Dawn Chapter 1; Happy Friday the Birthteenth!

"Crack The Earth... Gods of Thunder..." The song that was currently playing, 'King of Kings,' that he was singing along to which ended just as he sat in his Kairo Kaizoku Throne. He smiled and chuckled, letting the song come to an end and for he to reach his Final Destination.

"... Ahhh... Infinite Birthdays..." he said with a pleasant sigh, "Happy Birthday... To Meee~!" He was just casually enjoying a nice, pleasant, happy harmonious day. That... That was just beautiful. Everything on time, everything milk and honey... It was pretty nice to just rest peacefully after such a hassle... And the events that come the Day After His Birthday.

"... But, my birthday wouldn't EVER be complete without..." he hugged her tightly, pressing her form close to his as he stared up lovingly in her eyes...

"To Perfection," he said with a dry chuckle. "Thank you, Daughter." The skeletal masked face smiled at her, as though it were his own face, as did the eyes move as though expressions of a living being.

"Oh, and since you're here, do you want your own Phantom unit? I'll give you the Throne for a little bit. I wanna go start the ones for the Delta; you know, your mother and I. So we can. You know. Do cute badass shit together out in these streets." With the most serious and most stern face in the world, he would grasp Tsuki's hands and clench them tightly with his own, then press his face up against hers lovingly, whilst never at any given moment breaking the face of utmost seriousness and strict valediction. As much as he liked the Dawn, he wasn't really totally down for doing what he had in mind here. Best leave it to the Daughter that was going to be in charge of the entire land.

"By the way, do I need to have the 'Everything The Light Touches In Our Kingdom' talk with you, or are you good on running the Dawn on your own?"

After being blatantly ignored, she would narrow her eyes at the Phantom, suddenly glowing with a dim, deep crimson, fiery aura. "Hello?" her eyes opened suddenly, glowing with a bright red light and pouring with black fire with a red aura, "I asked you a question..." She looked down to the ground shyly, as if she were genuinely hurt. She didn't take kindly to being blatantly ignored. This was one of the main reasons why she ended up taking all of the attention away from Despair, who was usually left in the background whilst Khrona and Misery took the lead. However, it seemed clear that she, as a single being, still retained that. Perhaps it would balance out Despair's distant, passivle but highly emotional nature.

The moment he heard the Discord in her voice, it resonated within him, splitting his cat ear's like a knife to bread. His eyes cut over to her with the same intensity and precision, just as narrow and as sharp as a blade to her throat. A vicious piercing red gleam glowing within the darkness of the mask, X-shaped Crosshairs, targeted for Mispair's Discord, wherever it was coming from and for whatever reason. Naught but his eyes would turn to address her, yet, when he picked up on the remainder of her waves, that were sad, loving and forlorn, he would suddenly come to the understanding that she was just upset about being ignored for the moment that she was. He understood his own ignorance in accidentally addressing the situation incorrectly due to not taking into account her feelings and, naturally, would dispel such a thought and feeling of intense destruction. This eased the burning flames inside of the Phantom that were being focused into his X-shaped pupils glimmering with a sanguine gleam in the darkness, and his face would become soft and tender.

"Aw, I'm sorry, baby. I totally got caught up in what was going on, I just got distracted and stuff." He smiled, his eyes becoming soft and innocent, "I was just trying to arrange something where we could have cutesy lovey badass time to ourselves." When Shiniere said her piece about it all, he shrugged his shoulders and sighed, slightly with relief, "Well, if that's the way you feel, I mean..." he smirked, "Here are the Keys, Don't blow up the World, Have Fun~!" He turned to Mispair and smiled brightly again, "Can you ever forgive meeee~?"

She smiled happily with a cute curled smile, happy that he understood (finally) without any sort of conflict between them. Normally, this resulted in Khrona and Misery having some sort of spat or altercation, but something about that 'Despair' being in there brought out something in 'Mispair' that 'Misery' alone did not have. That was probably why he needed both of them as his partners to balance himself out, and now that he was, they were, too, as one being. Thus, all of their old issues as Two Halves should have been cleared up as One Whole.

"Of course I can~!" she said with a smile, grabbing his hand and pressing her face up to his as a sign of affection equivalent to the one he'd just demonstrated to her, "Just try to pay more attention next time~!" She understood that he was just trying to get business accomplished for the sake of their happiness and best interest, but it didn't mean to neglect her and make her feel bad or disrespect her by not paying attention. As long as he got that concept, things would be fine. She wasn't nearly as belligerently fiery as Misery alone, which was a very good thing, considering how much trouble they got in when she burned things down that were important.

