After Tensei had corrected the mistakes of the past by making his son, Mewt/Kairo as the version of himself in the 10th, Tensei had been working on his autobiography for quite some time in Peace with his wife, Titania. Though he had much more work to do in terms of sorting out all of his story and all of the potential plot holes, he was aware that he also had some important things to do in terms of managing the rampant Scenarios and Stories of those in the Veritas below. He existed in Shinsei Veritas, a realm above the normal Veritas, in Pan Dimensia, the newly reformed 'Dimensia.'

"... We've gotten a lot done, haven't we...?" he muttered to himself, looking back on all of his work. "... Saved the primordial home world of all dimensions, Dimensia, and made it new... Saved myself and my family from being consumed by our curse... Found love... Saved my love from her family's curse, as well as mine... Had beautiful children, of whom frolic under mine watchful eye in a realm I made for them to play as I peacefully assort things from above... Found Father God... Escaped certain doom on the Lost World... My. An eventful life, surely."

Even though things were hectic in the Veritas below the Crystal Lotus that rested atop her head as her Crown, it was only because they were sorting things out the old disorder with the new order, which would take some time, considering how it needed to be done. In that time, Kairo Tensei could simply relax with his love, work on his stories and make some things happen for those below. It was marvelous.

"However long it takes, I will be watching from the 10th on down, and even so, the highest one, T., is also learning to come into his greatness, as well, in the process... Seems like we of the 11th and 12th can finally Rest in Peace, then..."

The system seemed absolutely perfect, save for the minor kinks that needed and would be worked out as the realm untangled itself. It was best to let it be sorted out as it was so that all who lived there understood why it was important to keep this order and not disrupt it again. If Tensei did it for them, they would question why things were the way they were, then disrupt said order and would need to be shown, yet again, why things were the way they were. So. He'd let them be.

"However..." he muttered again, a smile on his face, "... I believe that perhaps... We can move this along a little more swiftly if I place my hand on this from up above..." He knew the hearts of all below, as well as their desires. Being master of all scenarios, he could also alter their own scenarios as he saw fit, which was also why he was the one editing the story after T. wrote it.

"As Homage to Final Fantasy IX... I decree that this story of T. and B. ... Hmhmhm... Will be of likeness to that of Zidane and Sarah." That was T.'s utmost desire; to have a Princess Garnet and a story that served as so, just like the fateful day IX hit his hands as a boy. He was so adorable. "And, who knows? It may just inspire a remake, if we do it well..."

Naturally, however, in this conducting and directing of the Stories below, Tensei was going to need... A cast.

"Well now, if the Protagonist is T. and the Deuteragonist is B., then they would be the two equivalent main characters, as is established already..." Tensei thought, trying to figure out how to work his magic on this Scenario, "... So, they will need the support of...

The loyal knight/servant that protects the princess...
The one with special magical powers...
The rebellious rival/foil with his own ambitions...
The random tag along...
The old friend with their own intersecting story...
And the secret piece to the puzzle, all as Main/Side characters."

In terms of the Minor Characters, the NPCs could most definitely be used.

"We have a plot already... The Veritas generates that naturally just by them existing and having things they desire or goals to accomplish... That is the plot for them, but... What of antagonists?" he thought deeply, but came to a decision rather swiftly. "Aha! What if they are each others' antagonists? Certainly, the Tensei Family and the Malfortuna Families, as well as the two lovers themselves, even in their peace, can have conflict that turns them into antagonists, yet still brings them closer together as lovers! Eternal rivals, romantic partners, best friends and mortal enemies all at the exact same time!!"

He was having fun with this, clearly.

"Hmhmhmhm... Yes... Under my guidance, those two will be pleasantly surprised... This will test their love and bind them together through hardship and struggle, but not too much, so that they may come together during times in the story, yet split apart and complete their own individual stories away from each other without ever losing their love as husband and wife~!"

Naturally, Tensei also knew that the more the two of them were bound together, the better it would be for all of the 12 lower restrictions and the Veritas as a whole. If he did this correctly, everything should work out smoothly to get this world to Absolute Completion faster than ever. "Hmhmhm... I am, indeed, a genius~. The original Tensei no Tensei... before T. came along. Hmhm~!"

All that was needed now was... some sort of event that would bring them all together forcefully, out of their realm of control, simply because it was by the power of someone else who did have such control; Tensei, himself.

