Known simply as 'Dusk City', it is the great capital of Midna, the Spectral Dusk, originally built from a majority of the ruins of the original Depths Village and the remnants of the former Dusk Village. It is a Cyberpunk City that is supposed to be the Mechanical and Technological twin of the Natural and Spiritual city in the Dawn; Crysteria, the 'Dawn City.' At the peak of technological advancements, it is ideal for those who wish to learn about mechanics and magitechnology. Thanks to the Pangenerator's conversion of Myst into energy, the city is always running at full power and no one needs to worry about electricity or too much Myst overflowing in the area. There are many places to live and work, and is typically a place for more of the scientific, realistic and psychological type people to live.
The First Banshoukage, Koudo Tamura, and the Crystal Goddess, Triere Tensei, were the two saviors that crystallized the original Dusk to preserve its image and keep it from being destroyed so that those in the future could build from its original image. Once the Crystal Godsoul, Kamitamashii, made the Mega Generator the new Core of his Soul as the 'Pangenerator', life was breathed back into the Dusk and the peace is kept by their Dusk Security Force (DSF) branch of the Veritas Elite Order (VEO) task force, known as 'The Phantoms.' Recently the 'Pangenerator' has been given to Kamitamashii's daughter so that she is now the Heart of Dusk City, making her spirit the new Pangenerator. This Crystal City functions in the same way as its twin.

| The Elite Task Force that watches over the entire Veritas as its 'Spirit.' It is run by the Three Great Spirits of the Veritas; Kamitamashii of the Dusk, Jack Frost of the Delta and Tigen of the Dawn. Alongside them are the One of the Five Truths that are head of the Three Territories; Dusk, Dawn and Delta. No V.E.O. Forces are allowed to intervene in the affairs with anything outside of their respective branches of the V.E.O. These branches are known as the DSF, which are respectively altered to match each of the Three Territories (Dusk, Dawn, Delta.)