"Now, go have fun with the Family Throne, dear. Keep it warm for us while we're on our honeymoon~!!"

It was time to rock out in the Party City. Things were about to go down around there.

"Ryoukai desu..." she said with the fluttering bat of her lashes, twinkling as brightly as her glittering eyes, "... Now, allow me to escort you to the Delta..." an Ice Seal would appear under them, shattering and sucking the two poltergeists into it, before sealing itself up. She was all too quick to get rid of them.

Once they were gone, her smile grew just slightly as the signature light chuckle of the family, "Hmhmhm..." slipped from between her pearly white teeth. "All according to my Absolute Perfect Plan." She turned her attention to her Living Shadow; "Blue!" and merely sipped her tea.

In a blue blur beside of Shiniere After the Shift would be her trusty Living Shadow, concentrating her physically projected light form within the structural design of the Black Ice. "Already on it..." The Shadow of Shiniere lifted from her Back and placed herself, in a blur of black and blue, upon the Pirate King's Throne. For the time being, Blue was the one holding down the Fort.

"Platform Secured..." she muttered, already getting prepared to begin the next phase of the Phant-Ops.

"Ryoukai desu." Blue was never one for many words, and that held fast even to this day. She was a top notch assassin, and those types didn't need anything except eyes and minds as cold as their blades and hearts. She would, in another black and blue blur, disappear without a trace, leaving only wisping blue flares fizzling out in her wake, off to check out the Dawn and secure it for the next part of the Major Operations.

After being given instruction by Shiniere to inspect the Dawn, it seemed as though Blue came across something important, and of noteworthy interest.


"... Suspicious activity..."

Shiniere casually assessed the situation in a manner of calculation fitting of a master strategist and tactician, glazing her eyes over the land presented to her and critically assessing the two apparently suspicious characters perusing the shores of the En Gulf. She didn't seem worried at all; not from the look of the rather nonchalant slightly curled small smile on her face. She batted her already barely open eyes as they continued collecting what she needed, whilst also listening in on their conversation after Blue had them wired.

Jaehaerys waved as they passed from close to the edge of the cliffs onto more stable and solid lands, still heading south by southeast. He could practically feel the intensity of Modana's tenseness, but he felt it unwarranted. In his mind, and as far as he'd come into contact with, there was nothing that could stop him if he so wanted it to be so, and that fact was further amplified with Modana at his side. He supposed he liked that she was so cautious for them both, but sometimes it could be the greatest of mood killers.

"Hmmm..." She inspected the male figure more closely, finding something eerily familiar about him. Yet, she didn't take that into account yet; she needed to assess his initial surface, first. "A wave of regalia," she noted, from the way he motioned for the woman beside him, as well as how she followed the order of simply the wave of his hand. "Must be some sort of royalty? Hmmm. Odd..." She took her cup in her hand again, sipping tea as she continued.

"Calm down, Modana, you're radiating." Realizing that he could actually feel an aura radiating from her that complimented the quiet and warm breeze through the plains that they were beginning to cross. Jaehaerys unfolded his arms, stuffing one of his hands into his pocket while he held the other one out to the side to allow his fingers to dance in the faint gales he commanded to play with them.

The mention of the radiating aura was intriguing to Shiniere, in which she'd respond, "Be mindful of their auras, Blue. Apparently, they may have some special abilities." She took another sip. "Be sure to thoroughly inspect their capabilities. See how much of a threat they are, if at all." She placed her cup down again, having finished her tea, "But do your best not to be exposed." Apparently, from the wave of his hand and the note of the winds passing with it, he had some sort of command of the elements, or something of the sort. "Now, what about that woman...?" It was time to inspect her more thoroughly...

Modana nodded her head calmly, "Of course, your majesty. I'm as calm as ever." The glow of emerald that had been irradiating from her eyes grew faint, but was still very present. She remained facing forward, following Jaehaerys as a loyal bodyguard should, and watching as his hair flowed with the winds so naturally that it was practically enchanting. His air of regality and sovereignty was truly intoxicating to her.

