The Black Friday walked inside this like, mansion, or something and found some people doing things. She almost opened her mouth to say something, then immediately decided against it, seeking to pass them up. It wasn't until she stumbled into a chair accidentally that she sighed and said, "Guess I'm here now..." Her pale skin was ghastly, and her gothic lolita attire was cute and tight on her body everywhere except the skirt.

The Black Friday watched with pleasure as Gnarrow took the mark for himself. They were a pretty good team, this Troll and this Dark Fairy. She wouldn't deny that the bloodshed was a plus, since she saw little of it in her peaceful days. Sure, she still did her job, but that varied in intensity from world to world. "Good. Got em. Now we loot, right?" Friday hovered over the body, spinning gracefully, her broken energy wings snuffing out the fire with a dark wind. She stopped spinning before Gnarrow with the head in his hand. "Let's check out the goodies!" Friday said like a little schoolgirl. She was feeling much less monotonous than before now that she had some time to deliver some unlucky justice.

The Black Friday grabbed her bag and started grabbing goods. Whilst Gnarrow dealt with the bodies, Friday went into the tent to look for a secret stash or a treasure chest, or something. That's usually where the real loot was located -- something prized or priceless, or simply things worth more than the norm. She expected whatever it was to be hidden, but this was a tent, so it wouldn't be too hard to dig up, if it weren't in plain, obvious sight. She swiped what she thought held some value or what generally caught her attention, shouting to Gnarrow, "There's some stuff in here, too!"

The Black Friday wondered what it was that had Gnarrow so on the ropes. It seemed like he could take on any normal adversary that popped up, even in numbers... But this must have been something phantasmal. Though Friday was skilled in the ways of combating the supernatural -- as, she was a supernatural being that dealt supernaturally -- she understood the dangers of the unknown that belonged to the situation. Gnarrow knew something about this that she simply did not, and she didn't want to jeopardize the mission or put his life at risk, even if she could save her own. She made a zipping motion before her lips, letting her eyeless sockets set on the front of the tent. She was anxious with anticipation to fight, but quelled it quickly.

The Black Friday, as the darkness itself, thickened within the tent, making it so difficult to see that even a light from outside would not illuminate the cavernous area at all. If anything should pass through the darkness, it would immediately be subject to the probability altering 'Malfortuna', bringing upon them a plague of misfortune unlike what any mortal could bear -- a sudden broken bone, a sharp sickness, mental debilitation, blindness, or worse; any of those things and more were at her disposal, which could save the two of them the fight and give them the opening to escape. Still, Friday would wait on Gnarrow to give the signal on what to do, for whilst it was dark, she covered him completely.

The Black Friday was relieved that they didn't get caught. She didn't want to lose her loot and fail the mission after getting so far. Still, she couldn't help but wonder who that was... And how much higher than them this situation was. It was clear that if anyone was looking for Slick, he had his connections to some higher ups, but just how high...? That armor-clad dead man looked like a general, or something. Whatever the case was, Friday reformed from the darkness, making the area significantly lighter despite still being pitch dark, and hovered near Gnarrow. "What was that all about? I've seen my share of zombies, but I don't know what it means in this world." Every world had its rules, even if they had similar beings. Friday had to know that.

The Black Friday didn't have to worry too much about any physical sort of detriment, for her weakness was to the metaphysical, but the same couldn't be said for the clearly physically inclined Troll. She understood the danger of these 'Crystal Warriors', as they were called. "Well, we didn't hafta fight em, so..." She shrugged her shoulders, scooping up the bag that she'd dropped when she turned into darkness, "... Let's make haste." Black Friday yawned, seeming tired. She had used her power very potently today and had been practicing in this realm long before she met with Gnarrow, so she was still a rather drained from that. "I wanna see what we came up with before I..." she yawned again, floating out of the tent, "... Take a nap, or somethin..."

The Black Friday trailed along behind Gnarrow, basically passing through the nettle or briars that made up the rough foliage on the way back to the Bay. She was excited to see the haul, and would definitely be having herself a good time here in the Rainbow Bay with what loot they'd collected... Whenever she could find out what that entailed, exactly. Still new to this realm, she knew next to nothing about any festivities that any valuables would be useful for. Once they got back, she said drearily, yet in a happy tone, "So... What's the goods?"

The Black Friday smiled, thinking of what to pawn first. She didn't know who she was going to sell to, but... Hey, it's the thought that counts. Maybe Gnarrow knew. "I wouldn't mind cracking open a wine bottle right now, truth be told," Friday said wearily. She was getting tired and she needed to recharge. "But this looks like a good haul. Nice working with ya, Gnarrow." She gave him a sloppy two-fingered salute, then cutely placed her hands behind her back.

The Black Friday awoke from a deep sleep she was in after using and controlling her powers so much in this dimension, building her influence. She was hovering in midair as she slept, so she wasn't immediately noticed, but she'd been in that position since the night. She saw no sign of her Troll friend that she was going to split the loot with. Maybe he made off with it? Didn't seem like his nature, but he wasn't here... Yet her bag was. "Huh... Maybe he just went to sleep, too... I don't... Remember..." She rubbed her head, floating into a seat.

