Pinna appeared, sitting. She was holding a doll with wicked eyes. Her own were black and soulless. Turning her head slowly, she met the eye of the Lopunny and the doll in her hand began to speak. "So what are you, a rabbit, or something?"

Pinna let Doom speak. He was a supercomputer, so he was intelligent enough to comprehend an intellect trap when he processed one. Being so smart, he was also very cunning, and said sadistically, "I think that you're some lonely loser who cannot fathom the fullness of love, but also that your love interest has nothing to do with anything you're doing presently. Not that it matters,though. It looks like you couldn't get a lover if you tried! Like, you have the face of someone who eats burnt toast, and--" Suddenly, Pinna spoke. "That is enough." And they fell silent. Pinna, strangely, continued to speak. "Your personal affairs are of no interest to us. Doom is a cynical creature." Leaving it at that, Pinna fell silent again and stretched Doom out a bit.

Pinna manifests in a tree, observing what is going on. Her presence is as silent as she is, and she has no intention of making herself known. Her soulless black eyes pierce into everyone, studying them.

Pinna was emotionless, watching over the socializing people from her high place. The alien Psion relished in her solitude, bearing no form of communication save for possible eye contact, which harbored great intensity -- as if tearing into the mind.

Pinna gazed at the wind, fixated on it. She noticed that Ryktrr made eye contact with her and she was noticed. She wondered how long that would take, for the rest of them seemed relatively oblivious. Pinna did not think as they thought. She thought that this obliviousness was weakness, and that their peace made them weak. The wind was more interesting than they were, and Pinna had greater understanding as to why.

Pinna looked on at the party, wondering when they would sense her intense stare. It seemed like only Ryktrr was aware, and that disturbed the young girl. She knew she wasn't being ignored, but was readily undetected, which led her to her former conclusions. Her research of these people went along the lines of how long it would take for her to be noticed. Though time was no object to the abnormally patient Psion, it passed by thoroughly without her detection. She sat there quietly. Gazing. Silent. Emotionless.

Pinna had no intention of leaving her place nor revealing herself, though her position in the tree on the branch was more than obvious. Her research constituted her stationary placement, of which she would adhere to. The creatures were doing nothing more than engaging in idle banter, but she did wonder about the one who noticed her and said nothing. Perhaps she would take her experiment to the next level and judge his cognition.

Pinna listened carefully to what was going on and sought the opportune moment to readily evaluate the one that noticed her. She refrained from using her psychic powers to a large extent because she wished to intervene as little as possible during her experimentation. Her eyes, however, kept their piercing property, even when contact was not made. She looked between the two, her stare strong enough to ripple the air as if heat were wavering. This was a psionic buildup.

Pinna observed that only Ryktrr was susceptible to the psionic forces being released from her. The other one, known as Carla Willow, seemed either dense or bearing some sort of mental protection. Pinna found this interesting, and a very slight, very light smile appeared on her face. She intensified the psionic waves she projected and concentrated, having them create more noticeable ripples in between their vision. Actively looking into it could cause mild mental stress, leading to a minor headache of sorts.

Pinna realized that she was being actively ignored, much to her disdain. It was like when one receives a minor headache and shrugs off the pain instead of dealing with it. Still, she was an adamant creature, not letting up in her study of these life forms. Now, however, she felt that she would deal with them directly -- though, still psychically rather than physically. She released a mental wave from her location, which harbored a strange ability to generate white noise during the thought process. Whilst they thought, their thoughts would suddenly be lost, and the white noise would overcome for a moment. During her psychic release, she was confronted by a being. Her smile faded. "Finally," she said, squeezing Doom, her plushie, in her hand.

Pinna felt no fear, intimidation, nor surprise from the random being that engaged her. In fact, she seemed to have enjoyed the contact. How odd. Pinna gazed into the eyes of Carla Willow and showed that nothing was there -- soulless, cold, heartless eyes, and a stolid expression to fit them. All of the vulgarity meant nothing to her and she actively ignored it the same way she was actively ignored previously. Pinna stretched out her plushie, then slowly put it in front of her face, as if she were hiding. A small smile appeared on her face again, and she lowered her plushie, letting her eyes pierce again and her stagnant, emotionless face return. No words were spoken.

