Business Meeting; Press Conference

Eventually, Tsubaki found her way from the Life Corridor to the Death Chamber of Pandemia, after having circled the school many times over. She, at least, knew where most things were now and wouldn't be AS long as she was before. "FINALLY..." she said, knocking on the door. "... That took forever..."

Just as Tear was about to get up for his press conference of unknown designation, he was halted by a knock at the door from an unknown presence. He quirked a brow and sighed heavily, a little displeased that things turned out this way.

"... At *THIS* particular time...?" his voice snapped like a whip at the end. He hated when people and things were out of sync, and THIS ONE had Tifa's name written ALL OVER IT... INCLUDING in his OWN Wavelengths. Just being exposed to something that was exposed to her own energy first was enough for Tear to pick up on, and it was clearly her doing. It absolutely pissed him off. "... Wretched girl..."

However, in it, he knew there was something of urgency that needed to be handled immediately, so he had to make sure this got settled immediately. Best straighten up and deal with it as it comes. He didn't want it coming back again at another randomly inconvenient time, or something, as they are prone to do due to their lack of synchronicity with everything and everyone around them. It was really displeasing... More than the other party ever knew. *sigh*

He went to the door and opened it up promptly, finding the panda girl standing in front of him found to be just as huff as her lack of breath. "May I help you...?"

Tsubaki was surprised to see someone that looked so dark and mysterious, yet somehow harboring an elegant and regal mystique standing before her at the dark door. It looked extremely grim down this hallway and she wasn't quite expecting to see someone that looked so fancy. "Uh. Are you Tear? I want to get enrolled in this school."

Tsubaki could tell that he didn't look happy to see her. It was all over his face. She was almost having second thoughts about even wanting to attend this place... But she was already here, so might as well finish the job. That's what she was taught in her days as an assassin in the desert. If she couldn't finish a job to completion, then she wasn't anywhere near ready for any sort of inclusion in her classification of expertise. She sighed heavily, being escorted to the desk, sitting down immediately and looking down at the black floor kinda awkwardly. "So. How do we... Do this?"

Tsubaki thought long and hard about what she wanted to do. Though a tour would be helpful, she was just trying to get enrolled as quickly as possible. Plus, she'd already been around the building enough times looking for Tifa, and she wasn't trying to hear anything boring that she wouldn't care about which would only keep her from getting enrolled as expeditiously as possible. Thus, unanimously, she came to one conclusion; "I'll take my Placement Test now. How soon do you need me ready by?"

"Oh, that's fine," she said kind of shyly, a little uncertain about what to do, "I'll just... Well. Wait out in the lobby, then." Maybe she'd meet someone she could talk to, or maybe find one of those guys she met with before. "Okay, well, thank you." Once she reached the door, she escorted herself out and toward the Main Lobby.

"Completed Successfully," he grumbled lowly as his dark silhouette rose from the ground, "The Zero World has been established and the Factorial City is awaiting its core, Mechanica, to be reinstalled." Franq stood there blankly, already knowing what should have been done and expecting it to be getting done, as was how the logic should have been correctly playing out at that moment, from what he had recorded in his own memory.

"All time will be exact and proper. Otherwise, you will not be able to witness nor experience it nor yourself moving with and in it. We do not make mistakes unless given flawed information, hence my status in the 9th." It was what moving in harmony with one or many things would be like; that was how Franquere always felt. Every calculated decision was perfect down to the very decimal. "According to my calculations..." he muttered, grabbing the book, "... When this is in place, this world will move like a well-oiled machine..." He looked at it and felt its raw power... the pure mechanical genius that went into it and all that Mechanica had done. "... Thank you," he said, honored that he could even touch it, then slipped back into the shadowy water and off to transport the core to its proper place.

Tear's ever present smile and calm demeanor had not waned as Tifa spoke her words. In fact, he seemed to be just as collected as normal. "Ah. Wonderful. You're much too kind, love. I'll see you after hours, then." He waved her off politely as she turned around in her huff, keeping his composure until the very moment she completely disappeared and left the area.

"Hmhmhm..." he chuckled quietly to himself, "... Silly, adorable little girl..." His brow quirked only slightly, feeling the subtle sensation of someone's lingering 'feelings' all about, of which he picked up on rather immediately, "... Seems like someone's a little caught up, now aren't we...? Into some affairs we shouldn't be poking our nose in...?" He shook his head and closed his eyes, adjusting his clothes and starting off toward the Lobby. "... Don't forget who's in charge here, young lady... I know more about 'getting' and 'giving' than you ever could, and not doing so, as well." Things were, as usual, going swimmingly, even after the hectic number before. "Well now, with all accounts settled, it should be smooth sailing from here."