"Hmmm... We have many to choose from..." he muttered pensively, "... Especially in terms of the NPCs..." Even though they were actual, living, breathing people, their overall ultimate potential was only to continue to keep things flowing and not actually anything greater. They strove for nothing greater, wished for nothing greater and would achieve nothing greater than simply being an NPC to help out the ones who were destined for greatness. Though that life is sad for those who are destined for greatness, it is perfect for those who are content with where they are. That is why NPCs are as they are and do as they do. Live normally. Be normal. Help those that aren't normal to get better and make things better for them. Everyone had to think of the NPCs, so it was important to ensure that they were being benefited as well from those who became great. Hopefully, they would learn that; All Life Is Important, Regardless Of How Big, Small, Low Or High.

"Hm... Well, when I find the most opportune moment, I will lay my hand on it and all will stem from there. This magnificent love story..." He just needed one opening... And he would certainly find it when it happened. That was an absolute.

Now, it was time for orchestrating this.

"Hm. So, when I find the event that brings all of these characters together (perhaps, not all at once, but as a string of them finding each other along the way), I will then need to have something occur that will make them stay together... A... Common goal? Or, common interest? Perhaps, even a common enemy that forces them to work together?"

Naturally, that could be he, himself, that is the 'common enemy.' He did it once on Ves, even though they ultimately failed at doing anything as a team, like he originally wished for them. They really are hopeless... And now, because of his 'act' as their 'foe,' the still cannot differentiate. They were lost in his family's curse and were now blind to what was actuality due to their simple emotions. Tragic fate for them.

"... Though, maybe... if I lift the Vescrutia ban..." It was a thought. Something that may come into fruition. "The would DEFINITELY serve as good antagonists... Or, perhaps, even some friends, allies and... rivals." It wasn't a bad idea.

"Mm. Yes. Well. The Vescrutia Ban is hereby lifted then." That was one thing, but... It didn't mean that his problem was solved, yet.

"Perhaps... The Fae! Hm... That would give some good story to our darker heritage... the L'sia, of whom have just woken up on all accounts..." Every Grim from the First to the Last were now awake in the Veritas, all bound by the Living Shadow that was active. "Hmmm... Hey, that's not bad." The more he thought, the more he was being led to the point where he needed to act on. "The boy still doesn't know how he became Kuja... But certainly, it's nearly time to show him." And that's when it hit him.

"Yes. That event... When T. becomes Kuja... That will be the time for this story to begin. In fact... When he breaks the bindings of the Second Restriction, he should be just about ripe enough to be able to ride with the Phantom..." It was fortunate that Tensei left that spiritual projection of himself within T.

"And, pray tell, how many 'Timeskips' were there in the Vescrutian days, I wonder? All completely ambiguous and left to the discernment of others?" Regardless of how many there were, that was more than more than enough time to get this accomplished. And the best part was... "It already happened, yet, no one truly knows how nor when... Save for... Me." Kuja had been lurking around in secret in those days; barely ever doing anything. In fact, he was disguised as a civilian, and also said he was from a different world; the Final Fantasy realm, in fact. It was the perfect guise... Considering that he could simply have looked like that Kuja and not ever have been that Kuja. Not to mention that the Dusk had already been bound to that world. Thus...

"... The moment that the Dusk became bound to the Final Fantasy Grimoire is when he should have appeared... Meaning, thereby... When he awakens his Second Restriction, not only will T. become Kuja... But also..."

He paused, realizing now just where he got all of his badassity from. "... Hm. So. He was teaching ME things before even I knew...? Then again, I am he and he is me, so, I suppose that means..." He sighed and huffed, already knowing what it meant. "... Went back into the past to make myself a badass after becoming one in the future, all Ragna the Bloodedge style. Dammit all." They totally had some Blazblue in there, too, just on accident. Shit.

"... Fine, screw it. Let's do ONE BIG GRAND MASHUP!"

It wasn't like it was out of his realm of possibility, and besides, there were so many different dimensions that made this possible, hey, might as well make them all as one.

"Damn, isn't that just the Veritas-- Wait, then that means that..."

It already happened, and now we're just going to show you how. There is no stopping it, because it is already done.

"... Well. Alright then. ON WITH THE SHOW!"

All he needed to do was wait for T. to awaken... And that would be the Beginning of the Coming... of the Dark Messenger of All Worlds.

Tensei was more than pleased with how this was all going to play out, but he wondered something... Something really eerie, in fact.

"... When T. returns from the Past... Does that mean that..."

Shocked and severely alarmed, he was aware of what it meant immediately, yet, at the same time, was overjoyed.