Pinna, now finally noticed by literally everything, could not help but call her experiment a conclusive success. This made her smile. Finally, Doom, the plushie in her hand, began to speak. "You all really are dense, aren't you? Well, I wouldn't expect much from lower life forms without advanced brains, like the Psions." Doom's sharp tongue was already let loose, and Pinna did not seem to mind this time. Normally, she made him mind his tongue, but she seemed rather... Interested in their response to Doom, now, after seeing how they reacted to Pinna in her natural habitat.

Pinna did not emote. Doom, however, could not help but laugh. "Ahahaha! I am a supercomputer; my conversations are more capable of civility than perhaps your entire species put together!" Pinna stared at Carla, then turned her head to Ryktrr. Doom then addressed him, saying, "Pinna has been sitting here all day. You all were so wrapped up in yourselves, you didn't even notice her. What if she were a shark, or something?" The last bit seemed to be Doom's idea of a sadistic joke. "Well, except for you, Ryktrr. You did notice her before. Your brain might have... Potential."

Pinna had remained alone in the tree for a while, phasing in and out of random places throughout the Bay. It was as if she were looking for people... Or actively avoiding them. Her favored spot seemed to be this tree branch, which reminded her of years past. When she noticed someone come to the table, she observed. He seemed preoccupied with his business. Pinna liked to observe things. She wondered what he would do, but seemed rather indifferent to the entire ordeal, as well.

Pinna, a very perceptive person due to her psychic prowess, noticed immediately at the shift of Remy's ear and his brain activity when she appeared. His perception was acute. This made Pinna smile very slightly, as she was impressed with heightened intellect or instinct. However, that smile was short lived, and her emotionless face returned as she said, "You..." very softly -- almost inaudibly. She was testing his hearing.

Pinna did not say anything more. She just wanted his attention. At that moment, however, her plush toy in her hand -- Doom -- spoke up. "You sound like you're afraid. What's the matter, cat got your tongue?" Doom laughed a little bit, but Pinna did not find it humorous. She barely found anything humorous, and her sense of humor was skewed. Doom continued to speak, however. "You look important. Who are you, anyway? What's with the digital notebook you got there?" Doom's voice seemed callous and jaunty at the same time -- which it very much was, as per his personality. Pinna remained focused on Remy, as if anticipating his answer, but without physically expressing it. Her mind merely spiked momentarily.

Pinna took a look at the starship, analyzing it with her eyes. She became fixated on it, and squeezed Doom tightly to signal him to continue speaking at she looked on. "Oh, a captain, huh?" Doom inquired, "Guess that means you're pretty big news around here, eh?" It seemed like all they wanted was random information and nothing more, but Doom had a smart mouth and a silver tongue that he rarely ever kept in check. Pinna did that for him, when she felt like it. Doom continued, "So, where's the crew, big shot? Party of one?" Doom laughed a bit as Pinna continued to thoroughly study the ship with her eyes... Unblinking.

Pinna listened closely to Remy, though her attention was on the ship. Before Doom could say anything else disheartening, Pinna changed the subject to "The ship." It was all she said, yet her barely audible voice carried on the wind like she had just spoken up in excitement. Her face showed nothing of the sort, however. Doom immediately shifted his inquisition; "As much as I'd love to hear about different aliens than what Pinna is, I'd much rather know about that piece of scrap metal you call a ship. You say your crew is inside, but... What are the details about the old hunk of junk?" Doom seemed to relish in belittling everything that was not Pinna. Pinna did squeeze him tightly, however, for she wanted the information, not repulsion.

Pinna's eyes seemed to glitter for a moment, but ultimately, she remained unsurprised and her face, unchanging. "Oh, that actually sounds somewhat decent," Doom complimented, "... For a hunk of junk, that is. I've seen better, but I've also seen worse." Pinna never had a starship. She was a Psion, and all Psions from Horrideth simply had their psychic powers to get them through space... Endless... Dark... Cold... Unrelenting space. Finally, Pinna hopped from the tree, floating down to her feet. She walked toward Remy with soulless eyes and gazed at him, as if penetrating his very mind. "Let me see," she said lightly. Doom became oddly quiet afterward, even without Pinna's reprimand.

