| The first location that was marked by the Lightning God by his mighty bolt was directly in the heart of the Central City of the Dusk, La Crysta. It was clear as day to the Instruments, who witnessed the flying bolt crash down from the Dragon Temple, which exists ambiguously due to the influx and outpouring of pure Manna. Even as the Instruments came out in a crowd, they were spread about the city sporadically, exiting the strange realm independently in different locations, as if spacetime was different for each and every one of them. None of them came out in the same location, but all of them were relatively equidistant from the strike of the lightning bolt, which seemed to contradict the idea that the realm let them out completely sporadically.
Once all of the Instruments who were intended to exit completely left the alternate realm and entered the Dusk, they fully embraced the wavelengths of the electrical currents that charged the air and soaked into it the very Command of the Lightning God, embedding them with the information necessary to understand what it was as if being spoken directly into their minds, and also how to carry it out. As their species suggested, they truly were Instruments, and in this instance, they were the instruments of the higher power. Thus, they began their work for him, gravitating toward the central point of their target destination, and collecting strange, but specific people along the way. Their actions in selection seemed just as random as their appearance in the city, but much like it, they seemed to also follow a very intricate motif... Something that only they would recognize, and that no onlooker would understand without some sort of metacognizance by the outer mentality.

| The Instruments that were in the Dusk were gathering people as the others on the upper layers were instructed to do other things in order to prepare themselves for what the Lightning God had prepared. Though this was the first group that he sent out, it was the second ground which he would instruct to act again, as the first belonged to those on the highest level. - Quote :
- as per Command, he would point his finger outward and release a benign, white bolt of lightning which would rejuvenate whomever was strike by it, as well as the immediate area around it.
Striking down at the focal point, exactly where the Instruments had gathered after collecting the people of interest, the mysterious white bolt hit someone from the collection of people and released powerful healing currents throughout the city. The person who was hit was a secret crime boss that had been hiding in the Dusk, previously dealt with by a different faction of the Veritas for bringing crime into the Dusk at all. Though the bolt of lightning was able to purify his criminal mind upon contact, what would be embedded into his head simultaneously would be the Command of the Lightning God, who was also branding him for his sins in the city. ='Command'= "Exilarch." -Banish- The Crime Boss and his criminal compatriots -- who were the ones that were gathered by the Instruments -- were cleansed of their impurities in their minds, yet because of their actions, they were sentenced to be banished from La Crysta and out into the wilderness. This Crime Boss would no longer be the 'Crime Boss' that he was, but was now, under branding by the Lightning God, an 'Exilarch', which was the ruler of a group of Exiles. That much was to say, the entire group that was hiding in the Dusk believing that they could organize crime in the city were healed of their afflictions and cast out. The residual energy of the white lightning bolt carried enough healing power to restore the city, though, so whatever criminal activity that was done would be effectively resolved. So, as the new Exilarch of the Criminals was struck and branded, he and the rest of his crew were to be escorted out of the Central City Of The Dusk by the Instruments and delivered out to the Wilderness, and they would all know and understand and be on the same accord, as per the Lightning God's synchronization of their minds and hearts on the same wavelengths. They would hear his 'Voice' instruct them to take the exiles to their new location as a deliverance of the city from the Criminals as well as the Exiles into the Wilderness, where they would be received with expectancy.

| The Instruments did as the Voice commanded, taking the purified Criminals and their new Exilarch outside of the city limits, where the new trails were made by the $yndicate only so recently before this excursion. Being extremely new features to the Veritas, these trails had yet to be traversed by anyone in the city, and no one knew the routes. This gave an extra layer of covering for the Instruments and a sizeable gap for the new exiles to overcome in terms of getting back. While, yes, they could follow the newly made paths, the fact that they were so fresh and they also did not always lead directly to their locations put the group in danger, especially with many of them being clearings in the otherwise wooded lands or expansive barren plains. That also made them likelier to become fodder for natural predators, most of which were Mutants, due to the nature of what accident happened when a 'Foreigner' had an accident in a lab out in the woods. The effects of that still had yet to be seen in their entirety, as that was quite some time ago, and the Mutants were already rapidly reproducing even at conception. There was no telling what was out there now.
Nonetheless, the exiles were dropped off in one of the deeper locations, where they were left out on their own from thenceforth, completely banished from the Central City Of The Dusk. Whatever would happen to them out in the Dusk Wilderness would be on their own heads for getting themselves banished from the City.
The Instruments would be guided in their minds back to the city, and took a different path, as well, as to not be followed.

| ='Pharaoh's Labyrinth'= -Divine Pet- Shortly after the Instruments left the exiles out in the wilderness, a powerful, large bolt of lightning struck the ground before them, instantly making a great clearing for them, regardless of if trees were once nearby. "Exiles," spake the lightning bolt, whose electrical streaming body took on a serpentine form, "I Am Here To Deliver You Your Next Command So That You May Live Out In Peace In The Wilderness, Serving Out Your Punishment For Your Crimes In The City." The lightning bolt eventually solidified into Gong Gong, the Chinese Dragon, and the Divine Pet of the Pharaoh. "If You Do Not Heed This Command, Exilarch, And Warn Your People, Then You All Will Surely Die Out Here In The Wilderness." The dragon's voice didn't seem like it was its own, but a different being speaking through it. | |
