~~~Earth Sanctuary~~~

One of the Four Sacred Sanctuaries, being the one of Earth. The Earth Sanctuary is an exalted temple among the mountain people that is the embodiment of the element of Earth itself, and thus grants them with good fortune in the mountains and bountiful harvests. Like the Water Sanctuary, it is completely concealed by a giant wall that is protected by the Zodiacs of the Earth. There is only one way in and one way out. Also like the Water Sanctuary, its top is completely visible from above, which allows sun and such to shine down upon the inner portion of the Sanctuary, but the spiritual barrier protecting it keeps things from entering the sacred land from above. All must enter through the Gate, that is the Virgo, also known as 'Virgin Gate.' There are many plants and trees that exist here, as well as mountainous scapes. It is the most natural of all the Sanctuaries. Like all the Sanctuaries, the respective elemental Zodiac's image is upon its borders, protecting it on the outside and inside from any harm done. The entrance sits between the bosom of the Virgo, known as 'Virgin Gate,', where also a river flows from her chest in the place where her heart would be and inside into the rest of the land within. One can find the Earth Sanctuary in the Great Hollow by following the River through the Great Forest. When one enters the Ambiguous Trees, they are close to the Earth Sanctuary.

History
Once ruled over by the Earth Guardian of Chaos, Lich, the land was robbed of its vibrance and life by the Lich's soul stealing power. This made the land completely dark and cavernous, and the ground lifeless and dry. Once defeated by Savaj, who then became the Earth Guardian, life was returned to the Earth Sanctuary and trees sprung up to create a forest, and rivers began to flow once more as light shone from above upon the Earth Sanctuary just like before. The Earth Goddess, Cybele's power had returned life that the Lich was so greedily consuming from the land. Now, it is a place where all can come to seek refuge or to receive the Discipline of the Earth from the Earth Guardian. However, after the shift of the Veritas, the former Earth Guardian, Savaj Vanguard, was left behind and his title was taken from him due to his lack of being in the land any longer. Now the Earth Sanctuary awaits a new Earth Guardian, along with the Earth God, Titane.
