The Central City of the Mezzo Terra. This is where everything happens at; living, loving, and making the world go round. There is always something to do in the Mezzo Villa. It is a beautiful, rather modern looking city that has harmonized also with the nature around it, allowing both to flow freely without making it difficult for movement. It is possible that this was done by the deities that lives in and protects the Mezzo Villa. It has a modern Japanese feel to it with a small sense of traditional Japanese mixed in, too.
Literally the 'Party City,' where most teens and young adults hang out without any parents or figures of authority, though lots of fun-loving adults tend to live here as well. Most of the city is recreational, having arcades, shopping malls, schools, parks, hangouts, clubs and the like, with most people living in the Mezzanine so that their city can literally be a 'City of Fun,' cutting down on housing and maximizing on recreational environments. There are numerous parks, chillout spots and the like for the convenience of all who live in the Mezzo Villa, the 'Party City.'
