The $yndicate: Dusk Branch; Midnight Order

The part of the $yndicate which is designated to the Dusk. Works alongside the Phantoms as the D.S.F. Is the station for the 'Beast Unit', which is a special section of the $yndicate designated for all of the different Beasts that are involved in the $yndicate. Of all of the factions of the $yndicate, the Dusk Branch has the greatest diversity.

The part of the 'Monkey Business' that creeps into the Dusk. No one knows just what he does except the Monkey Business.

A cobra who is a legendary tapdancer, and does a bit involving the Evil Pies, one of which is Pi, itself. Likes to perform all types of shows in the Entertainment District. The power of its dance is capable of synchronizing and controlling other things through the rhythm.
