The branch of the $yndicate stationed in the Dawn, ruled by the Imperial General. They are also known as the 'Royal Knights', and their commander directly under the Imperial General is the 'Royal Knight'.

A baby seal whose family was a victim of seal clubbing. In an act of vengeance, he joined the Marine Corps, learning the ways of assassination with bludgeoning objects. His special power is to increase his muscle mass and strength, making him incredibly powerful and muscular. He wields a signature spiked club that he uses to bash those who are cruel to animals.

A mole whose specialty is in treasure hunting, specifically underground. He has the ability to transform into a subterranean drilling vehicle, with the drill as the nose and claws made for tearing through even the hardest rock. There is a cockpit right on the head when transformed.

Bunny with psychic powers. Belongs to Bunnybee.

Son of Don Kalamari, who is also known as Calamari Sr. Octy is the best friend of Calamari Jr. Octy only has seven tentacles, however, but passes for an octopus anyway because rarely anyone counts.

One of the Queens of the Seas. She rides a chariot that is pulled by sea-horses. She has the power to create super powerful coral at will. She was once the mistress of Calamari (the water spirit, not the squid), but when she quit attending to her, then Daitona T. swore vengeance on her. She can summon hydra and sea dragons at will, and can command any creature in her portion of the sea.

Ruler of the Eternal Desert. Is a powerful Sand God whose origins and relations are shrouded in mystery. Loves quiet and solitude, but hates tourists. Said to be more deeply related to the affairs of the Veritas than anyone except the secret layers know.

A mystical doll that has great and mysterious power. Completely silent, but also completely sentient and independent. Rules over the Kappa. When angered, exhibits eerie destructive powers.

An elastic lizard with the power to stretch itself and mold itself into different forms. Cannot transform, but can alter its body parts into different forms based on its own elasticity.

A female Wisp that is easily angered. When angered, she becomes the malevolent 'Will O' Wisp', which is something signature only to this specific Wisp and not the natural Wisps and Will O' Wisps, which are independent Wisps in nature. Due to her ability to switch between the two different types of Wisp, she is harbored by the $yndicate. She is able to influence other Spirits, specifically Wisps, with her feelings, making her all the more rare and unique amongst them.