"I'll give the lass a special lesson after class... Seems as though she needs to be educated a bit. She seems to have no idea who she's dealing with here, so it's only proper to let her know..." He chuckled again and locked his hands behind his back, taking off down the hallway in long, blissful strides as if skating on the very floor. Liquid parted from his coated boots and allowed him a slick and swift transition through the students and to the Lobby, where his next prospective new student was waiting for her Placement Test.

--- After an Hour or so ---

Finishing up with Tsubaki's Placement Test, Tear returned to his office ready to go over the final bits of her schedule. He got a Rubric ready for her so that she would have something to refer to, then sat down at his desk. "Come, have a seat. You'll need to do a bit of paperwork, but after that, you'll be free to go to your Dorm."

When Tsubaki FINALLY caught up to Tear, she would arrive at his office in a huff, slightly worn from having to try to keep up with him. "Dang, papers, too?! Like that walk wasn't enough..." She sighed heavily and sat down across from him at the desk, waiting for him to give her the papers she needed to look over or sign or however this worked. As long as she was getting in the damn school, finally.

Tear gathered the necessary files; the document of her consent, of which she would be needing to sign her name at the bottom, the brochure of the classes with Tsubaki's recommended classes already highlighted. "Yes, well, *hands papers* I have found classes that I believe would be most useful to you based on your skillset. You seem to have some heavy specialization in a certain area, which is good, but I see that you need a more well-rounded palette." On her rubric would be the 'Wavelength and Frequency' class, the 'Resonance and Vibration' class and the 'Weapon and Handling' class, each described on her sheet.

"I've taken the liberty of assigning these classes based on your strengths and weaknesses, and though you may take up more classes at any given time, I would recommend dealing with those, first, in order to become more adept." He then referred her to the document where she would have to sign; her release form, and tapped it. "Simply sign your name here when you are finished and you will be on your way. If you'd care for a tour of the campus, we can have that arranged." Tear waited for Tsubaki's response, twiddling his thumbs casually. "About your Placement Test, by the way. You did very well, save for some minor errors; well enough to get you placed in this fine establishment." He would hand Tsubaki that paper as well, showing her the score she achieved during battle.


2. Wavelength and Frequency Class (Located in the Wavelength Room)

Pandemia is a school of the arts. Fine things such as dancing, singing, art, music, and many other things all fall into the study of one thing; one's wavelength. This is because there are many things that are defined by the spectrum of waves, be it light, sound, colors, etc. and so forth. Even the Soul works in 'waves,' and the full spectrum can be enhanced and controlled by working with things that increase this. Where things such as music and dance work with rhythm and sound, things such as art and writing work with control and logical or creative execution; flowing. As such, these are only a select few things that are taught in the Wavelength Class.

3. Resonance and Vibration Class (Located in the Resonance Room)

This class is more advanced than the others, as it no longer simply has to deal with yourself and the way you interact on your own, but how well you interact with and connect to things around you. Not everyone is meant to Resonate, and also not everyone is meant to work with others. For this reason, Resonance Class is not mandatory to anyone EXCEPT for Maestros and those who wish to take it. Maestros MUST take a Resonance Class because they will be putting this power to use when they are using their Instruments, be they living or not. This means that for Maestros, it is mandatory to take all 3 of the classes; Soul, Wavelength and Resonance.

4. Weaponry and Handling Class (Located in the Weapon Room)

Weapon Class, a mandatory for Maestros (as they are those that wield weapons), is a class that allows one to learn to use their Instrument or Mechanica. An Instrument can be defined as a living weapon, or an object that is used to accomplish a purpose, a tool of battle, etc. etc. However, there are some Instruments that are living and have their own souls, and some that are merely conduits for the souls. A Mechanica, on the other hand, is a machine that has no soul, but functions as though it does by amplifying one's Wavelengths through means of electric conduits, most times through a generator or A.I. that take the place of an actual soul.

Tsubaki skimmed over the class schedule, getting the general gist of everything that each of them were about and feeling like they would seriously help her to improve her skills. She'd gotten sort of rusty and needed to get back in tune with her fighting style. "Wow, this is pretty cool...!" she said happily, looking over her own assessment papers. She was actually rather pleased with herself, despite her small mistakes. As long as she was in. "Yeah.. I think I'm gonna like it here!" she'd say as she signed her name on the dotted line, then handed Tear the release form. "Okay, done! Now, when does class start? What about the dorms?" She didn't want a tour, she just wanted to get to her dorm and chill out. She'd worry about a tour later.