Shiniere quirked a brow, "Glowing green eyes?" Noting that she was also radiating some sort of aura, it had to mean that she had some power associated with the eyes. "Careful. Ocular abilities generally are very powerful if you are in their line of sight..." Then again, this was Blue she was speaking to. Even so, it was always good to handle these situations with caution. "From the manner of her speech and her body language, it seems like she's his... Servant? Hm." Then again, her attire also does scream 'I'm just a side-character.' Shiniere's smile grew to a haughty smirk, "And she may have... Feelings for him~? Ooo, how quaint~!" She almost wanted to get into the details of this little relationship here. There may be more to it that was interesting. "Orders; Continue to trail them. Do not allow yourself to be seen or detected, if possible. And be sure to assess them to see if they are a threat or not." The Ice Seal beside her broke, dropping the teacup into the Ice Portal and swiftly plopping up a new one, filled already with some Iced Tea.

Shiniere continued to casually sip her tea, taking note of the events taking place at the surface upon the shore of the En Gulf.

The sudden chill in the air did nothing to help Modana's mood, and now even Jaehaerys was a bit wary. Not for the same reasons as Modana, but because even if he didn't know where he was going, final destination wise, he had specifically chosen to walk this path because of the temperate weather. Extreme colds nor extreme heats, neither were Jaehaerys favorite weather condition at all.

"Hmhmhm," she giggled in that signature 'Tensei' way, "... Seems like the pampered prince is pissed...~?" She seemed much more interested in this, now.

"No one told the air to grow cool." He rose his free hand, granting an orb of light that shined so brightly that Modana needed to shield her eyes briefly. Through a bit of mild manipulation of light, Jaehaerys formed a miniature sun, by creating a ball of light that could generate heat, in which he tossed in the air right over his shoulder. It wasn't huge and it generated just enough heat to keep the general area around him and Modana moderate, like he liked it. He stopped walking.

She giggled again, taking another sip. "Pompous, at that. Must be rather sheltered~..." It could be inferred from how his mannerisms were as royalty. She, being a royal, herself, knew what it was like for a prince who just exited his kingdom to carry himself. Spoiled, conceited and entitled. She shook her head and sighed heavily, batting her sparkling lids over her equally shimmering eyes. "Seems as though he has control of Heat and/or Light..." she noted, "Fortunately for Blue, it doesn't serve as a weakness, as she'd been trained with Signis all this time..." She had faith that Blue knew what to do, being not only one of the highest ranking assassins in the demon world (when it was one, that is), but also as an Overlord (or, ruler of an entire realm) when she was a 'separate' being from Triere... Back when she was still only Priere and before she knew Blue's real, royal name.

"Jaehaerys?" Modana stopped in her tracks as well.

"Hmm, I like this place." There was a brief shimmer in his right eye before it sharpened. He generated no aura, but the winds whipped around him. "I want it." He pulled his other hand out of his pocket and folded his arms. Modana couldn't even count the number of times she had seen it, but Jaehaerys' huge soul manifested before her very eyes as he stood there, beginning the process of spreading his wavelength across the plains and towards the cliffs they had just come from.

"Oh?" she cooed precariously, placing her teacup back down and leaning in a bit closer, "Is that a... Soul Wavelength?" He was versed in powers of the Soul, it seemed. Fortunately, Blue was an Instrument... And had an innate ability to consume souls and things associated with it to grow more powerful. "Blue. Full analysis on this soul and wavelength. Stat." Just by being exposed to it, she could draw in all the info she needed and relay it back to Shiniere immediately once it was analyzed.

Jaehaerys didn't show any emotion on his face at all, besides his usual look of utter annoyance or irritation. Subjugation was in process and this would make the most beautiful of vacation spots for him and his wives. He wondered if he should downsize on their numbers though. "Fear not, my God-Slaying Weapon, we are the righteous and the worthy. This, belongs to us."

Her brow quirked with irritation. "Excuse me...?" He sought to conquer HER land without HER permission? And in HER presence, no less? Not to say that he even knew she was watching, but the sheer audacity of this apparently fresh brat newly weaned from the teet of his pearly palace was more than enough to bring her to even the slightest stir. "... Blue..." she muttered, a hint of irritation in her voice, "... Make sure this oaf doesn't defile our beautiful Dawn, oui?" She sighed, releasing most of her frustration and leaned back in the Kairo Kaizoku Throne, taking up her cup and sipping again. "Hmph."