The Black Friday continued rubbing her head, ruffling her black hair with the three white streaks running down her bangs. "Huh? Oh." She looked at the armadillo-man and kinda gave him a sloppy two-fingered salute, saying monotonously, "Thanks, guy..." Black Friday floated off toward the giant mushroom and saw her share of the loot that Gnarrow left her and she smiled -- not at the haul, at the gesture. "Well, I'll be damned..." she said with a hint of pep, putting her black lace-gloved hands on her hips. She inspected it an found she came out with a heftier sum than she remembered gathering. "... He must have..." She silenced herself, gazing at the swords, knife, tea set and, mostly... The gold. "... Guess he'll get the bounty, though, so it's square."

The Black Friday's eyeless sockets widened suddenly and she blinked at hearing someone speak to her, turning her head to meet the eye of the hedgehog girl. "Oh, uh..." Black Friday started to say, her voice dreary, "... Yeah... I went on a bounty hunt with a cool Troll guy named Gnarrow and we split up the loot. But he was the one that defeated the mark, so he rightly gets the bounty." Friday raised the bag up and floated back to her seat, muttering to herself, "... And that's gonna be a possessed sword... A cursed knife... Enchanted tea set... Eheheheh~!" The Dark Fairy's nature was getting the best of her, as she intended to play some fun tricks on people with her loot... And use them for herself, of course. The golden tea set, mainly. "So who are you guys?"

The Black Friday's ears perked. "Distraction and chaos? You're speaking my language, over here," Friday said with a bit of a smug expression. "Essan, eh? They call me Black Friday. I'm a dark fairy with power over bad luck -- essentially, the probability of manifesting it, called 'Malfortuna'. I'm the, uh... Friday The Thirteenth Fairy. I'm like the Easter Bunny, only... With bad luck instead of eggs, or whatever crap he does." She shrugged. "Maybe that was a bad comparison..." She didn't catch the name of the one who Essan was disciplining, though. "... And, uh, the hedgehog girl over here you're messin' with...?"

The Black Friday snickered a bit, but then thought about how her love disciplined her like that when she was being a bad girl. She thought of it and got angry, a little horny, and a little sad. "Huh..." Friday sighed sadly, looking down. She played with her accursed knife that she just cursed and touched the edge of the blade, looking at her reflection in it, which cracked the blade as a mirror would. "Dammit, I forgot about that," Black Friday said as she looked up and saw a new person pop up, giving battle tips. "She's not wrong," Friday said with monotony, "... But I am not one to lecture. I hate lectures, myself."

The Black Friday nodded her head coolly, lowering her lids over her empty eye sockets. "Nice meeting ya." She noticed the newbie trying to get acquainted with everyone and also bearing a certain wavelength of uncertainty about her. Friday said nothing, but decided to just observe a little bit. If she were interacted with, she'd respond, but she wasn't exactly the 'social' type. She placed her cracked accursed knife back into her bag of stuff, which she noticed as she did so that there was a bottle of wine she didn't count with her loot before, hidden in the gold. "Oh yeah. Sweet! I did say I wanted a drink..." Still, she wanted to drink with a friend, not by herself... Was she making friends? She couldn't tell. She hoped she at least wasn't making enemies.

The Black Friday casually looked on from the sidelines, taking a swig of the bottle like the bad girl that she was. It was already open thanks to her mystical dark power, the 'Malfortuna' working to her advantage to destroy the cork before she drank. The wine's poison suddenly became lethal as she drank, but she didn't seem to notice, and it had no effect on her -- as if she were accustomed to drinking lethal poison already. "Looks like she is," Friday said in retort to the question about the weapon practice. "Hey, you don't dabble with swords, do ya...?" Black Friday snickered a bit, playfully at best. That's when she was questioned. "Me? Oh, no, I'm a dark fairy. And plus, I know where my eyes are. Just not in my head. Good Friday has the eyes... But I can still see."

The Black Friday whipped out the two swords that she'd gotten as spoils from last night and chuckled dryly. "These are what I got from a bounty hunt. I've made one possessed and one is normal. I'm going to have fun with seeing who can tell the difference." Friday balanced them both on her fingertips. Suddenly, she stopped, letting the swords hover beside her. "What's this I hear about Diamonds?" She was curious as to what sort of treasure that meant... Unless the Diamonds were like the Crystals from her homeworld. "Guess you all don't need my possessed sword... Or my normal one, for that matter..." She couldn't have a bit of fun seeing if they could tell the difference... But the possessed sword clearly radiated a terrible aura from it, making it easy to decipher.