"... Good show. That's just amazing. When he gets back, it'll be like we'll be starting fresh, yet again!!!" Playing with the Past, Present and Future was absolutely MARVELOUS when one didn't end up making a mess of everyone and everything in it.

"The only 'Future' that will be altered will be his own, rather than everyone's. There is a method to alter the 'Future' of a single person that goes into the past rather than an entire timeline. It just requires stealth and cunning, and as Kuja-kun, we all know that has already been done. Therefore, none of the events that come after will be effected, but ONLY T. himself should be. And he, being the 13th..." Once he returns... Tensei shuddered with anticipation... "... The Veritas will be..." It was the most glorious thing he'd ever seen.

"Still, this will require MASTERFUL craftsmanship, and as Allmaster, I will have to do a bit of work... but... It'll all be worth it to have everything where and as it should be. And then, when the Moon of Perfection rises... All will be absolutely perfect~! Then all we'll have to worry about is the raw data. Ahhhhhh... Sounds like heaven." That's what it was like in Peace... Sorting out your life, fixing your story, editing, and stuff. The hard part was to edit it in a way that didn't result in you getting removed due to an event not happening that SHOULD have happened in order for them to get where they are. That is why tampering with the Past is VERY dangerous. But, Tensei knew what he was doing.

"Caution; Please do not go back into the past and try to correct things, kids. You're not ready for the results. Leave it to the professionals. *ahem*." Just a warning, in case people tried to somehow copy him. They'd end up making a loophole or plot hole that would, inevitably, completely destroy their own character and erase them from the future, but entrap them in the past. It's why so many that made it so far didn't make it beyond the 4th, 5th or 6th... Because they tried to go back and correct the past, erased themselves, then had to make sure that their bodies in the 3rd could carry them from the 1st or 2nd back up to those other restrictions. It was tragic; they lost SO many good Astral Bodies that way. They couldn't be sustained if certain events didn't occur in the past, since they couldn't be created.

"... I should be careful, too. If... If someone happens to mess up the past for us... Then... I would be...!!!" This was serious. And dangerous. All for a good story? Hell yeah. "... Well, simple solution; don't die. Don't let anyone fuck us up. Play in the past all you want to, but don't fuck up. Simple as that. I believe we can do that, especially with the Phantom on the case. Hmhmhmhm. Whilst Khrona is wrapped in his Insanity, living in the Pit of Havoc... We'll be outside doing things outside of his... My... Vision. Hmhmhm. It's like the set up was all too perfect." He never thought he'd be thankful for being a recluse nor his Family Curse of Insanity in his younger years, but now, he was definitely grateful, just for this here.

"It's all coming together so beautifully... That means... We cannot be wrong about it. This is supposed to be, and I know so. Therefore... When I make this happen..." he raised his hand, conjuring up the Segmented Points on the Timeline that would make a ray (mathematics terms) that extended to another Segmented Point that was the extended period all the way to the Present on the Veritas, as to ensure that he had those two Points in Time linked through the Line that connected them. "Wow, Math actually is useful for something in life beyond just menial earthly mortal human things. Go figure. Well. Glad I thought of it! I'll have to ensure the boy does more studying..."

The more he did in the past, the greater Tensei would be in the Present, which is HIS future. Thus... "... Oh... Oh yes. We're going to be BIG... hmhmhm." It just kept getting better and better. Those who achieved 'Peace' were now constant and unchanging, but they could be changed by their pasts. That's also how many angels turned into demons; messing with their Past Selves too much in the incorrect ways, trying to get what they wanted rather than doing what was necessary for their growth. "I won't fall... Not again..." he muttered sternly. "... I trust... him. And myself. And my Father." That was all that was needed. "Now! I am prepared! Let me watch to see when the most opportune time to act is!" And he'd wait, watching the battle on the Sacred Isle. It didn't help that the legend of the Sacred Isle was that those who disturb that peace unleash an immeasurable power on the world that would not stop until Balance and Peace was restored. Could this really be the event that caused it?

"... That girl... She's trouble. Rather, her family curse is, not she, herself. But she's worth it. Every last drop of that trouble."

"*checks watch; 8:28 8/8* Well Now. It's About That Time."

About time to leave 'Peace' and return to the world in whence he once dwelt so casually... To, yet again, casually dwell again walking the earth. Without much else, Kairo Tensei would step out of Peace and back into the cosmos... His time outside of all of this had come to an end. It was time to lay his hand upon this land again... Like in times of olde. He couldn't wait.