"Wakarimashita," she said nearly mechanically again. With her ability to feed on souls, she could gradually eat away at his wavelength and 'Blueprint' it as it was without feeling the effects, after consumption, that is. He was within her 'Blue Star,' and thus, his Wavelength was able to be picked apart without succumbing to the influence.


"The Dominance Wavelength is pretty unique and, in that, is uniquely rare. It has the ability to subjugate anything that is bathed in it for extended periods of time and completely bend those things to the imposing will of Jaehaerys. At will, when invoked, the wavelength can create a "territory", "domain" or a platform of control, for Jaehaerys. Once it is activated, the trails that Jaehaerys walks on becomes his territory and whoever is inside the territory is subjugated under Jaehaerys’ commands. While within the confines of his territory, whether it is a human or an object, it can be freely manipulated, as such so to can even the laws of physics can be defied. With Emperor Eye, Jaehaerys can see the territory as highlighted in a dark shade, and its form is malleable as it can adjust to any shape, length or width under Jaehaerys’ jurisdiction."

"That is what we have gathered from minor exposure and consumption," she concluded. "Orders?"

With Blue's rather thorough report on what she'd gleaned from the consumption of a bit of the man's wavelength, Shiniere would take into account the description and begin her own assessment. "Hm... So, a 'Dominance Wavelength,' eh?" She scoffed, rolling her eyes, as she was prone to doing when agitated, "... That's how he intends to conquer MY land? Walking around and flexing some authority that only caters to HIS puny little whim~?" She was nearly encouraged to rise from her temporary seat of power in order to handle him herself and explain to him the rules of the Dawn, but she figured that letting Blue deal with this was a bit more interesting. "Sounds like some of that Lost World foolishness, to me." If one of them somehow breached the Veritas boundaries and thought they were going to act like heathens, as they did on the FIRST planet they, themselves fucked up... Then he was quite sadly mistaken. "Hence, why it is a LOST World," she added, with a haughty "Hmph" at the end. It was remarkable to find someone more pretentious than her father, even if that person was she, herself. But she didn't mind; she liked it.

Modana's aura of had a dampening effect. A dampening effect powerful, even with the perceived frailty of it. To her knowledge, her mastery over her soul was second only to her divine commander. She used it to weaken the affects of the growing hot ball of light as well as the resistance it was putting up to Jaehaerys rightful claim to the land.

Shiniere noticed that there was another wavelength intermingling with the silver prince's, and with that, she expected Blue to be already on the case. She sipped her tea, waiting for the report.

"A weak resistance from a coward. You needn't waste your power, Modana. It stops here." Jaehaerys minded not the ball of light, since he was already on to doing the next thing. He knew whatever it was doing wasn't of his own volition, but it mattered not to him. Modana could dampen anything, there was nothing immune to the affects of her wavelength, and that helped with causing Jaehaerys' influence to spread unhindered. He could snuff the ball of light, but instead he used his mastery of time and space to pass a wave of accelerated time through it to speed up the mini sun's timeline to the point where it would swell, explode and die. Jaehaerys and Modana both could survive the miniature cosmic event.

"Look at that foolishness," she uttered under the rim of her cup, "Just throwing around power inefficiently just because he can." She shook her head. "Men. It's no wonder they're always wrecking everything. And why so many other realms keep falling into destruction. So typical." Shiniere was about OPTIMAL efficiency, which also included time, space and energy management and control to the utmost precision, just in case she needed reserves for a later date. She wasn't for wasting it unnecessarily to do something that needn't be done just to show off. She left that to her father, or to Tabitha. They just relished in that, though her father was no longer like that, she knew, due to having to set an example for not only she and her sisters and the family as a whole... But also, the new Head. That one had much to learn from her father.

Jaehaerys could see how far his influence had spread, and apparently, for now, it hadn't passed any further than where the light of the miniature sun had spread. Of course, any amount of spread was enough for Jaehaerys to enact his Weighed Words and begin subjugation by voice as well. "Stop you futile efforts." Was all he said, he would allow his soul to do the rest if their was a person, or a thing, within the 'light of his rule'

She noted the man's ability to be able to influence that which was within his Dominance Wavelength's jurisdiction with just his words by the fact that Blue's technique was wiped clean just from his speech alone. Though his Area of Influence was still set to where it was, of which she was happy Blue ensured to do (to mark the radius of the target, that is), it couldn't be allowed for him to do anything else. "Blue. Report and Subdue." She wanted to hear what the specs on the girl's soul were, since she had flared hers up in time before Jaehaerys wiped away Blue's influence. Fortuitously, at that.