The Black Friday poked her lip out and awayed her swords in two slits of darkness. "Awww, no fun..." The dark fairy had a terrible sense of fun, which came from her nature and her job as The Friday The Thirteenth Fairy. "Well, whatever..." Friday went back to being drab. She knew that these people wouldn't enjoy her type of mayhem she called 'fun'. It was a good thing her powers were under control. "Nah, I'm fine..." she said somberly, "I've got some wine." More like absynthe... She took another swig of it, placing the bottle on the table. "Hey, they rhymes... Too bad I'm not that type of fairy." Couldn't stand them.

The Black Friday rubbed the back of her head, gazing blankly with half open sockets, "... Yeah, my slang is pretty casual. I'm pretty accustomed to it, once I open up." She was the lackadaisical type, and both her demeanor and her speech pattern determined this. Then she realized what she said and said up straight, nearly spitting out the wine she was sipping. "I-I mean, not that I'm opening up or anything! I'm just here being my normal, dreary self..."

The Black Friday scoffed, turning her head away with her brows furrowed. "It might be a little bit of both. But now that I have my powers under control in this world, nothing will happen unless I get tired or I MAKE something happen, ya know?" She turned her head back to them, scowling a bit, "Well, when you're the essence and incarnate of bad luck, itself, and your job is to cause it and you draw power from it, there's a lot of misery that ties into such an existence." Friday wasn't even explaining the whole ordeal to them, either. "But I like it. I've liked it ever since I was created. It is how I was designed." This fairy was imagined by someone and grew powerful from superstition over time. "So, I like what I do. Besides, I've got it made in my homeworld. So..."

The Black Friday's eye holes veered off to the side as she made a disdainful face. "... You're... Misunderstanding..." She didn't want to tell them that she was the bad one for a reason. "I'm not... A good person..." She kinda rubbed the back of her neck, "... And I'm not gonna say... That I don't like it that way..." Black Friday turned her head to face them again, awkward disdain still all over her face. "... My job is also my entertainment. I may complain a lot, but that's just who I am, too... I just don't like saying I like stuff... Unless it's..." She coughed. "Bad news."

The Black Friday prodded her fingers together nonchalantly, her demeanor becoming more relaxed, but at the same time, distant. "... It's whatever. It's not like I need it to live or anything..." She thought about it for a bit. "... Actually, scratch that, I kinda do live off of it. Bringing bad luck is what gives me my life energy. Some Fae have it where they feed off of the elements, or other supernatural beings, or even beings that aren't Fae, but I SPECIFICALLY draw power from misfortune. I won't DIE without it, but I won't... Live, either." She shook her head. "Anyway. Enough about me, already... I'm misfortune, itself. That's all there is really to me." She took out her accursed knife, playing with it between her fingers, observing the cracks in it.

The Black Friday looked up. "Gnarrow?" Black Friday looked at her knife, observing the cracks... And thought about how Gnarrow was cracking skulls the night before. She giggled a bit, sighing with relief. "He's cool peoples. He's not a bad guy, and I guess we're friends... Or at least, acquaintances. His idea of fun makes me happy because it's similar to mine." She smiled softly. "Yep... A good guy..." Though, they did just go around bloodying up the place together. That's what Friday thought of as a good time.

Appearing at the table from the Dimension Gate was a dark, pale face that hadn't been to the Bay in quite some time -- that of Black Friday. She'd last remembered an interesting interaction between herself and a few others, but after that, she went back to the Veritas. She was back now because she had taken a shine to the place and thought it a good idea to return, since she'd gotten her powers in check since she'd been there. She immediately noticed someone and fluttered on her dark, tattered wings into the tree. "Hello..." Black Friday said monotonously.

The Black Friday blinked her eyeless sockets, deadpan expression on her face. "Uh, evening," she said, "The name's Black Friday. I'm the Friday The Thirteenth Fairy. A Dark Fairy with power over probability -- mainly misfortune." She turned her head from side to side to see if there was anyone else around, then focused back on the lady that was at the table. "Who and what are you?"

The Black Friday lowered her lids, her deadpan expression changing none beyond that. "I'm more than rude," she said blatantly, swirling her finger around threateningly. "I've known my share of Fae to be rather belligerently unkind." Not everything was rainbows and sunshine with the faerie folk. "But, whatever," Black Friday said, withdrawing her finger via an palms-up shrug, "I was TRYING to be polite, I guess." Sure, it was a half-assed attempt, but it was an attempt nonetheless. "Nice to friggin' meetcha, Lumiira." Friday noticed the shadows around this... Woman and started to think about what they meant. She was interrupted all too quickly by the call of a stray shark, which she mumbled under her breath, "I bet that's my fault, too..." Reluctantly, she hovered over.

The Black Friday saw the shark in distress and thought about if she wanted to help or not. She certainly could, and it looked like the creature was in trouble, but she wasn't sure if she... Cared. "... Sigh. Better at least TRY..." Friday muttered audibly, snapping her fingers and causing the lodging to become brittle and erosive, so that it could gradually disintegrate like wet sand. If that didn't work, it would become brittle enough to break with even the slightest of movements. Just because her power effected things negatively didn't mean that they couldn't be used in a positive way.