Pinna promptly teleported to the door, looking at Remy, as if telling him with her eyes that she was about to enter simply as a formality, and then teleported inside with her next thought. Doom was saying something haughty, but it was inaudible from his position now. Pinna was inside of the ship, looking around. She analyzed it from the outside and was able to decipher much of the interior from simple analysis and Remote Viewing, but looking at it from the inside out was important, as well. She was well aware of perspective -- being a powerful psychic -- and understood its importance in the grand scheme of all things. Therefore, she took point in the interior and looked around thoroughly.

Pinna's head snapped every which way as she analyzed the interior of the ship, walking briskly through it as she did so. As she did, Doom would say to the newly arrived captain, "Guess this is all we can expect from this rust bucket, huh? No lasers or other cheesy generic spacecraft equips?" What was a starship without lasers? Pinna was aware of more advanced technology simply from being a psychic that had been many places, and she was more learned than her sisters. When she finally came to a halt before Remy, she spoke to him, asking, "You do not have interstellar fights, do you?" The little girl seemed to have had a thought about starships that they got into epic space battles in deep space where spaceships had weaponry attached... In space.

Pinna seemed disappointed, the light in her eyes having long faded, but none of such showed on her face. Doom said, "Yeah, that's what we thought." It seemed that all that time of analyzing the ship was to find out if it had any advanced weaponry. It was high tech for its utility, but Pinna was more interested in the type of crafts one would see in a television show or movie, which Pinna had seen much of. "I'm done," Pinna said very softly, yet extremely decisively, in a way that would cut the soul despite the delicate release. She teleported to a location that was close to the exit where Remy could see her, still gazing at him, then teleported back outside. She sat at the table and looked at the food. Very hard. So hard, you could hear her looking at it.

Pinna silently took note of Remy's actions, observing his brain waves as they radiated from his head. 'Where are you going?' her voice suddenly echoed, though not audibly. She released a psionic wave of her thought throughout the area; everything in the vicinity would be able to hear her question, but only Remy was the target. Again, Pinna was vastly curious in the ways other aliens interacted and enjoyed observation, but her indifference to the situation let it be known that she was also unfazed by Remy's sudden wish to depart. This would mark the first time that he'd hear or see her use her psychic powers beyond teleporting, which should alert him to her capabilities as a psychic. He could speak with her telepathically. She did not move.

Pinna sensed the tension in Remy's mind and became interested in it. She hadn't peered into his mind, but she was able to observe his thoughts as if she did. The mental barrier he had was clearly regarding something traumatic, that much was for sure by the way his brain's waves reacted both then and now. Doom suddenly said, "Not even going to tell us your name? You know, that's--" Pinna squeezed Doom hard and he became silent. Suddenly, Pinna was intense, for some reason. 'What are you hiding?' she asked him psychically, seeming more chatty mentally than verbally. 'I can see that we've irritated you. Does our presence bother you?'

Pinna smiled a bit at Doom's lapse in judgment, but she understood what he meant. 'Your whole name,' she said psychically once again, knowing that simply his surname was but a formality. Doom seemed to hush up for a moment or two, then came up with a retort. "I wasn't listening, so there." Not his best, but it was something. "Not like I would when--" Pinna stretched Doom out, giggling lightly. 'What about us disturbs you so?' she would telepathically ask him, now physically playing with Doom and punishing him for being incorrect -- rather, half-correct.

Pinna stopped smiling. There was tension in the air that one could feel if they were outside. She squished Doom very hard, knowing it was his fault for being so foul. Pinna raised up a slice of pizza with her psychic powers, wondering whether she should throw it at the ship or not. She would release another psionic wave that anyone in the area could hear, saying, 'But I am listening. I have not stopped paying attention since I observed you, Remy.' She stopped squeezing Doom, lowering the pizza with her mind and back to its place. 'Doom and I are not the same being. He is the way he is and I am as I am. We do not share values completely and I do not always agree with him. It is unfortunate if he has offended you.'
