the separation, that was all that was left; the memory of what once was. They'd both served their purposes in the grand design, and that's all there was to that.

With the Shinsanity of Fire completely gone, the forest would become dark and quiet again, much to the liking of the White Rabbit, whose soft, gentle celestial glow could dimly light the forest. She would suddenly stroke the great Virgo with a hand fondly, as if drawing strength from her presence and the memory of their being. But, before she could actually indulge in her feelings of nostalgia, she would feel the life force of a sacred artifact going off somewhere relatively nearby, and her ears would perk.

"... Virgo..." she muttered, senses heightened and aware, "... I feel something... Something outside of the forest... Life Forces connected to the Stars..." she couldn't quite put her finger on it, but she knew exactly the direction it was coming from. "... Do you feel it, too?"

Virgo closed her eyes and listened to the earth beneath her roots, feeling the waves of footsteps above from miles around, and the energy that they carried beneath their feet that seeped into the ground. She could also feel the life force of something special going off in the distance, to the same extent as the White Rabbit, herself.

"Why, yes... I do feel it," she had to admit, being finely in tune with the life forces of nature, "... Not too far from here, either. Hm..." She would open her eyes, knowing that power as one of the Zodiac signs' astrological powers... One of which she knew rather fondly, as well. The sign that rested on the opposite end of hers; Pisces. "... I see... So I was not the first to awaken... It would be that one to have been awakened first..." She smiled, shaking her head slowly, "Well, it is a good omen. If this is true, then all of the Stars in the Sky should soon awaken from slumber, and we will finally be restored; Sacred Beasts and all. All us 24 Elders..." She sighed fondly, as if longing for the day for the all of them to be rejoined in harmony.

"... I will go affix myself to the Earth Sanctuary, where I may draw forth more power. I will be waiting there. But what I need for you to do, my White Rabbit, is guide those life forces blessed by the Pisces to the Sanctuary. As you do, I want you to release the spirits of your creatures, the Usagi, from their slumber." Virgo closed her eyes, a gentle wind passing through the depths of the forest, which grazed her bark like a flood of rabbits running on the wind, "... It seems as though the Gateway from the Other World has been opened, and the Spirits need guidance, Shape and Form. Some are too weak to do so on their own... And that is why Sacred Beasts like you exist. To guide them, to govern them, and to give them strength, so that they that are Spirits may become Flesh. Free your children, White Rabbit, and let them roam free in this new land!"

"Yes... Right away, Mother Earth," she would say, feeling the spirits of the running rabbits on the wind and, immediately, like a ninja, hopping off to the front to guide them. Where she would leap, winding through the forest with the wind, she would leave the Bumpkins and their greater forms, the Blazing Warhares in her place, to let them roam free. At the same time, she would tend to where she felt the source of that life energy coming from...
