The Micro Neurobots that were of the Dark Messenger; Memorial Hospital took an account of the Nano Neurobots and all other Neurobot activity that went on, both for pleasure and for research or leisure, even unto languor. This allowed them to witness and bear witness to the fact that the neglect in the Dark Messenger Memorial Hospital was spreading with intent because of the fact that they needed more information and could not acquire nor achieve it with what they had, which was both too advanced and also too underdeveloped even as something that was still so very beyond their advancement.
