Description: Sabrina uses the dull wit of Slowpokes in order to begin teaching how to psychically manipulate, outwit and also control others utilizing the very simple brain of the Slowpokes as well as their lack of will to move themselves, which is what makes them perfect vessels to be used as psychic weights to lift. Psychic Trainers begin using Slowpokes as a basic form of Psychic Training for themselves and their Pokemon, including the Slowpokes themselves, so that other Psychics can move the Slowpokes to their will in a telepathic fashion -- essentially allowing Slowpokes to eventually become smarter, despite still being incredibly lazy and simple, especially in awaiting the next being to come along and manipulate it on purpose simply so that it can move at all. This is all begun because Sabrina hatches an idea when she passes by a horde of Slowpokes that literally do not move at all for an extended period of time, and she becomes interested in moving them with her own psychic powers, then uses the flock as a personal training group for her own Pokemon out in the wilderness, which begins the string of events.