Shiniere listened carefully about the Wavelength of the girl, finding it interesting that she was the 'support' that would help him to continue his conquest. "Hm. So, dampening, is it...?" She sighed. The two of them were quite the pair and, in a direct confrontation, would probably be more of a hassle than anything beyond their vision. Though Blue specialized in both stealth and close-combat, it was also good that she was more than capable of getting her work done from a distance and without being seen nor exposed. She was doing well.

"Modana." Jaehaerys commanded, and she knew exactly what he wanted before he had to say it. Quickly, she absorbed any of her lingering wavelength back into her reserves and stepped a tiny bit closer to Jaehaerys' side. the emerald gleam in her eyes were gone, but it was clear that she was still remaining peevy to what was going on around them.

"Ah, so that's her name," she muttered, finishing her next cup and placing it down, "... The man is 'Jaehaerys' and the woman is 'Modana.' Hm. Interesting." She took note of that; it may be important later. She was getting all the intel she needed and she needn't even lift a finger, beyond sipping her tea. Just as she liked it; she'd always fought her battles like that, in fact. Even in the Lost World, of which she did harbor memories of, thanks to one of her other Restrictions of whom she was borne by. She kept watching.

Jaehaerys, again, didn't care about what was going on around them, for it was a useless resistance that he was beginning to lose his patience with. Once he set his sights on something, he would have it. There was only a once where he couldn't get what he wanted and he swore it would never happen again. "Again. Commence Conquest." Jaehaerys pushed his hand forward, beginning the process of moving his various energies against the blackened plains, this time visible flexing his spiritual muscles and actually putting forth a small amount of effort in expanding his dominion past where it already was. A resistant force only made him want this area even more.

Shiniere sighed, yet this time, with a smile on her face, "That Pride is almost like that of a Dragon," she nearly said with a laugh, "And such is the fall of the Dragons..." She did come from the future, after all, so she knew a few things that others in the present simply did not. Even though she came from the future, it was at the time in which she was designated to come to the past, thus not disrupting the timeline in the slightest due to how well her birth and all events leading up to and after it had been woven. She did come from a time when All Is Perfect, after all. "Blue? S'il vous plait~?"

"Hai, Ojou-sama." Though it wasn't necessary for her to speak in such a manner, it was just mannerable when they were in an Operation to be quick, clear and concise, yet still remain polite. She was still in the field, after all. Thanks to Jaehaerys not wanting to submit, she was capable of making a 'Blueprint' of his 'Weighted Words', as well; the last technique he used via his 'Dominance Wavelength.' They were getting more and more of it by the moment.


"Almost like an automatic affect for anyone that steps into Jaehaerys’ ‘domain’, they are subjugated under his command, only if they cannot resist the power of his soul. Even still the subjugation is not complete, if the opponent has the will and spirit to fight against it, however, it is hard for everyone who steps inside the ‘domain’ unsuspectingly not to submit to the commands of Jaehaerys’ whims."

It was fully understood now why the 'Blue Star' she left for him was thwarted so easily after being exposed to not only his 'Dominance Wavelength', but also the support of Modana's 'Calming Wavelength' after he spoke. That only made it more certain for Blue to watch herself and not fall into the interior of his 'Imposing Will.'

"The suspects have been thoroughly subdued and isolated to a single spot," she added, "... What shall we do from here?"

"Aha... So that's his game, eh...?" Those 'Weighted Words' of his were a powerful force to be reckoned with inside of his little sphere of influence. Fortunately, Blue was just outside of it. Yet, she got to see first hand how it operated and what she needed to do next in order to secure a victor over him. "Thank you, Blue~. Fine work, as usual."

"No. No one takes from me. Only gives... unconditionally." Jaehaerys whispered on the winds as he rose his hand, conjuring a bit of time space shenanigans once more. He created a dome around he and Modana, as well as the expanse of his current acquisition in this area. Effectively, it was just under the black ice that rose and tried to encroach from above and extend and premeated through the ground to stop anything that could be happening there as well. As for it's effect, well, it would begin to turn time backwards, Modana and Jaehaerys would be unaffected, and his dominion wouldn't shrink, but any ice that had tried to eat away his wavelength would have that reversed.

