The Beginning of Soul Stealer, starring 'Miyako' the Spirit of the Forest and her brigade of Forest Guardians. She is blessed with lightning speed because of her lightning boots granted to her by the sacred forest spirit, the King Kitsune, of which she is the sole inheritor of the Spirit in the Tensei Lineage, thus making her also a Chrysm. She watches over the other Kitsune and knows deeply of Shiyoko and Nyake, who are also Forest Spirits that are in the Spirit World just the same as every other one of the other Forest Spirits. Miyako, herself, as the inheritor of the Sacred Forest itself is also highly important to the life force of the Forest and is the sole Tensei that exists within the boundaries of the Sacred Forest as its protector. Her vessel is a sacrificial storage unit for Khrona's daughter's 8th Restriction form, apart from The Veritas, itself (Kaerei).

Synopsis: A young lady with an exceptional power to see spirits falls in love with a demon. Because of this, her soul is stripped from her on his behalf and the girl, who is soulless and transformed, but retains her powers to see the supernatural and spiritual realm, embarks on a journey to get her soul back, finding other people with this power to see spirits as well.
Characters:
Marin (Devi-Min): A dark girl who lost her soul to the demon she fell in love with, and now embarks on a spiritual journey to get it back from wherever it was cast due to their forbidden love. She is able to see spirits, supernatural creatures and demons, all of which are part of her spiritual quest to get her soul back.
Hyde: Marin's little brother with a strange power over the manipulation of ice and wind. He hadn't ever told anyone about his powers, but when he finds out his sister's soul is lost, he helps her using his ice and wind powers.
Khlo: A friendly young lady with a powerful pure spirit. Her innocent nature is able to protect and heal others and keeps those she comes in contact with safe from strife with her warm and loving nature. She is very outgoing and determined to do good, but can sometimes be a klutz or even very shy. She is a skilled physical fighter, however.
Itai: A witty and sarcastic kid that has a metallic snake chain he uses as a weapon to torture others. He is secretly a sado-masochist but frequently hides all form of pleasure or enjoyment he ever gets under a very disdainful, eternally pained and irritated look on his face. His snake chain is a living being, and its name is Zchersen. It must inflict pain on others when they deserve it, and will lash out to bite anyone who deserves pain automatically. It doubles this effect in battle. No one faces him because of his power to strike weaknesses with incredible accuracy and with the utmost amount of pain.
Ziho: An extremely mysterious, enigmatic, powerful and strange demon that fell in love with Marin. Because of his love for her and her love for him in return, Marin's soul was stolen as punishment, to make sure the demon was truly in love with the girl and didn't just want to steal her soul. Ziho, who wishes for her soul to be returned so he may love her properly, helps her in her journey, but keeps a lot of secrets and is wrapped in ambiguity. He has red hair and wears all black at all times, as well as metallic claw-gauntlets. He is elegant, beautiful, witty and graceful, but is hiding a powerful darkness about himself.
Chita: A famous performer in the world who has the ability to communicate with plants and nature. She keeps a botanical garden and is able to manipulate her hair like plants. She is part Italian and part Japanese, but is an American idol. Not much is known about her beyond her stage performances.
Viper: A strange snake woman who seems to be affiliated with Itai. She is a military expert and an advanced sniper. She is very tactical and seems to think only in terms of military expertise, as a super soldier of sorts.
Kase and Kitsune: A Young Fox Spirit, Kase, who has to train and tame his inner Fox Spirit, 'Kitsune,' which manifests as a small cute three-tailed Kitsune. His Spirit Guardian, this type of Kitsune known as 'Pinkitsune,' is nicknamed 'Pinki.' She is part of he and his spirit and is able to exist independently of him or merge back with him to complete his spirit as the one true being they are meant to be together. How many tails she has depicts how powerful Kase is. He knows a lot of eerie forest magic and watches over the forest as one of the Forest's Spirit Guardians.
Kaede the Kitsune: Kase's younger brother that acts and looks like a girl. He is a 'trap' that confuses people, but gets very upset when taken as a girl. Usually nice and soft-spoken, until mentioning how he looks and acts like a girl. Dresses 'Business-Casual' at all times and is more personable before humans. He does not enjoy being used as the 'trap' and 'jailbait,' but does so to protect the forest with the other Forest Spirit Guardians.
Miyako: Kase's sister and the designated Protector of the Forest. She is a depressing nature spirit that has the most natural elemental power of her three siblings, which was why she was made the overseeing guardian of the forest. She dislikes how the forest is treated, which is why she is always unhappy, and her brothers correct issues with the forest for her to keep her healthy. She has 3 protectors that constantly remain around her and 2 demons that she has under her control in the forest. Her fercat, a ferret cat, gathers food for her. Ralsh, the floating mind leech octopus, watches her and the demons round the clock, sleeplessly, to make sure that they are all in order and doing as they are supposed to. Hishigata, a powerful nature spirit, serves as a personal bodyguard and keeps all evil away from her. The demons, Mini Imp and Everon, require her power to stay in the forest, so in return, the Mini Imp gives her the power of Fire in exchange for his stay in her forest and Everon sends off intruders by teleporting around and leading them astray in the forest.
Hishigata: A strange spirit that was cursed to a boy that was lost in the forest, bound to him and the vessel by a mask that cannot be lifted from his face. It binds the nature spirit and the boy to the forest itself. He wears two large claws with whips on them. When his curse is lifted, the mask will be removed and his true face will be seen. He is Miyako's bodyguard and close friend.
Mystery Man: A strange man that looks like a super hero. Speaks in riddles and can hide very well. If one answers one of his riddles incorrectly, he is able to acquire something from you as compensation. If a riddle is answered correctly, he gives something to you as compensation.
Mystery Lad: A boy with a bag on his head that is Mystery Man's sidekick. He uses bags to capture people. He looks up to Mystery Man.
Makaze: A wind deity that likes to mess around with people every once in a while. Seems to be completely neutral about everything going on and thinks generally of himself rather than the situation going on, unless heavily involved.