Shiniere narrowed her eyes. She was familiar with what the manipulation of time and space looked like, considering her own status in the 5th Restriction; those who had already mastered Time, Space, Energy and how to sustain them perpetually in order to create Realities. Yet, she was very much aware that this man seemed all too ignorant of what Blue's true capabilities were. All this time, she hadn't used a single one of her techniques, yet her 'Raw Energy' that happened to be blue in color, when shifted to one of its three Properties... Was more than enough to handle time-space. She was Nebulon, after all. Though few knew about Luminon and Nebulon, the two polar opposite star children, they were born Timeless beings that waged war against each other across the cosmos since their conception. Yet, in their unification, growth and reincarnation... Their powers were retained in Signis and Blue. She knew Blue's energy, the Sapphire Inferno, wasn't going to be effected by the meddling of Time nor Space. This was mostly due to the 'Blue Seed' component, which allows her to control the particles of whatever her energy touched, thus disallowing their movement through space and displacement in time at her will and whim alone.

Jaehaerys could see all of this, with his Sovereign Eye and his Emperor Eye both. One was to read the ebb and flow of energy while the other the ebb and flow of wavelength and souls. Usually the Emperor Eye could only see what was within Jaehaerys domain, but if something was dangerous close to it then he could get a small bit of a reading on it. His Sovereign Eye could see all energy, so together they were formidable and allowed him to see this wasn't a just a natural resistance of the land against him, but a person.

Interested now in the glowing of his eyes, she would, after Blue continued on her entrapment and consumption with only minor delay and interruption, instruct her to "Find out about those eyes next, would you, dear~?" Since it was clear that Jaehaerys' time wasted attempting to reverse time only allowed Blue an extended period of time to allow the Black Ice covered in the Sapphire Inferno to converge around even the attempted expansion of his area, the consumption of his soul and wavelength would continue on as it may without delay.

Jaehaerys placed his other hand on the shoulder of his partner and patted it. "Show yourself, I know you're acting against me. Modana sensed you long ago."

"Do not blow your cover," she said with great decisiveness, "It's a trick to lure you into the open so that he can have the advantage. The smart thing to do is to, since you have the upper hand, press down with all your might from your heightened, advantageous and strategic position." She didn't doubt Blue's skill in close quarters, but she also didn't take Jaehaerys' lightly, considering what she'd learned about him and his wavelength. If she were to confront him directly, it may end up being more of a hassle than it was worth. She knew it wasn't best and thus, didn't instruct her to do anything about it.

"By focusing his wavelength into his eyes, Jaehaerys awakes his Emperor Eye, which allows him to see anything and everything within his ‘domain’, or influenced by his wavelength with extreme clarity. It also allows him to see souls and the mystic line where his ‘domain’ ends, so that he can see how much longer it will take before an opponent steps into it."

It was just as soon as Blue was finished giving Shiniere the Feed that the line would be cut to their souls, disallowing her from further consumption nor analysis of the soul's properties with its wavelength extended. It didn't take long for a Skull forged from 'Black Ice' would encroach over the ripple in Space-Time and become a cranium to the isolated reality that could be viewed through the two large 'Sapphire Infernos' that burned in the sockets, glaring Shiniere directly in the face as her doppelganger slipped silently up from her shadow in a nebulous haze.

"... He's cut the connection..." she muttered frostily, still ensuring that she could keep an eye or two on him, "... But he still can't see us, and his radius has grown smaller." She gazed at Jaehaerys and Modana in the spacial area like that of an infinite atmosphere confined into an isolated reality, of which the two of them could view clearly and monitor diligently within the newly shaped 'Black Skull.' "The hazard has been thoroughly isolated and contained, as instructed. She wouldn't make any sudden movements until given order from Shiniere, who was head of this operation as it stood. "What should we do about them?" They had quite a bit of very key, important information about him and his abilities, thus making engagement with him that much easier.

Jaehaerys had been peevy to the fact that after a short amount of time the black ice was able to adapt to his time reversal and so he decided to secure his perimeter by surrounding himself a distortion where space didn't exist. Unless the being controlling the black ice repaired it, or could stably pass this ice through an area where space didn't exist, then there would be no more absorption his wavelength and no more encroachment for the time being. By extension this also made Jaehaerys invisible since photons couldn't occupy the barrier of broken space.

"So you've completely taken over that lack of space he created and filled it with the 'Black Ice,' then?" She kept her eyes open, gazing into the 'Black Skull' that started to form before her with eyes like blazing sapphires. "Oo, and nice work on making yourself a new technique. Utilize those 'Black Skulls' immediately." She wasn't pleased that she exposed her face, but because it didn't matter if he didn't catch a glimpse of her, or even see her clearly, for that matter. Shiniere was trying to be as cautious about her movements as possible.

To lure us into stepping into it and then asserting some sort of authority as soon as he knows we're in his boundary." She knew that he could see it; Blue told her perfectly clearly. As stated, his Sovereign Eye could read the ebb and flow of all energy while the Emperor Eye could do the same with Wavelength and Souls. Once he'd been able to get a reading on what was close to his domain, even if it was small, his Sovereign Eye could pinpoint the source accurately. Modana's eyes were sharp from his years as an assassin, and her Sovereign Eye, while not really as powerful, was comparably as accurate. She saw the sapphire before they had gotten to this point.

Shiniere sneered, eyes gleaming as she saw what she believed was the 'Emperor Eye' coming into effect with a gleam of his eyes. "There!!" She pointed out as the the beam of light shot into the 'gleaming sapphire' "The only 'Light' in that newly claimed is yours, Blue, and he didn't make any of his own. The sun was blocked off the moment he destroyed Space and Time in that area around him and we took it over." As the beam emerged, she did not flinch, but stared with a stern face, her body trembling slightly with intensity. It should have, naturally, been nothing but the light of the 'Blue Stars,' by now. "Get him. Right in the eyes." She squinted, "Hmph. Arrogant little..." extending her hand over her 'Ice Seal' and causing it to shatter, "... I suppose it's time for me to get serious..." The 'Ice Portal' that was opened would be above the head of the Raigami, who was keeping something safe for her within his Text. "Excuse me, Raigami? It is about that time." She reached her hand into the portal, waiting to collect what rightfully belonged to her.

"Ryoukai desu," she muttered once more, watching the beam shoot toward her formed of her own 'Sapphire Inferno' of which had been dormant for a moment to keep watch over the silver one. The moment he sought to use it for control, it backfired on him, the streak of blue light coagulating before the eye of Blue herself as a spherical clot, of which more 'Black Ice' encrusted itself around from seemingly out of thin air to generate a miniature 'Black Skull' to absorb all of it into its single socket. She pointed toward him and hurled the floating skull, which would be cast immediately back into the area that they were located through the eye of the larger 'Black Skull,' although coated in the fires of the 'Sapphire Inferno' as it blitzed through the air, disappearing once it was consumed by one of the eyes. She kept an unblinking, frozen gaze of utmost concentration on her target, the expressionless face only equaled to her stalwart intensity at the present.

"Somehow, I knew you'd say that," she said with a soft chuckle, grasping the book in her hand and drawing her Dormant Power back from the book and into her Active Power in order to create her True Power; Mistral. Just as Blue had awakened hers, Signis took a little bit longer because of the method of her arrival. She was wearing white; just as she always did, but her eyes were no longer a smoldering, blistering red, as they usually were. In fact, she looked more like Triere than ever, yet far more regal and pristine. She immediately flipped the book open and let the power of the 'Golden Apple' pour out through the electrical currents down her veins and through her pores. She was charging.

"Your scare tactics don't frighten me, show yourself person behind this shadow. If you wish to speak, you won't do it while looking down." And with that, Jaehaerys stopped talking and stood as he would and he knew Modana would do the same.

"... 'Scare Tactics'...?" she quoted, hands beginning to tremble as more electricity surged through her nerve endings and throughout her entire body; especially her brain, which shot off thoughts like a tireless engine. "... He's afraid." She understood; those Black Skulls seemed rather intimidating. Especially with their secret. "... Otherwise, he wouldn't have recognized helpful, friendly advice with something to be intimidated by..." That was the problem; they weren't able to recognize assistance because of the fact they thought being offered it meant something was wrong with them that they had to prove wasn't, which usually only proved that there was for them believing that they had to prove it, and in this case it would be his blatant bluff. She sighed heavily, outstretching her hand as the book continued to glow, "Step aside, Blue. You know I always handle the talking." That's how it was, and it wasn't for no reason. She cleared her throat, then pointed to the Black Skull before her, which allowed her to speak through its mouth to the other end like a telephone. This was due to high concentrations of electromagnetism that came with the power of radiation within light, itself. She was going to speak to him through Blue's Black Skull on the other side.
